Hello beautiful people around the world, Welcome back it is time for another Decisive podcast Munich Exclusive its Thursday May 6th 2021, this is episode #72 featuring my guest HVM (NXTOU/MUNICH) he is not new to the series but always delivers a upfront dj set of fine electronic music. Our interview today contains an interesting point of view on life & music. We hope you enjoy this episode feel free to share it with your friends and open minded music lovers. Peace! Short History about HVM. Have you ever tried to measure happiness in BPM? Watching HVM (Häppy van Mazn) while performing his magic on the decks with a perfectly dosed touch – which by the way looks amazing – one will answer: YES. Ever since he first set foot into the Allgäu-Techno Scene Häppy unfailingly amazes everyone shortly after entering the stage. Those ecstatic moments created by the hat lover every night today are not only great scams but pure passion. Not for nothing flaunts „Home of my music” on his chest. Hence, it’s very likely to meet him in all those fairytale living rooms of Berlin, aka Wilde Renate & Kater Blau, and that he moves up all Berliners into a stimulating trance on his journey through the multifarious world of music. Another affair of the heart is NXTOU, an aspirant agency, which took in addition to Häppy artists like Stefan Biniak, Julian Wassermann, Nusha, and Jonas Woehl under its wings. Somewhere along the nightlife-road – no one recalls where and when – they found each other. A baseline-raver-symbiosis with his partner in crime Genji Yoshida. Those soulmates shine brighter than any diamond found on this techno planet and manage to beautify the clubs and festivals all across the northern & southern hemispheres. At the latest after their release “Miura” – signed on Moonbooticas Imprint “Moonbootique” hitting no 9 on the FAZE M. Charts – the world is aware that those two are as thick as thieves. The duo sends – without hesitation – everyone – once the beat drops out to come back at full tilt to find its way into your chest – on a tremendous sound trip shattering every wishful thinking and as a logical consequence piercing marrow and bone to dance. Häppy’s music can’t be narrowed down to a genre or pattern – it bends the bow from deep-house to techno and burns into the memory of everyone listening to it. However, one thing that his music does with us we know for sure: letting our Endorphins dance while we get goosebumps all our bodies. Welcome to this week's edition of Subterranean Homesick Grooves™, a weekly electronica-based radio show presented originally on CHMA FM 106.9 at Mount Allison University in Atlantic Canada (but expanded to distribution on other terrestrial and internet-based radio stations), and also distributed as a global podcast through iTunes. The show is normally programmed and mixed by Jonathan Clark (as DJ Bolivia), although some weeks very occasionally feature guest mixes by other Canadian DJ's. The show encompasses many sub-genres within the realm of electronic dance music, but the main focus is definitely on tech-house and techno, and a small amount of progressive, trance, & minimal. Due to the mix of styles, you may hear combinations of tracks that wouldn't normally be featured together in a DJ's live set, but this show is intended to feature various styles of electronic/dance music. Liner notes for this episode (SHG 358) can be seen below.Para la información en español, vaya aquí.I should point out that when I make these shows, I mean for them to be a journey. I pay a lot of attention to the programming, and to the development of energy levels. If you're a first-time listener, you might think that the start of the show is quite tame, on the slower and "deeper" side of house or techno. However, give it time. Pay attention to how the styles change throughout the mix, and how the energy builds. Sometimes, I'll be very erratic and jump around between several genres, just for fun. Sometimes, I'll do a particularly dark show, with a heavy emphasis on techno. Most of the time however, you'll find a mix of mostly deep house or minimal or deep techno for the first third of the mix, building into a more upbeat section of tech-house through the middle, perhaps building up to some energetic tracks at the end, which often trespass into the realm of more contemporary house. Don't treat the show as a collection of individual tracks ... think of it as a cohesive experience; an hour-long aural journey of reflection and beats. And don't be shocked when I jump around between sub-genres of house and techno, to keep you wondering what will come next.By the way, if you're looking for DJ mixes in styles other than progressive/tech-house, check out www.djbolivia.ca/mixes.html. That page has a number of mainstream/top40 dance mixes (the "Workout Mix" series), as well as some deep house, drum and bass, and other styles. Here's our Podcast Feed to paste into iTunes or any other podcatcher:http://feeds.feedburner.com/shgHere's a Direct Link to this week's show:http://www.chma.fm/Bolivia_-_Subterranean_Homesick_Grooves_358.mp3Older episodes of the show are not directly available from our main servers anymore, to conserve space for more recent episodes. In 2015, he managed to be charted 3 times in housecharts.net in April, June and August Deep House Charts. His releases have been charted in Top 100 Beatport Nu Disco and Deep House Chart, 6 times in the last 6 months. The best place was his Moonlight Dreamers EP’s entrance in No 3 of the chart. He has been signed to more than 20 record labels from all over the world. 7even has supported with his sets well-known artists of international House Music scene like Stefan Biniak and Flic Flac.
