What's up, Underdogs!? ARE YOU READY TO RUMBLE!? Well, you better be because we're back, we're joined by Lou Moon, and we're diving headfirst into a raunchy sports comedy about the wonderful world of WCW wrestling. Yes, that's right: we're powerbombing 2000's puerile cult classic Ready to Rumble! This fatuously fun film is absolutely stacked. It stars David Arquette, Scott Caan, Oliver Platt, Joe Pantoliano, Martin Landau, and an ultra-hot Rose McGowan; it features epic, Slim Jim-inspired cameos from a horde of professional wrestlers (Goldberg, Booker T, Sting, Diamond Dallas Page, Randy Savage, Sid Vicious, Bam Bam Bigelow, Rey Mysterio Jr., and of course, Michael Buffer); and it's written by the king of juvenilia/silly kid-skewing sports comedies, Steven Brill. What are you waiting for? Grab those dusty spandex, queue up your entrance song, and join us as we perform a tag-team suplex on this hilariously dumb movie, which achieves something rare in Cinema, becoming the equivalent of mixing Red Bull & an Icee. No doubt, this thing is frozen in time - stuck in that strangely boyish space we knew as the late 90s/early 00s. It's one hell of a brain freeze: a serially ridiculous prepubescent buddy comedy with a shit-eating grin on its face. Why are you still reading this? Wipe that Cheshire grin away and get in the damn ring! Enjoy!

Noey Gnome sits down with Zack Lyman and Lou Moon. They chat about podcasting, youtube and onlyfans. About Noey Noelle Cook, aka Noey Gnome, was born and raised in Seattle, WA. She grew up a competitive ballerina, a member of the LDS church, and the youngest of 3 siblings. After leaving the church, and becoming a bartender the second she turned 21, Noey decided she had too many stories to share with the world, and launched a YouTube channel called “Noey Knows Nothing", highlighting her nightlife antics, sexual mishaps, and overall just dumb opinions. In 2019, she turned NKN into a comedy podcast and is continuing to entertain listeners alongside co-host, Eric Bernal, with a new episode every Wednesday. You can find the show on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Play, and YouTube. Noey currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her two dogs, Peach and Mota. She’s also still dancing, but with a lot less clothing… @noeygnome
In this throwback episode, I bring you back to my humble beginning as a podcaster just starting my astrology journey! In this episode, I talk to one of my comedy friends, Lou Moon. We discuss ghosts, astral projection, and how fellow comedian Tristan Bowling makes us feel (disclaimer, he was over 18 when this was recorded). I'd like to add an additional disclaimer here that this epidote was recorded when I knew very little about astrology, podcasting, or reading professionally, so if I seem sloppy-- it's because at that time I was (this recording is 4 years old). I'll be back with 100% fresh content next week! Please rate and review on iTunes, this helps me out so much and grows my audience! Zack sits down with Best Selling Author Mishka Shubaly and special drop in guest Lou Moon. We talk comedy, writing for Amazon kindles and near death experience. Also, Lou reads his email to Marc Maron that he wrote when he was fresh into stand up comedy. This episode is a rollercoaster. About Mishka Shubaly After receiving an expensive MFA in Fiction from Columbia University, Mishka Shubaly promptly realized he was more interested in playing music in dive bars than writing. He lived out of a Toyota minivan for a year, touring non-stop, and shared the stage with artists like The Strokes, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and The Decemberists among others. He’s become a cult favorite, opening nationally for comedy iconoclast Doug Stanhope, penning the soundtrack for The Unbookables documentary, and headlining the Altercation Punk Comedy Tour. Adrian Grenier played drums for a new single and Shubaly’s most recent record “Coward’s Path” has won praise from Johnny Depp and Joe Perry.
Zack and Lou talk about going on tour, illness and of course Comedy festivals. Lou Moon has opened and hosted for comedians like Jackie Kashian (Dork Forest podcast,) Ian Abramson (7 Minutes in Purgatory, Conan O'Brian), Alex Hooper (America's Got Talent,) Robert Buscemi (You Made it Weird, Grace and Frankie,) and Jessa Reed (Big Sky Comedy Festival, This Is Not Happening.)
