Hello, Craig and Dom discuss the latest Middlesbrough FC news.
We take a look at at a positive week for the reds as they took three points at home to Millwall as they returned to league action. We also look at the week ahead as Forest face Neil Warnock's Boro team and they return to the FA Cup and enter the 4th round to face Swansea with a potential 5th round game against Cheltenham or Manchester City on the cards. Along the way we'd like to feature other fans views and opinions so if you want to contact us you can find us at: Email: timeaddedonpod@outlook.com Twitter: @timeaddedonpod Music by Ryan Andersen - Never Sleep (2019)

Despite a decent showing in the first half, Freddie Woodman's save from Antony Knockaert meant that Forest once again failed to score; then when Connor Roberts inexplicably out-jumped Sammy Ameobi,... Well, the 20/21 league campaign is underway and Forest picked up where they left off... A defeat, with glimpses of promise but ultimately it's the hope that kills you. The Corrynation is here, #WiggumsWall is set, and Ryan wants your suggestions for his next #FreebsForestPlaylist track after the roaring, toe tapping, shower singing success of the Sammy Ameobi song. Join us!
The competitive action of 20/21 is here and with an all too familiar feeling #NFFC slumped to a one goal defeat at Oakwell to Barnsley... Just an onerhyped pre-season friendly though? Alan, Steve, Tom and Kieron are back, and we've some new signings. Making his debut this week is Ryan! They lads discuss the reseult, the off season, signings, and butt heads over who needs to depart. Plus The Corrynation is back in poetic form, #WiggumsWall has its first assignment, and Ryan introduces Freebs Forest Playlist with a track the fans wanted, nay demanded, all about Sammy Ameobi. It's good to be back!
Two goals from Sammy Ameobi were the highlight of a topsy-turvy evening at the City Ground, as Forest just didn't turn up for the first fifteen minutes, before looking sharper, brighter and more... It may have taken 34 Premier League games - and Jordan Pickford having one of his moments - but CHRISTIAN BENTEKE IS BACK! That’s what we’ve come to during this whole winter break thing. It will be worth it when Dominic Calvert-Lewin leads England to glory at Euro 2020.Of course, football exists outside the Premier League. Sammy Ameobi's making Leeds think they too may continue to exist outside the Premier League next season, as Nottingham Forest grabbed the win.On top of all that, Louis Armstrong drops in, Nigel Pearson’s globe reveals a dark past and listener Damian Cunningham signs off on his mad reign of terror. This is a weird thing, we've got another happy podcast for you all. In fact, it's the second positive show in a row! Who'd have thought. So join Dan, Tom Wilson and DowntheMannyRD Tom as they discuss all the good Bolton Wanderers stuff that has happened in the time since episode 65. For starters, the Whites have only gone and won two away games in a row, all the while scoring two goals in each and not conceding a single, solitarily one. Actually, Bolton have now gone six games without conceding and have won their last five on the bounce. First up was a victory at the Den, as two cracking goals from Sammy Ameobi and David Wheater saw off Millwall. That was followed by an ultimate shit housing performance by beating local minnows Bury via two dubious penalties, both of which were won and dispatched by Zach Clough. The two games, impressive performers were debated, and also the fact that we missed out on Peter Odemwingie. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Dan is joined by DowntheMannyRd Tom and the returning Chris to talk all things Wanderers this week and even touch on Big Sam Allardyce's first match in charge of the England international team. The lads, all of which attended Saturday's stalemate with Southend United, discussed the game in great depth. Discussing the system that Parkinson is implementing, the stylish pass and move football they played, the diamond formation and how, even though we should have won the game, they didn't come away from the Macron Stadium on Saturday disappointed. The trio then discussed the performances of every player and they were all very impressed with new boys James Henry, Keshi Anderson and Sammy Ameobi. Not forgetting the brilliant Jay Spearing and Mark Beevers. Dean Moxey, not so much. An opening question about pathetic capitulations reminds Marcus, Luke, Pete And Jim about Middlesbrough 8, Sven’s Manchester City 1 and even a debate about Shola Ameobi’s hat collection fails to draw the Football Ramble back from the brink of hysteria in this week’s episode. Harry Kane’s late equaliser vs. West Ham and Brentford’s illogical decision to sack Mark Warburton do their best, but by the time Sammy Ameobi gets his mensh, Pete’s gone full potty mouth and despite Jim’s best efforts, he stays firmly ensconced in the lav.
