De la vaccination, à l'alimentation, en passant par la prise en charge des différentes pathologies... Il sera question de prévention dans Priorité Santé.  Population particulièrement vulnérable, les enfants doivent en effet faire l'objet d'une attention particulière pour éviter la survenue de certaines maladies, notamment infectieuses, et leur permettre de grandir en bonne santé. Quels sont les vaccins essentiels ? Quelle alimentation mettre en place aux différents âges ? Quand consulter et quelles peuvent être les complications liées à certaines pathologies fréquentes chez l'enfant ?  Les chiffres sont éloquents : 4,9 millions d'enfants de moins de 5 ans sont décédés en 2024 dans le monde, d'abord de malnutrition aiguë sévère, mais au-delà du premier mois de vie, les maladies infectieuses, notamment le paludisme, la diarrhée et la pneumonie, demeurent les principales causes de mortalité chez les jeunes enfants. Or, selon les Nations unies, la plupart de ces décès auraient pu être évités grâce à des mesures éprouvées et abordables. De la vaccination à l'alimentation, en passant par la prise en charge de différentes pathologies, le constat est le même : mieux vaut prévenir que guérir, autrement dit, la prévention reste le meilleur traitement. De 88-jarige Lous blikt terug op de afgelopen drie jaar van haar leven. Want op een leeftijd waarop de meesten denken dat de grote gevoelens al zijn geweest zijn, maakte zij voor het eerst in haar leven kennis met onversneden verliefdheid.In het verzorgingshuis waar ze de afgelopen jaren woonde, zorgde één ontmoeting voor iets wat ze nooit eerder had gevoeld. Een ervaring die haar zelfbeeld op zijn kop zette - en het huwelijk waar ze bijna dertig jaar in zat in een heel ander licht zette. Sa vie d'aujourd'hui, ma première invitée de la semaine y pense depuis longtemps. D'abord en secret, puis, après avoir quitté le domicile familial à l'âge de 16 ans, avec son ukulele, l'instrument le moins cher du marché. Malgré une société qui veut qu'elle se trouve un vrai job, Camille Yembe tient bon et croit à sa bonne étoile, fût-elle cabossée. Belge d'origine congolaise, née dans la commune bruxelloise populaire de Moleenbek, il lui a fallu beaucoup de patience et de détermination pour arriver à ce premier album qui vient de sortir. Jeune & Laide, criblé des blessures de son enfance, impressionne par la justesse de ses mots. Une plume qu'elle a aiguisé au fil de collaborations avec Tiakola ou Eva. Du rap, elle retient la force de la confession intime encouragée par le rappeur Gandhi qui l'incite à écrire pour elle. Mais Jeune & Laide est bien un disque de pop qui embrasse presque 40 ans de musique et chacun pourra y projeter ses références personnelles, des années 80 aux années 2020. Il y a une attraction terrible, presqu'une addiction à la musique de Camille Yembe qu'on fait sienne dès la première écoute. "16 ans dans les veines la solitude dans la poitrine". Chante-t-elle en duo avec Lous and the Yakuza, autre belge d'origine congolaise qui, comme elle, a connu la galère. Aujourd'hui, Camille Yembe la galère, elle la chante, auréolée du soutien de Stromae, Theodora, ou encore de la nouvelle coqueluche du rap français, Ino Casablanca avec qui elle pratique l'autodéfense.

C'est un mot arabe, polysémique qui peut évoquer «la pudeur» «la peur du regard de l'autre».Le livre s'ouvre sur la mort du grand-père de Silia, jeune fille marocaine et héroïne du livre. À première vue, elle semble vivre dans une famille progressiste, mais on comprend que cette liberté a des limites. Trop française pour les uns, trop marocaine pour les autres. Trop pudique ici, trop maquillée là, Dounia Hadni écrit ce premier roman à consonance fortement autobiographique dans lequel elle raconte tous des diktats systémiques, qu'elle a dû affronter visant à faire d'elle tantôt une «bonne Marocaine», tantôt une «vraie Parisienne».  En gros, la Hchouma, ça nous conditionne à tout faire pour faire plaisir à l'autre, à autrui, Quel que soit cet autrui, quelles que soient ses attentes. The State of Black America Star Parker I grew up in tumultuous times of the late 1960's and early 1970's. I remember the riots in Detroit and other cities. I remember the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. Our entire school system, where I grew about 60 miles north of Detroit, had 3… that's it… 3 black students – in the entire school system.So watching these events on TV, as a young, impressionable teenager, taught me some things that were flat out wrong…racism, discrimination, etc.It was not until I went in the Army in the mid-70's that I discovered how wrong my upbringing was. Not only did I realize I was wrong on my perceptions – but some of my co-workers and fellow soldiers and who became my best friends, who were black, discovered they were wrong about ME in their perceptions, too.Why am I leading off with this? Because perceptions – I should say “misperceptions” – can lead to disastrous policies, disastrous incidents and out of these things – nothing good can ever come. Amen!Our guest today grew up in that same time frame that I did… but from looking at things, let's just say, from the other side of the tracks.Star Parker, grew up as a military brat…my kids can relate to that… but after moving to St. Lous in 1969, right after the MLK assassination, she found herself swept up in the racial tensions that was sweeping the nation. This led her down a path that took her years to recognize was - the wrong path.With several abortions, living on Food Stamps and Welfare and seeking work that paid, “under the table” (so she could continue on Government subsistence), she found herself pregnant, but wanting to keep this baby.That one decision led her to make another – where she accepted Jesus as her Lord and that led to another decision… to change her life for the better.Today, Star Parker is a nationally syndicated columnist and hosts a weekly television news show, CURE America with Star Parker, which is broadcast on the National Religious Broadcasters Network, the TCT Network and others as well as on the streaming services.
