Hey Heal Squad! What better way to celebrate the back-to-school season than with one of TV's most iconic high schoolers: the one and only Jennie Garth, aka Kelly Taylor from Beverly Hills, 90210. Since leaving West Beverly, Jennie has built an incredible life and career…. starring in What I Like About You, competing on Dancing with the Stars, raising three daughters, writing her memoir I Choose Me, and creating a whole new chapter around what it really means to choose yourself. Today, Jennie opens up to Maria about the rock-bottom period after her divorce and the biggest mistake she says she made: isolating herself instead of letting people support her. She shares what actually helped her climb out, like friendship, nature, therapy, creativity, and becoming determined to feel joy again. They also look back at the 90210 years, what it was like to spend her entire young adulthood on set, why leaving the show felt like a grief process, and how the cast eventually found their way back to one another later in life. Plus, Jennie gets candid about her health journey… from a shocking jet ski accident with Luke Perry to severe memory issues that led her to Dr. Amen and a brain scan. This one is part nostalgia, part healing, and a powerful reminder that sometimes choosing yourself starts with simply deciding you want to feel better, and staying persistent until you do. Enjoy! HEALERS & HEAL LINERS Isolation Makes Hard Times Harder: After her divorce, Jennie admits she isolated herself out of shame and now wishes she had let her friends support her sooner. Getting outside, hiking with friends, meeting new people and allowing laughter back into her life helped her begin climbing out of that period. Pay Attention to What Your Brain + Body Are Telling You: Jennie's severe memory issues became so concerning that she feared early-onset Alzheimer's or dementia. A brain scan revealed irregularities that Dr. Amen could be connected to a past head injury, while Jennie also believes then-unrecognized perimenopause was contributing. You Have to Be Persistent in Your Quest to Feel Better: Jennie says she became determined to feel joy again, trying different therapies, workshops, spending time in nature and eventually rediscovering creativity through designing a home. Her takeaway: change required consistency, figuring out what kind of life she actually wanted, and doing more of what made her feel alive. In this episode, I talk about what happens when I stop trusting my own judgment and start following advice simply because an expert told me to. I share a story from my Grow Launch Sell program about a successful membership owner who planned a launch she didn't actually want to do, and how using strategies that don't fit me, my audience, or my offer can lead to poor execution, misaligned energy, and weaker results. I also share why I'm moving my podcast and YouTube episodes from every Monday to every other Monday. This change gives me more space to create quality content, properly market each episode, and bring you more guest conversations. I also talk about how I distinguish between healthy nerves and the feeling that something simply isn't right for me. Finally, I share how helping my client rebuild her launch around an approach that felt right for her led to more signups, strong retention, and renewed confidence. The biggest lesson is simple: I can listen to expert advice without automatically following it. The more I trust my own judgment and make decisions that fit my business, the better my results can become. 3 Key Takeaways Make Sure Advice Fits My Business I don't need to follow a strategy simply because a successful coach or expert recommends it. Before adopting someone else's advice, I need to consider whether it actually fits my business, my audience, my offer, and the way I want to work. Pay Attention to How a Strategy Feels There is a difference between feeling nervous because I'm stretching myself and feeling genuine dread because something isn't right for me. Paying attention to that distinction can help me recognize when I'm moving outside my zone of confidence versus when I'm forcing myself into an approach that doesn't fit. Trusting Myself Leads to Better Decisions The more I outsource my decisions to other people, the harder it becomes to trust my own judgment. When I take the time to question advice, reconnect with what I actually want, and make decisions based on my own business, I can create launches that feel more aligned—and often get better results as a result. Integrity is hard to identify unless you are actively looking for and working on it. But what is "it"? Well, in some ways it is consistency, but that is not enough. Integrity is more than production of the same thing the same way, it is more related to the mindset and spirit behind that consistency. In coffee, we have a lot of room to improve our consistency, because we are lacking in how seriously we take integrity. Today on Shift Break we will be talking about what integrity means and where it shows up in the work of the daily operations. There's something shifting in the way we connect and create in both our lives & businesses right now, and I believe the people willing to go deeper into their own truth are the ones who are going to feel it the most. Today's episode is all about the power of nuance, depth, and creating a business and brand that actually makes people feel something. We're in a renaissance moment where the perfectly polished, follow-the-formula way of doing things is revealing its cracks, and what's working instead is truth, specificity and connection. I hope this episode serves as an invitation to stop managing other people's perception of you, to take some risks in your creative expression, and to lean into the things that make you, and the people you're here to serve, feel fully alive. I can't wait for you to listen. In a world built to fragment your attention, one news app made the opposite bet: fewer ads, trusted