Send a textEpisode 126 is here—and we're getting real. This week, Daniel and Duffy dive into the struggles and the hopes that come with becoming (and being) a Christian. Spoiler alert: it's not all mountaintop moments and perfectly highlighted Bible verses. There are questions. There are failures. There are awkward growing pains. And yes… there are stories.Daniel shares some honest moments from his own life, along with experiences from friends who are walking this thing out, too. These are the kinds of conversations we wish someone had pulled us aside for early on—the stuff that prepares you, encourages you, and reminds you that you're not crazy (or alone) when things get messy. We don't claim to have all the answers—far from it. But we do hope to spark some thoughtful reflection wherever you are in your journey. Whether you're full of hope, knee-deep in mistakes, or discovering what restoration really looks like, this episode is for you. There's laughter. There's honesty. There's a little bit of “wait… is that normal?” And most importantly, there's grace. So come hang out. It's another fun one.

Episode 143: Surfing the Wobble Board: Eclipse Portals & Emotional Tsunamis If last week felt like a "mild emotional tsunami," you aren't alone. Between the Lunar New Year, a once-in-36-years Saturn/Neptune alignment, and the ongoing eclipse portal, the energy is heavy, weird, and deeply dysregulating. In this episode, we talk about why February 2026 is one of the roughest astrological stretches of the year—and no, it's not the Year of the Fire Horse yet! We are in a fated moment of transformation meant to upend us. The goal this week? Hunker down, stay in your body, and keep the "doing" to a bare minimum. This Week's Survival Strategy Get on the Mat: Aim for 2–4 sessions. With zero planets in Earth signs, physical movement is your only exit ramp from the anxiety spiral. Double Check Everything: Mercury stations Retrograde this week. Expect "Systems Down" energy—tech glitches, schedule snafus, and communication hiccups. Embrace the "Pillow Fort": Friday brings deep emotional healing and potential "owie" moments with Mars square Uranus. Soften your edges. Mentoring Lite: Applications are now open for this transformative 6-month support container. Only 33 spots available. Daily Energy Forecast Mo(o)nday, Feb 23: The "wonky" portal continues. Remember: we can't control the storm; we can only weather it. Wednesday, Feb 25: UWS Workout: Fluid Solutions. Focus on spiritual hygiene—don't let the muck get stuck in your field. Thursday, Feb 26: Mercury Stations Retrograde. The universe asks: "Were you listening during the shadow phase?" Practice discernment over perfection. Friday, Feb 27: The Deep Heal. North Node squares Chiron. Expect tears and core-wound processing. It's "Goddess Day"—soothe yourself with Aphrodite Tapping. Saturday, Feb 28: Full Moon Eclipse Energy begins. The dimmer switch turns up as we head toward the March 3rd Virgo Eclipse. Ground yourself now. Sunday, March 1: New Monthly Meditation. We activate the Higher Heart Chakra to balance the heavy transitions of Pisces season. Weekly Mantra "Now is the moment my full crystalline codes reconfigure. My boundaries strengthen. It's transition. And learning how to stay long enough for identity to stabilise - instead of misreading discomfort as failure. You don't need to do anything with this episode. Just notice what stays with you after listening. That's usually the part that matters.Listen & stay connected:

"The Bus Routes Of South London" The London-born Jah Wobble is one of the most legendary musicians on the planet. The celebrated bassist burst onto the radar with PiL, playing on the first two albums--Public Image: First Issue and Metal Box--both of which remain undisputed classics. After leaving the band, Wobble stayed busy, playing in The Human Condition and on the Snake Charmer EP with The Edge and with his own band Invaders Of The Heart. Wobble left the industry for a few years working for a while with The London Underground--more on that in a minute--but in the late '80s a newly sober Wobble reformed the Invaders and they put out a string of winning albums like Rising Above Bedlam and Take Me To God. And from there? Well, from there, he just kept working with a list of impressive folks like Sinead O'Connor, The Orb, Ginger Baker, Dolores O'Riordan, Massive Attack, Gavin Friday, Brian Eno, Bjork and Primal Scream. Wobble has also put out a memoir called Memoirs Of A Geezer, which is such a great read, he finished his university degree at the University of London, wrote book reviews for the Independent, wrote a book of poetry, started teaching, played in a band with his sons, and played with the Chinese Dub Orchestra. This list only tells a percentage of the story; Jah Wobble is a man whose lane is not having a lane. He's one of the greatest dub musicians of all time, but he's also someone who's curious about the world and his curiosity has found him exploring ambient music, dance usic, post-punk, world music, dub, Chinese folk, English Folk, and industrial music. His album Old Fashioned Ways with reggae hero Ken Boothe came out in 2025 and it's a glorious and affecting listen. Meanwhile, his other 2025 album The Old North London Line is a proper sequel to The Bus Routes Of South London, where Wobble explores the cinematic and atmospheric sounds of the daily grooves that can be found between stops on the London tracks. www.jahwobble.com (http://www.jahwobble.com) www.bombshellradio.com www.stereoembersmagazine.com (http://www.stereoembersmagazine.com) www.alexgreenbooks.com (http://www.alexgreenbooks.com) Stereo Embers: IG + BLUESKY: @emberspodcast Email: editor@stereoembersmagazine.com

