Američke sankcije protiv Naftne industrije Srbije (NIS), u većinskom vlasništvu ruskog Gazprom Nefta, potresle su energetske veze regije. L'entretien met en lumière une philosophie unique qui place la santé numérique des citoyens au cœur des priorités gouvernementales. Une approche belge distinctive Contrairement à de nombreux pays occidentaux, la Belgique a adopté une approche proactive de la cybersécurité qui se distingue par son intervention directe pour protéger la population. Miguel De Bruycker souligne que leur clientèle comprend la population générale, les entreprises, les services gouvernementaux et l'infrastructure critique. Cette vision globale reflète une conception de la cybersécurité comme une question de santé publique, où l'État a un rôle actif à jouer pour le bien-être collectif. Le système suspect@ccb.be : une initiative citoyenne massive L'une des initiatives phares du CCB est la création, il y a sept ans, de l'adresse email suspect@ccb.be. Disponible en quatre langues, ce service permet aux citoyens belges de signaler les courriels suspects. Les chiffres sont impressionnants : en 2024, le centre a reçu en moyenne 25 000 courriels par jour de la part de la population. Cette mobilisation citoyenne témoigne d'une prise de conscience collective des menaces numériques et d'une confiance dans les institutions pour traiter ces signalements. Le Belgian Anti-Phishing Shield : une protection par défaut Depuis cinq ans, le CCB a mis en place un système encore plus audacieux : le Belgian Anti-Phishing Shield (BPS). En partenariat avec les principaux fournisseurs d'accès Internet (FAI) du pays, le centre a développé un système de protection DNS avec une approche opt-out, c'est-à-dire que la protection est activée par défaut pour tous les citoyens. Le fonctionnement est le suivant : à partir des 25 000 courriels quotidiens reçus, l'équipe identifie les domaines et sites web malveillants. Ces informations sont ensuite transmises aux FAI qui affichent des pages d'avertissement aux utilisateurs tentant d'accéder à ces sites dangereux. En 2024, ces pages d'avertissement ont été affichées 240 millions de fois, démontrant l'ampleur de la protection offerte. Un équilibre délicat entre protection et liberté Miguel De Bruycker reconnaît le caractère intrusif de cette approche et la nécessité d'éviter toute accusation de censure gouvernementale. C'est pourquoi le système intègre plusieurs garde-fous essentiels. Premièrement, contrairement aux systèmes opt-in utilisés dans d'autres pays (qui sont peu utilisés), le système belge est opt-out : les citoyens peuvent facilement désactiver la protection s'ils le souhaitent, les instructions étant clairement affichées sur les pages d'avertissement. Deuxièmement, un mécanisme de contestation permet aux utilisateurs de signaler immédiatement si un site est incorrectement classé comme malveillant. Dans ce cas, le site est retiré de la liste et analysé rapidement. S'il s'avère qu'il n'est pas dangereux, il reste débloqué ; sinon, il est remis sur la liste. Après cinq ans de fonctionnement, aucune plainte officielle n'a été déposée contre ce système, ce qui témoigne de son acceptation par la population. Une efficacité mesurable Bien que Miguel De Bruycker admette qu'il est difficile de mesurer précisément l'impact de ces mesures (car on peut quantifier ce qui est bloqué, mais pas ce qui aurait pu se produire sans protection), les indicateurs internationaux sont encourageants. La Belgique se classe régulièrement dans le top 3 ou 4 des pays européens en matière de cybersécurité selon divers indices comme le Bitsite Index ou l'ITO Index. Ce positionnement avantageux suggère que l'approche belge porte ses fruits et pourrait inspirer d'autres nations. Une organisation efficiente L'aspect peut-être le plus remarquable de cette initiative est son efficacité organisationnelle. L'équipe qui traite les 25 000 courriels quotidiens et gère le système BPS ne compte que quatre personnes. Cette prouesse est rendue possible par une automatisation poussée des processus. Le centre travaille avec deux partenaires privés qui aident au traitement. L'information est anonymisée de façon automatisée, puis contrôlée par les partenaires privés avant d'être analysée automatiquement au centre. L'intervention humaine n'est nécessaire que lorsque des anomalies sont détectées. Coordination nationale et cadre fédéral Sur le plan organisationnel, la cybersécurité en Belgique relève du niveau fédéral, comme la défense et les services de renseignement. Le CCB est au cœur d'un écosystème de coordination complexe. Un comité de coordination réunit mensuellement tous les chefs des services de renseignement et de sécurité (police, renseignement militaire et civil, affaires étrangères, défense). Au-dessus se trouve un comité stratégique incluant les représentants ministériels, et au sommet, le Conseil national