“The man has only one look for Christ's sake! Blue Steel? Ferrari? Le Tigra? They're the same face! Doesn't anybody notice this? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!†– Mugatu (from Zoolander). Now more than ever, people are waking up to the realization that much of the mainstream narrative is an illusion. In this podcast, I will be discussing different areas of life where once you see the accepted story for what it is, you'll start to have access to power true freedom of choice in every aspect of your life.

It seems paradoxical logically......and that's the way life works. In this episode, I dive deeper into the subject and also discuss the one step that must happen for the process of letting go to begin. Website: www.energeticmentoring.com Instagram: @Kuangwhuang
At a crossroads in your job or relationship? Not sure how to figure it out? Here's the good news.... You're not meant to figure it out. If you can surrender and pay attention, something much bigger is already guiding you. It's not going to be comfortable (because extraordinary change is NEVER comfortable), and there is a natural joy and peace that comes with allowing whatever it is your meant to do and experience to come through. The book I mentioned in the podcast is "The Surrender Experiment" by Michael Singer Website: www.energeticmentoring.com Instagram: @Kuangwhuang
A man is at his best when he is on a quest with a purpose. He is focused, resourceful, dependable, tenacious and grows from challenges and setback. A joy arises from dedicating his life to that purpose and many of the things in society we focus on (money, women, status, popularity, etc.) can even be natural byproducts of being on purpose. However, chasing those things in and of itself does not put a man on his purpose. It's uncommon for me to meet a man on his purpose nowadays. We all connect to something that lights us up......I just don't feel most men have an awareness of what that purpose is, and they are definitely not living it. There are many things in our society that I feel are distracting men from their purpose. One of the most devastating ones is porn and masturbation. According to a survey conducted by Tenga, 92% of US men masturbate, and there is some level of addiction in a high percentage of them. There are countless youtube videos, articles, TED talks, etc. on the harmful effects of porn/masturbation and also on the noticeable benefits of stopping so I'm not going to belabor them here. If I had to give some unsolicited advice to most men on how to be more attractive to women, I'd chellenge them to connect to a purpose that's worth valuing their seed for: - Notice your motivation to work out and the results from working out after you stop (higher testerone level after 7 days) - Notice how the built up sexual tension can be transmuted to a drive to get shit done - Notice how the lingering guilt in the back of your mind has been replaced with confidence and self pride that you are in control - Notice how you can enjoy having sexual urges without needing to release. How do you think women feel about non-needy men? Cutting out porn/masturbation will not solve all your problems. But......it sure would be nice to live your life without an invisible deadweight dragging you down wouldn't it? https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/worlds-largest-masturbation-survey-uncovers-how-traditional-views-of-masculinity-prevent-men-from-having-fulfilling-sex-lives--relationships-300638644.html Website: www.energeticmentoring.com Instagram @Kuangwhuang

In this episode, I discuss stereotypes, racism, hate crime, etc. and why shaming and condemning doesn't work. Did you know: - The Income tax was suppose to be a "temporary" thing to help the US fund World War 1 - Nixon said we were "temporarily" going off the gold standard in 1971 - If you make money from stocks (and other investments) you have to pay a capital gains tax. So the income they already taxed you for.....if you take a risk and invest it in stocks and make money, the government expects you to pay taxes on that. If you lose money, the capital gains loss offset is capped at $3,000. Most of us see all the bullshit going on in every facet of society right now. How do we actually transform it? There are many business models built on people not utilizing the service or taking risks with people's assets that they think are being kept safe. - Planet Fitness doesn't want its members to utilize the gym. If 40% of Planet Fitness's members started using the gym regularly, the gym wouldn't be able to support the volume and the business model would fall apart. - Banks don't actually keep your money safe for you. Even the biggest banks are only required to keep 10% of the total deposits available as reserves. They are loaning out the other 90% or more (multiple times (called fractional reserve banking)) to make money off of fees and interest rates. If all of a sudden people wanted to withdraw 20% of the money supposedly available that's called a "bank run" and the bank would be insolvent (unable to repay its depositors). - Silver is probably the most suppressed and manipulated asset in the world. If people decided to take physical possession of even 1% of the made up silver ounces traded on the COMEX (Futures and Options market for precious metals), the whole silver rigging market would fall apart and the "price" of silver would skyrocket at least 10x. We might be seeing it happen now. website: www.energeticmentoring.com Instagram: @kuangwhuang