The Curious Cases of Rutherford & Fry

Could you survive an eternal winter? Or is endless summer sun a more appealing prospect? Lots of us are grateful for the seasonal changes that shape the world around us, but this week Hannah and Dara are asking what life would look like without the axial tilt that brings each hemisphere closer and further away from the sun as the seasons change each year. Listener Andrew from Melbourne wants to know what would happen if the planet stood perfectly upright, no lean, no tilt, no seasons. But what else could happen? Is Earth's 23-degree slant the cosmic fluke that made life possible? To find out, Hannah and explore how losing the tilt reshapes climate, ecosystems, evolution and maybe even the fate of the dinosaurs. You can send your everyday mysteries for the team to investigate to: curiouscases@bbc.co.uk Contributors Dr Robin Smith - Climate modelling researcher at the University of Reading Professor Rebecca Kilner - Evolutionary Biologist and Head of the Department of Zoology at Cambridge Professor Amaury Triaud - Professor of Exoplanetology at the University of Birmingham Aidan McGivern - Meteorologist and Senior weather presenter at the MET OfficeProducer: Emily Bird Executive Producer: Sasha Feachem A BBC Studios Production

"Sharing our truth is our holy work. It's holy medicine. Nothing we live is too shameful or unworthy of being heard."EPISODE DESCRIPTIONYour most powerful story is staying hidden. The experience that cracked you open, the truth that lives in your bones, the wisdom that could heal others just by hearing it. But you're not sharing it.Maybe you've told yourself it needs a trigger warning. Maybe someone said it's too much, too shameful. Maybe you're glossing over it, telling safer stories instead. In this episode, I sit down with Jaclyn Shaw to explore what it actually means to be uncensored and energetically free. Not performing. Not waiting for permission. Fully inhabiting your truth without making other people's reactions your business. We dive deep into the real reasons we censor ourselves, what it costs us, and the exact shifts that create energetic freedom.TIMESTAMPS00:07 - Introduction: Welcome to Uncensored & Energetically Free02:28 - Giveaway Announcement: Two Channeled Astrology Readings04:48 - Channel Program Doors Open07:05 - Finding and Reclaiming God09:02 - The Journey from Church to Divine Remembrance11:22 - Knowing God Within as a Child13:43 - The Spiritual Smackdown Experience17:59 - The Journey to Writing Three Books20:00 - When Someone Says Your Story is Too Shameful22:16 - Doubling Down on Truth24:07 - The Soul of the Book26:26 - People Feel Frequency First28:41 - Outsourcing Your Power30:44 - The Most Recent Amplification33:03 - Vulnerability Invites Vulnerability35:27 - Public Judgment and Private Resonance37:32 - None of Your Business Energy39:51 - Showing Up in Your Wholeness42:07 - The Wobble as Sacred Invitation: WHO vs WHY44:24 - Uncensored Truth and Energetic Freedom46:42 - Storytelling as Holy Work49:09 - The Divine Dance of Permission51:30 - Connect with Jacqueline Shaw52:45 - Closing: Keep Looking UpLinks MentionedJaclyn Shaw's Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/jaclyn_shaw_/ChannelUnlearn The Matrixhttps://offers.therawandwildhearts.com/channelLori's Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/lorireisingchannelsFacebookhttps://www.facebook.com/lorireising-1YouTubehttps://www.youtube.com/@LoriReisingWork with Lori!https://therawandwildhearts.com/