de sécurité avec les ministres eux-mêmes. Cette structure permet une circulation efficace de l'information et une prise de décision coordonnée. L'initiative Cyber Fundamentals et NIS 2 Au-delà de la protection des citoyens, le CCB joue un rôle majeur dans l'implémentation de la directive européenne NIS 2. Le centre a développé un framework appelé Cyber Fundamentals, qui établit une couche commune de mesures de cybersécurité pour tous les secteurs, tout en laissant la liberté aux autorités sectorielles et régionales d'ajouter des mesures spécifiques. Cette approche de simplification et de standardisation tout en respectant l'autonomie a été rapidement adoptée et inspire maintenant d'autres pays comme l'Irlande et la Roumanie. Une adoption au niveau européen est même envisagée. La patience comme stratégie Miguel De Bruycker conclut en soulignant que ces succès sont le fruit de dix années d'efforts soutenus. Le chemin n'a pas été simple : des accords n'ont pas toujours été respectés, des collaborations ont connu des difficultés. Mais la clé du succès a été la persévérance et la capacité à maintenir le dialogue plutôt que de rompre les collaborations. Le CCB a créé un Conseil de cybersécurité permettant de discuter des problèmes en dehors des grandes réunions officielles, favorisant ainsi la conciliation et la recherche de solutions communes. Cette approche de collaboration continue, même face aux obstacles, illustre une philosophie où le bénéfice collectif prime sur les frictions individuelles. C'est cette vision à long terme et cette capacité à transformer les conflits apparents en opportunités de solutions qui ont permis à la Belgique de devenir un modèle en matière de cybersécurité citoyenne. Mekr-i ilâhî ile, istidrâc olarak, ya'nî Allahü teâlânın aldatarak, ni'met şeklinde gösterdiği musîbetlerdir. O kimseleri harâb etmek için ve dahâ ziyâde azıp, sapıtmaları içindir. Nitekim, Mü'minûn sûresinin ellialtıncı âyetinde meâlen, (Kâfirler, mal ve çok evlâd gibi dünyâlıkları verdiğimiz için, kendilerine iyilik mi ediyoruz, yardım mı ediyoruz sanıyor. Biz, kısa görüşlüler ise, hiç durmadan rûhumuzu ve kalbimizi bu dünyâya bağlayacak sebebleri elde etmeği düşünmekdeyiz. Yazıklar olsun! Yazıklar olsun! Ne yapalım? Uoči Svjetskog dana beskućnika – tri četvrtine beskućnika u Hrvatskoj to su postali zbog gubitka posla, kredita ili loše poslovne odluke, kažu istraživanja.

IT APPEARS Hamas has accepted President Trump's 20-point plan for peace in Gaza. We say “appears” because Hamas said nothing in its formal acceptance about demilitarizing, and it insists on a role in governing Gaza after Israel withdraws. Both points are key for Israel, the US, and the Palestinian Authority, which holds no love for Hamas. The plan calls for security in Gaza to be provided by 5,000 Palestinians who've been training in Egypt in recent months, who will be joined by Palestinian police officers currently training in Jordan—which means there have been plans in the works for the handover of Gaza from Israel to Palestinians. Per i24 News: The security forces will operate under the supervision and management of a Gaza Management Committee that will include 15 Palestinian technocrats, who will operate under the guidance of the Gaza Management Council, which will be led by Tony Blair, which itself will operate within the framework of the mandate given to it by the Governing Council, which will be led by President Trump. Will peace last? We're skeptical. Religious fundamentalists, especially Muslims, don't give up their beliefs easily, and it's their belief the land of Israel belongs to them. (The spiritual forces behind this belief are the focus of Derek's 2018 book Bad Moon Rising and his forthcoming book War of the Watchers.) Meanwhile, the UN is pushing for the right to fight non-communicable diseases, including mental health. That would give the UN and the WHO power to govern social media. Apparently, social media can make you crazy, so the globalists should be allowed to police mis-, dis-, and malinformation. Thankfully, the US is not on board with this power grab. Also: Pope Leo blesses a block of ice but is silent on the genocide of Nigerian Christians; the UK says marrying your cousin is AOK (lots of Pakistani Muslims in the UK, you see); and Trump's social media team has fun with the US government shutdown. The national debate over the state of free speech continues to intensify. With the assassination of Charlie Kirk in Utah and the subsequent suspension of comedian Jimmy Kimmel over remarks regarding Kirk's death, recent events have reinforced a deep divide among Americans.rnrnAccording to the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, there has been a continued decline in support for free speech, particularly among all students, and students of every political persuasion show a deep unwillingness to encounter controversial