The Lancaster County District Attorney's Office has filed charges against two teenage boys in connection with the creation of AI-generated pornographic images of Lancaster Country Day School students and other minors.  It's been four days since a Western Pennsylvania woman went searching for her cat... and disappeared at the chasm of a three-story deep sinkhole. How do sinkholes form? State labor and agriculture leaders are looking to address the shortage of workers in the largest sector of Pennsylvania's billion-dollar agriculture industry.  The federal Bureau of Prisons has informed its employees and members of Congress that intends to idle six prison facilities across the nation -- including one in Pennsylvania. One of Pennsylvania's most recognizable snack food companies has opened a brand new distribution facility in Hanover Yuengling is expanding into the Midwest. The Pottsville-based brewery will begin distributing its brands of beers in Illinois early next year. Number three Penn State faces its toughest test of the year tomorrow when it takes the field against top ranked Oregon in the Big Ten championship game in Indianapolis. Exhausted election officials have seven million votes to recount in under two weeks. So, what are the next steps for  the U.S. Senate race between Republican Dave McCormick and Democrat Bob Casey that is close enough to trigger the state's automatic recount law? A group of parents are taking steps to sue the Lancaster Country Day School. The legal action comes in the wake of AI-generated nude images of nearly 50 female students being shared by a classmate. Starting this weekend, Pennsylvania hunters will have more opportunities to bag in-season game. Sad news for roller coaster enthusiasts. Six Flags Entertainment is closing the Kingda Ka roller coaster along with some other attractions at the New Jersey park.  A ban on open burning is now in effect in Franklin County. An honor graduate of Ball State University in Indiana (B.S. in Music Education), Kathleen first taught music at McCullough Junior High School in Marion, Indiana. After relocating to Pennsylvania, Kathleen received her Master's degree (M.A.) from West Chester University and taught music in the Central Dauphin School District, the School District of Lancaster and Lancaster Country Day School……a total of 37 years!Kathleen, an oboist, performed with the Lancaster Symphony for 23 years. She also performed as a regular member of the Harrisburg Symphony (8 years) and York Symphony (12 years). Through the years, Kathleen has performed with the Allegro Chamber Orchestra, Lancaster and Reading Pops Orchestras, the Lancaster and Capital Woodwind Quintets and the Fulton Theater and Opera Lancaster's pit orchestras. She is a member of the National Association for Music Education, the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association, Pennsylvania State Education Association and The International Double Reed Society. She is also a member of Pi Kappa Lambda (National Music Honorary), Kappa Delta Pi (National Education Honorary) and Pi Lambda Theta (Women's Education Honorary). She has been listed in The International Who's Who in Music, Who's Who of American Women, Who's Who in American Music: Classical edition and was nominated for Arts Educator of the Year in Lancaster County in 1993.Kathleen is currently serving as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Oboe at Franklin and Marshall College. She was the director of the Intermezzo Winds (under the umbrella of Allegro's NextGen Youth Music Organization) in 2018-2020. She also was a former faculty member of the York Music Center Summer Camp and Strings Excell Music Camp.