To me, being a man at the highest level is someone who fully embodies living his purpose. Through the challenges and setbacks he's encountered in life, there's a peaceful, grounding and strength that anyone who comes in contact with him can sense and benefit from. There is tremendous pride and ego and even more humility and a vision for the impact he wishes to make in the world. Around him, feminine energy feels safe and inspired to fully blossom and masculine energy feels compelled to step up and expand. He is certain, at peace and compassionate. Ever wonder why certain things just come easy for certain people? Why is it so easy for person A to attract wealth and wealth making opportunities? How come people just gravitate towards person B? Why is it that person C can firmly and gracefully establish her boundaries and have people honor them? This doesn't mean they don't work hard. However, there's an effortlessness and almost serendipitous quality to how it just happens. They are definitely not "trying". Is it because of their looks? Is it because they didn't have the childhood you had? Is it because they have good genetics? In this episode, I explore what's at play using exercise as the primary example. The goal is for you to become aware of blindspots. A blindspot is something that is "there" that you are not aware of. As soon as you become aware of it, everything transforms automatically without the need for you to "effort". Instagram: @Kuangwhuang Website: www.energeticmentoring.com

What is Gaslighting? The term originates in the systematic psychological manipulation of a victim by her husband in Patrick Hamilton's 1938 stage play Gas Light, and the film adaptations released in 1940 and 1944. In the story, the husband attempts to convince his wife and others that she is insane by manipulating small elements of their environment and insisting that she is mistaken, remembering things incorrectly, or delusional when she points out these changes. The play's title alludes to how the abusive husband slowly dims the gas lights in their home, while pretending nothing has changed, in an effort to make his wife doubt her own perceptions. The wife repeatedly asks her husband to confirm her perceptions about the dimming lights, but in defiance of reality, he keeps insisting that the lights are the same and instead it is she who is going insane. It's pretty straightforward what the phrase "Media Gaslighting" means. In this podcast, I talk about (and show) some blatant examples of the media (and government) changing their narrative. Even in 2020, we were getting a very different narrative on the vaccine for most of the year compared to what they are reporting now. Maybe you are not crazy after all. On November 28th, Sarah Fuller made history by being the first woman to play in a Power 5 conference college football game. An accomplishment that on the surface should be celebrated and inspiring has turned into a controversial topic with widely varying opinions and takes. From the title of the podcast, my views on the situation should be pretty obvious. The goal of this podcast isn't to change anyone's mind. Instead, if you've already had similar thoughts as I've shared, just know that you are not alone. It's ok to have views that the mainstream media doesn't support. It's ok to determine for yourself what is authentic and truthful for you. It's ok to put yourself out there for that truth and be subject to criticism. Our society desperately needs to transform. I first met Joshua four years ago through the Big brother big sister program when he was 12 years old. He's definitely had his ups and downs, and his growth the past four years has been extraordinary. I was actually surprised when he told me he wanted to come on the podcast and talk about mental health since he's always been very shy on camera. You wouldn't know it by interacting with him, but he came from an extremely challenging childhood background (which he talks about in the podcast) and as a result even as a 12 year old kid he had great self awareness from his adopted mom getting him all kinds of help from therapy, to mentors to playing music instruments, sports, etc. He was very nervous at the beginning of the podcast but notice how the tone of his voice and mental clarity shifts as soon as we started talking about how he wants what we talk about to benefit people. "Find a bigger why". It sounds cliché, but we really do have access to a whole lot more energy when our attention shifts from moving away from what we don't want to the impact we want to make on people. With enough energy, a trauma becomes a gift. Instagram: @kuangwhuang Website: www.energeticmentoring.com
Do you avoid doing/saying things you know is right (when needed) to avoid upsetting your family members or close friends? That's a sign of a challenge with personal confrontation. Do you have a strong physiological aversion to being on people's radar so they can give their opinion and feedback on you? That's a sign of a challenge with visibility. Most people don't like personal confrontation and being visible. When these things happen, we are no longer comfortable and fit in. It is literally a basic survival mechanism. Being visibility for visibility's sake is pointless. What we need is a bigger why. - Is it worth personal confrontation to protect your child? - Is it worth being visible be an example and give a voice to all the women who don't feel like they have a voice? - Is it worth it to stand up and call out the bullshit because you see a much more compelling vision for the world? Now more than ever, the world needs leaders who choose this responsibility. Instead of focusing on what you don't want......what do you actually want to see in the world? The first clip is Democratic Congresswomen Tulsi Gabbard talking about her experiences in Congress (for the record I would've voted for her if she was the Democratic candidate running against Trump this year). Watch the narrative in the media. Everything is about how one party is on the side of justice while the other party is impeding progress. For the people that buy into politics, we literally have a nation that thinks everything is the other party's fault and half the country is asleep/ignorant to support that party. - How clean/corrupt do you think the delegates/caucus system is that selects the candidates representing the party? - How likely is it that there's serving personal agendas, bribery and corruption at the expense of the country and its citizens? - Look up Tulsi Gabbard at the Democratic debate against Joe Biden and others late last year (or really any other time she has publicly spoken). Who do you feel is more honest and probably more capable of positively impacting the country? Why do we continually end up with the same mediocre, uninspiring and often times corrupt candidates that we get? - We've been voting every 4 (or 2) years. Is the system less broken or more broken now than it was 200 years ago? Website: www.energeticmentoring.com Instagram: @Kuangwhuang