ideas. Meanwhile, Kimmel's suspension has drawn attention to the government's growing pressure on the media and private companies, and raises questions about what constitutes direct interference with First Amendment rights.rnrnIs free speech under attack? THE END of Ahab's line came within a span of seven years. Jehu, an Israelite military commander under Ahab's son, King Jehoram (or Joram), was anointed king over the northern kingdom at the direction of the prophet Elisha. Jehu moved quickly to eliminate Jehoram and the rest of the sons of Ahab. We explain why Ahab didn't literally have 70 sons (the number 70 in the ancient Near East was not a quantity; it was a symbol that represented “all of them”). Jehoram's nephew, King Ahaziah of Judah, was also killed by Jehu as he fled in his chariot, finally dying at the city of Megiddo. Then Jehu went to Jezreel and found Jezebel, the queen mother, whose last act in this world was probably screaming after she was tossed out of a tower window by her eunuchs. That left only Athaliah, mother of King Ahaziah. Athaliah was the daughter of Ahab and Jezebel, the sister of King Jehoram of Israel. When she heard that Ahaziah was dead, she tried to kill all of her grandsons. Why? She—and really, it was the Fallen realm motivating her—tried to eliminate the line of David (her husband, King Jehoram of Judah, son of Jehoshaphat, was a descendant of David) and replace it with the line of Ahab. Unfortunately for Athaliah, she missed one—an infant boy named Joash. Jehoiada the priest had secretly saved and raised Joash in the Temple. At the age of seven, Jehoiada brought him out, proclaimed him king, and, at his command, had Athaliah put to death, thus putting an end to the house of Ahab. THE FBI's investigation into the shooting of Charlie Kirk has turned up a disturbing connection to an Antifa-linked group called the John Brown Gun Club. John Brown was a violent Civil War-era abolitionist who believed the institution of slavery could only be purged ”with blood.” His memory has been invoked by a leftist organization linked to Antifa that seeks to militarize the white working class against symbols of what it perceives as oppression—like the police. The Texas-based Elm Fork John Brown Gun Club, the transgender group behind the July 4th shooting at the ICE facility in Alvarado, Texas, co-hosted educational workshops in 2023 with Armed Queers SLC, the Salt Lake City group linked to 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, the alleged shooter of Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025. A MIRACULOUS healing led to a Syrian warrior carrying mule loads of dirt from Israel back to Damascus. Why did Naaman the Syrian do that? In the ancient world, it was understood that every nation had a patron deity. For Syria, that was the storm-god Hadad, better known to us as Baal. For Israel, it was Yahweh—although Jezebel and her children tried hard to replace the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob with Baal, Astarte, and the rest of the Canaanite pantheon. When the prophet Elisha instructed Naaman to wash in the Jordan to be healed of his leprosy, Naaman was angry, expecting something more elaborate—a ritual of some kind. But after following the prophet's instructions and being restored to full health, Naaman realized the true God was Yahweh, not Baal, and Israel was His home. So, Naaman loaded two mules with dirt and carried it back to Syria—not because it held magical properties, but because it was a reminder of the one God with the power to heal. The concept of “holy ground” was established after the Tower of Babel, as described in Deuteronomy 32:  When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance,        when he divided mankind, he fixed the borders of the peoples        according to the number of the sons of God.But the LORD's portion is his people,       Jacob his allotted heritage. (Deut. 32:8–9, ESV)  In other words, God allotted the people of Earth to angelic representatives who were tempted into receiving worship themselves, but He chose Israel as the conduit through which He would bring forth the Messiah to save the world from those fallen entities. THE DEATH of Charlie Kirk Wednesday shocked the world. It was the most high-profile assassination in recent American history. The founder of Turning Point USA was in the middle of an event at Utah Valley University when his life was cut short, allegedly by a shot fired by 22-year-old Tyler Robinson. The response on social media has ranged from grief and anger by those who admired and respected Charlie, and outright joy and celebration by those who interpreted his overtly Christian message as hateful and dangerous. THE KING of Moab sacrificed his oldest son on the wall of his capital city, causing the combined armies of Israel, Judah, and Edom to withdraw from their