The Pakistani community living in Melbourne celebrates the blessed month of Ramadan with great enthusiasm. Jen and Dawson have now been housemates nearly as long as they've been dating, and Jen is getting itchy: she's grossed out when Dawson wants to use her toothbrush (which he only has to because she commandeered his for makeup purposes) and violated when he starts going through her stuff in the bathroom. Jen channels these feelings into advice for the female students who call in asking for relationship tips, which is fine until Dawson tunes in just as she's saying that although you can delay it with sex, all men leave. Jack is finding out this is true in a sense at the frat house: as he moves in to a capacious single, upperclassman Blossom is moving into a shared room with Eric. Turns out Jack is right to be suspicious about how THAT arrangement came about. On the heels of Pacey's big promotion at [eye-roll] Civilization, Melanie returns with a thrilling offer: her uncle bought a bigger boat and he's taking it out to sail around the Greek Islands...in three days. What will Pacey do? And will his increased contact with Audrey sway his decision? Professor Wilder's new course boasts both Joey and Elliot, the guy Joey literally bumped into in the season premiere. After Wilder (creepily) notices Elliot watching Joey during class and (even more creepily) forces him to talk to her, Joey has to determine whether it's worth getting involved with one of Audrey's exes...or is he?

In the latest episode of “Tax Stuff You Should Know,” hosts Bob Pluth and Gene Magidenko unpack the CFM Insurance decision, spotlighting the complexities of captive insurance arrangements and the Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) scrutiny of them. They underscore the importance of tax planning needing to correspond with economic and substantive reality, the audit risks, including those tied to refund claims, and the implications of the IRS' Dirty Dozen list. The discussion also stresses the importance of meticulous documentation and legal compliance, and notes that reliance on qualified professional advice can help mitigate penalties. Takeaways - Captive insurance companies must operate as bona fide insurance providers. - The IRS continues to flag certain planning strategies as high risk. - Taxpayers must maintain thorough documentation and comply with legal requirements. - Courts focus on the substance of a transaction or structure rather than its form. - Good-faith reliance on competent tax advice may mitigate penalties. - Arrangements that promise outsized tax benefits warrant skepticism.

He's had music featured in shows including “Grey's Anatomy,” “The Vampire Diaries” and “Private Practice,” but O'Neal's catapult to success came when his song “Turning Page” landed a coveted spot in the 2011 “Twilight” film “Breaking Dawn – Part 1.” On Saturday, Nov. 29, O'Neal will join the Chicago Philharmonic at the Auditorium Theatre for “Home for the Holidays.” The performance includes orchestral arrangements of O'Neal's holiday covers and original songs.
