Sometimes we record a podcast and sort of forget to release it. Even if it's really really good. And then we don't release it after a little while because it's no longer topical. But it's really good. And we have Patreon supporters who want to hear it anyway. So here it is! Vinnk and Sean discuss the Pokemon-related announcements from Nintendo in June 2018, try to figure out if the Pokeball Plus is worth buying. And just what the heck IS Pokemon Let's Go anyway? It’s Thanksgiving and Black Friday week, but instead of shopping and eating turkey, we’re talking LOTS of Pokemon and industry rumors! First up, we discuss Sony bowing out of E3 next year and what that could mean for the popular trade show. We also talk about recent Microsoft rumors surrounding disc-to-digital kiosks and a digital only Xbox One model. We’re all playing Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee this week so we include a pretty lengthy discussion about the game. The game sports some radical changes and we go into detail about what works for us and what doesn’t. Also, we review the Pokeball Plus peripheral and talk about Spyro the Dragon: Reignited Trilogy. Afterwards, we wrap it all up with discussions about toddler birthday parties, the Detective Pikachu trailer and those crazy toy unboxing YouTube channels.