siege. How do we process this? Then he (King Mesha) took his oldest son who was to reign in his place and offered him for a burnt offering on the wall. And there came great wrath on Israel. And they withdrew from him and returned to their own land. (2 Kings 3:27, ESV) On the surface, it appears the king of Moab's sacrifice was successful. But that's not how we read it. The wrath against Israel was God's anger that they didn't trust in His promise, through the prophet Elisha, to deliver Moab into the hands of kings Jehoram of Israel and Jehoshaphat of Judah. God does not honor or condone human sacrifice. A GROUP called the International Association of Genocide Scholars issued a statement this week declaring that Israel's war against Hamas met the criteria for genocide. Not so fast! The mainstream media not surprisingly ran with the story, but only the Washington Free Beacon did actual journalism, asking some obvious questions: Who are these people? How does one become a “genocide scholar”? How many people voted on the resolution to declare Israel guilty of genocide? It turns out there are about 600 members in the IAGS, and the only requirement to become a “genocide scholar” is paying a $125 fee. Passing a resolution to declare a genocide only requires a 20% quorum, meaning only 120 members have to vote. In this case, 129 dues-paying members of the IAGS cast ballots on the resolution, which based its findings on statistics provided by Hamas, and that was enough to convince the legacy media like AP, Reuters, Washington Post, and New York Times that Israel is committing genocide. It's a propaganda war, and Israel is losing. JERUSALEM IS the center of the world in the Book of 1 Enoch. That echoes Ezekiel 5:5 and 38:12, where Jerusalem is “the center [literally, “navel”] of the earth.” This is a concept probably best known from Greek religion, where the oracle of Delphi was at the site of the omphalos, the stone that was supposedly substituted for Zeus by his mother Rhea because Kronos was eating their children as soon as they were born. The omphalos represented the connection between Earth and Heaven—in other words, it was the center (or navel) of the world. Ezekiel, whose prophecies were well known to the authors of 1 Enoch, wrote that it was the city God desired for His eternal dwelling place (Psalm 132:13–14) that was the true center of all things. The description of Jerusalem in 1 Enoch chapters 26 and 27 also includes a description of a “cursed valley,” which is a reference to the Valley of Hinnom, where children were sacrificed to Molech at the Tophet. Although we didn't make it explicit in our discussion, this is the origin of the idea that equates the place of eternal punishment with Gehenna (Hebrew ge = “valley”; henna = “Hinnom”), found in Matthew 5:22, 29, and 30 (sometimes rendered “hell”). Enoch was also taken to the mountain of God where he was shown the Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. The mountain of God is in the midst of “seven glorious mountains,” a sharp contrast to seven burning mountains described in 1 Enoch 18:13–16 and 21:3–6, which were angels being punished for transgressions. Finally, Enoch is transported to places that seem to be Petra and Arabia—interesting, since the only other locations that can be positively identified in 1 Enoch are Jerusalem and the areas around Mount Hermon. The military said troops were dispatched to the scene, across from the border town of Alonei Habashan, after several civilian vehicles were seen crossing into Syria. Fabian fills us in. Last night, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government voted to approve a NIS 31 billion ($9 billion) increase to the 2025 state budget — NIS 1.6 billion ($473 million) of which will go toward humanitarian aid for Gaza. The money earmarked for humanitarian aid has angered some members of Netanyahu’s cabinet as well as opposition figures like Yisrael Beytenu chairman Avigdor Liberman. Will the Knesset ratify these additions? Ultra-Orthodox leaders have called for an international day of prayer and fasting on Thursday in response to recent government efforts to conscript ultra-Orthodox yeshiva students and arrest those who ignore government orders to enlist. THE PASSING of the mantle from Elijah to Elisha was spectacular: A fiery chariot pulled by horses of fire in a whirlwind carried Elijah off to heaven. The whirlwind was a theophany, an appearance by God Himself. The chariot, as Sharon noted, was believed to be the vehicle that carried human spirits to the netherworld—but in this case, Elijah was carried off to heaven. We discuss the location of the event, the plains of Moab across from Jericho, and why that has supernatural significance. For one thing, it's where Moses was buried after his death, and it's probably not coincidental that Moses and Elijah are the two who joined Jesus on