First introduced in the video games Pokémon Red and Blue, it was created by Atsuko Nishida at the request of lead designer Ken Sugimori, with the design finalized by Sugimori. Since Raichu's debut, it has appeared in multiple games including Pokémon Go and the Pokémon Trading Card Game, as well as various merchandise. In media related to the franchise, Raichu has been voiced by various voice actors, including Kei Shindō, Fumiko Takekuma, and Casey Mongillo.Classified as an Electric-type Pokémon, Raichu is a large orange mouse with a lightning bolt-shaped tail, and yellow sacs on its cheek which can generate large amounts of electricity. Designed to be a stronger counterpart to Pikachu, who evolves into Raichu through the use of a "Thunder Stone" item, Raichu was initially intended to be able to evolve into 'Gorochu' before the latter was removed. A regional variant was added in Pokémon Sun and Moon called Alolan Raichu. Une sorte de TikTok où personne ne filme rien, mais où tout a l'air ultra-réaliste.Le succès fulgurant (et un peu flippant)Les chiffres donnent le tournis. Plus d'1 million de téléchargements en moins de 5 jours, plus rapide que ChatGPT à son lancement. L'application est devenue numéro 1 de l'App Store américain en 3 jours seulement. Happy Halloween, everyone!   For the first time (and in podcasting history), I will be entering the Pokémon world! All thanks to my friend, Marcus J. Anthony (Elite MJ)!   Marcus has written a phenomenal fan fiction series, Pokémon: Next Generation. The series is set ten years after Ash Ketchum won the Pokémon World Championships.  Inspired by Ash Ketchum, Johto native Marc Masters is on his own journey in the home region of his hero.  Together with his friends Rachel and Anthony, they are currently traveling across Kanto with unique goals.  Along the way, Marc has won four gym badges from Forrest (Brock's youngest brother), Rain (Misty's cousin), Sgt. Sara (Lt. Surge's daughter), and Skorcha (Blaine's grandfather).  In addition to earning gym badges, Marc uncovered a threat that could destroy the Pokémon world: this threat's name is Mew-Z.  This Pokémon is unlike any creature that inhabits this world; it is pure evil. This monstrosity was the brainchild of Team Rocket leader Giovanni and brought to life by the sinister Dr. Yung and Evice, using genes from Mew, Mewtwo, Zygarde, and unknown factors.  While it is powerful, Mew-Z has not reached its final form.    According to Looker, for Mew-Z to reach its full potential, it must absorb both Mew and Mewtwo in one hour. The creature has begun hunting down mythical and legendary Pokémon, as well as Zygarde cells, to boost its power. Both Jirachi and Tapu Koko have fallen victim to this monstrosity.  He is also growing a following and assisting him with his misdeeds are Evice and a mysterious, red-haired woman named Commander, who kidnapped both Ash Ketchum and Pikachu at the series' beginning.  For the first time, Mew-Z broke its silence and is the guest on the 2025 Halloween episode. A quick mention by an NPC about his Pikachu's bowel movements started trending on social media, and though it was altered for the North American release, it's still one of the few canon mentions of Pokémon doing normal real-world things like going to the bathroom. In other news, Sony is pressing ahead with their Horizon: Zero Dawn live-action movie. Sony is now looking for a director and the studio hopes to shoot sometime next year. In related news, Sony filed an injunction against Tencent over the reported Horizon clone, Light of Motiram. That game has been accused by gamers and Sony of being a rip-off of Horizon: Zero Dawn. Motiram is slated for release sometime in 2027.