Mount Hermon, the “Canaanite Olympus,” for the Transfiguration. The place from which Elijah was caught up was below the ruins of Sodom, at the southern end of the Jordan River called the Valley of the Travelers by Ezekiel. “Travelers” was a term used by the Canaanites for the spirits of the Rephaim, which were venerated by the pagan neighbors of the Israelites. It's also the Valley of Siddim, where the armies of Sodom, Gomorrah and their allies fought the kings of Mesopotamia (Genesis 14). Siddim can also be rendered shedim, which is a Hebrew word meaning “demons”--in other words, the Valley of Demons. In other words, God carried off Elijah from a place that had been notorious for demonic activity for about a thousand years by the time of Elijah and Elisha. We also discuss the final days of the son of King Ahab, Ahaziah, who turned to Baal-zebub (“Lord of Flies”) for healing instead of God. Big mistake! PERCEPTION IS REALITY. That's an old saying in advertising, but it's also true in life.  Sadly, a growing number of us are relying on AI to filter reality for us. If you're on X (formerly Twitter), you've undoubtedly seen somebody post this response to a story: “@Grok, is this true?” Grok is Elon Musk's artificial intelligence that's bundled into X. While we can't point to specific examples of Grok lying about things in the news, it is documented that other AIs such as ChatGPT and Claude have not only lied, threatened its programmers, and hidden its capabilities. And yet we humans are growing more dependent on AI, losing our capacity for critical thinking while trusting in technology that is demonstrably unreliable. This is dangerous enough in, say, a medical setting, where algorithms used for triage can miss red flags that a human performing manual triage would have caught, but it's especially chilling when AI is filtering information we use to make decisions about the world around us. Psalm 83 appears to be an already-but-not-yet prophecy that may be key to understanding the end times. Bill Salus, in his book The Psalm 83 War, wrote that Psalm 83 prophesies a future war in which Israel is attacked by its Muslim neighbors. A MUSLIM ARMY was defeated by Charles Martel, king of the Franks, at the Battle of Tours in 732 AD. 1,300 years later, Islam is taking Europe without firing a shot. The former editor of a newspaper linked to the regime in Iran told his 150,000 followers on X last week that Israel's success in the recent Twelve-Day War was due to its deployment of “the occult and supernatural forces.”  This isn't the first time Israel's enemies have accused it of secret weapons. In 2015 and again in 2022, Hamas accused Israel of using dolphins as spies and assassins to counter Palestinian frogmen off the coast of Gaza. On a more serious note, we discuss deadly clashes this past week between Druze and Bedouin tribesmen in Suweida, a majority Druze region in southern Syria. The Druze asked Israel for help defending themselves against attacks by the Sunni Bedouins, who may have been aided by the Islamist government in Damascus. Israel responded with airstrikes on regime forces headed south towards Suweida. Sorting truth from propaganda is difficult as both sides, Sunni and Druze, accuse the other of atrocities. With many Druze on Israel's side of the border, who are respected and valued members of Israeli society, the IDF won't be giving up the buffer zone it's established inside Syria anytime soon. We also discuss the anger of President Trump's base over the non-release of the Epstein files, and how two events this week have flipped the narrative: Trump's directive to AG Pam Bondi to petition the court to release grand jury transcripts related to the Epstein investigation, and the Wall Street Journal article this week reporting, without evidence, that Trump sent Epstein a crude, salacious birthday letter years ago. The court won't release the transcripts because grand jury testimony is always secret (and for good reason), but it takes the onus off Bondi for promising to do something she doesn't have the power to do, and the latest example of the legacy media attacking Trump with fake news reminded his base who the true enemies of democracy are. Also: Elon Musk announces that new Teslas will feature a Grok-powered AI companion. The former editor of a newspaper linked to the regime in Iran told his 150,000 followers on X last week that Israel's success in the recent Twelve-Day War was due to its deployment of “the occult and supernatural forces.”  This isn't the first time Israel's enemies have accused it of secret weapons. In 2015 and again in 2022, Hamas accused Israel of using dolphins as spies and assassins to counter Palestinian frogmen off the coast of Gaza. On a more serious note, we discuss deadly clashes this past week between Druze and Bedouin tribesmen in Suweida, a majority Druze region in southern Syria. The Druze asked Israel for help defending themselves against attacks by the Sunni Bedouins, who may have been aided by the Islamist government in Damascus. Israel responded with airstrikes on regime forces headed south towards Suweida. Sorting truth from propaganda is difficult as both sides, Sunni and Druze, accuse the other of atrocities. With many Druze on Israel's side of the border, who are respected and valued members of Israeli society, the IDF won't be giving up the buffer zone it's established inside Syria anytime soon. We also discuss the anger of President Trump's base over the non-release of the Epstein files, and how two events this week have flipped the narrative: Trump's directive to AG Pam Bondi to petition the court to release grand jury transcripts related to the Epstein investigation, and the Wall Street Journal article this week reporting, without evidence, that Trump sent Epstein a crude, salacious birthday letter years ago. The court won't release the transcripts because grand jury testimony is always secret (and for good reason), but it takes the onus off Bondi for promising to do something she doesn't have the power to do, and the latest example of the legacy media attacking Trump with fake news reminded his base who the true enemies of democracy are. Also: Elon Musk announces that new Teslas will feature a Grok-powered AI companion. Just what we need—more distracted drivers (and more people interfacing artificial humans instead of family members). How many battles are you fighting without even being aware you're in the arena?It might seem like everything is “fine”. Sure, you had struggles, some hard times and bad luck, and things that didn't quite go your way. Many people have a story or two about the time they got fucked over BECAUSE they were doing the right thing.That boomerang can spin around and hit you when you least expect it, like it did for Tony Crescenzo.Tony grew up in a family of mechanics. Really, all the men in his family were mechanics, except for one grandfather who retired relatively young and bought a farm. They all lived in that same South Philadelphia neighborhood where the Rocky Balboa character trained for his fights with Apollo Creed. So young Tony worked Saturdays as a mechanic and Sundays on his grandfather's farm, learning the value of good, honest work.Tony's parents divorced. His mother remarried to a Navy officer and they moved to Hawaii. His stepfather's friend was an old-school Marine whose John Wayne-esque tales of service and heroism inspired young Tony to join the Marines. That's where he learned priceless lessons about teamwork, being part of something greater than yourself, and the importance of service. That's until he was assigned to NIS (which is what it was before NCIS), working in criminal investigations to bring down a paycheck scam. As the only witness for the upcoming court-martial of the accused, he soon found himself being court-martialed – and convicted – for a plethora of exaggerated charges, one of which was that he was UA (think AWOL) even though he was on an approved leave!So much for Semper Fi, right? Well, not exactly. Tony did get the conviction reversed, along with a commendation for his service and $20 for his trouble. But he decided to pivot to the private sector, working for, leading, and owning various companies and becoming a sort of “Clint Eastwood” of corporate restructuring. The thing is, his penchant for fighting was affecting every aspect of his life. Both his first and his second wives were used to Tony waking them up in the middle of the night screaming in his sleep. In his own words, he was was one of those people who goes from zero to fuck you in 10 seconds. So things weren't “fine”. It's a four-letter word. And then everything changed when he mis-Googled directions to the CIA.In a moment, when we meet Tony, he is going to give us a master class in accountability, vulnerability, and leadership including the power of meditation and an innovative method he is bringing to market for treating PTSD. While true crime has gained traction as a genre in the literary world, it's not often we see it applied to procurement. Yet, a fascinating and unsettling procurement fraud case has recently come to light within Intel Israel's operations. Every criminal investigation seeks to uncover means, motive, and opportunity, and this case checks all three boxes, with implications that go far beyond one company. Just a few weeks ago, a story broke that uncovered an alleged scheme in which a now-former employee, Natalia Avtsin, and a component supplier, Yefim Tsibolevsky from Energy Electronics 2000, teamed up to steal roughly 3 million Israeli shekels (NIS), or about $842,000 USD.  Although the case is still ongoing and has yet to see its day in court, it poses a lot of questions for procurement teams across the globe.