sources, and users who actually stay. In this episode, we speak with Ramesh Ramalingam, VP of Product at SmartNews, about how a Japanese news app was rebuilt — not ported — for American users. Ramesh explains why SmartNews users spend 20 minutes per session, why 79% of them don't switch to another screen while reading, and how that focus turns into brand recall for advertisers. He also covers contextual targeting without cross-web tracking, why the product looks different in Tokyo than in Los Angeles, and how a revenue-share model keeps publishers in the loop. If you work in product, app growth, or media monetization, this is a conversation about building for engagement quality rather than scale. Today's topics include: Engagement over scale — 20-minute average sessions and why 79% of users stay undistracted Monetization model — native brand and performance advertising, programmatic where it fits, plus SmartNews+ subscriptions in Japan Brand safety and privacy — contextual targeting, first-party data, and third-party validation instead of invasive tracking Japan to US expansion — high-density vs. clean-white-space design, local publisher partnerships, and building credibility from scratch Centralized vs. decentralized product development — core platform in Japan, market teams close to local users Links and Resources: Ramesh Ramalingam on LinkedIn Smartnews website Business Of Apps - connecting the app industry Quotes from Ramesh Ramalingam “What is interesting about SmartNews is it's not about the scale. We're talking about 50 million, but it's more about the user engagement. Our users spend on average 20 minutes in our product, which is very high.” “From an advertiser perspective, yes, they do care about the reach, but trust is the most important aspect. We don't rely on invasive tracking across the web like other platforms do. What we built is a privacy-first, brand-safe environment.” “We didn't take the Japanese app and plug it into the US. We made sure that it is customized to the user preferences in the US, and it's built for American users.” Host Business Of Apps - connecting the app industry since 2012
What if the renewal of our communities does not begin with politics, programs or institutions—but with the transformation of the human heart? In this episode of the Embracing Brokenness Podcast, Steve talks with Rob Loughery, author of Building Redemptive Community: What Christians Can Do to Make Community Great Again.Rob has spent more than thirty years working at the intersection of business, real estate development, public service and community revitalization. But his deeper journey began when God showed him that restoring buildings and neighborhoods could never be separated from restoring people.Rob shares how a phrase he heard more than twenty years ago—“redemptive community”—captured his heart and eventually became both a calling and a way of life. He also opens up about growing up as a pastor's kid, mistaking salvation for a spiritual “get-out-of-jail-free card,” and discovering that Jesus wanted to heal and transform the heart he had spent years protecting through performance and success.Together, Steve and Rob explore:• Why transformed communities require transformed hearts• What the Church may be getting wrong about discipleship• Why Christians must do more than attend, give and leave the work to others• How our gifts, passions and stories reveal our unique Kingdom assignments• What Nehemiah teaches us about prayer, courage and rebuilding• How ordinary believers can participate in God's work of redeeming all thingsGod is already at work restoring people and places. The question is not whether He will accomplish His purposes. We're constantly told to slow down and be present, but what does it actually mean to pay attention when so much of modern life is designed to scatter it?This summer, French auteur Jacques Tati returns to LAB111 in six newly restored 4K classics, including his magnum opus PlayTime. Few filmmakers have looked at modern life with Tati's comic precision: traffic becomes choreography, bureaucracy becomes absurd theatre and the city itself becomes a machine for distraction.Producer Elliot Bloom and filmmaker Kiriko Mechanicus explore attention, bureaucracy and urban life through Tati's PlayTime, Kurosawa's Ikiru and Scorsese's After Hours, looking at what happens when the structures of modern life become so consuming that we stop noticing the lives we're actually living. But if paying attention has become something we increasingly struggle to do, what should we make of films that turn it into a virtue? In Perfect Days, is noticing the world a genuine alternative to modern life — or are we fetishising attention itself?Get tickets to It's Cinema! What happens when highly trained healthcare professionals are measured more by sales targets than by the quality of care they provide? In Australia, growing frustration over workplace conditions, corporate key performance indicators, declining salaries and the rapid expansion of the optometry workforce has led employed optometrists to take an unprecedented step: organizing through the Health Services Union. In this urgent international edition of The 20/20 Podcast, Dr. Harbir Sian speaks with Australian optometrists Johnny Van Ling and Rory Dowdall, two of the leading voices behind the country's optometry labour movement. They describe a profession in which some optometrists report struggling to take lunch or bathroom breaks, being pressured to meet targets for spectacle sales and privately billed imaging, and fearing replacement by a growing supply of new graduates. What began as frustrated conversations between colleagues developed into an online community involving thousands of Australian optometrists and eventually became the country's first optometry union movement. The discussion goes far beyond salaries and working conditions. Johnny and Rory examine how deregulation, corporatization, new optometry programs and industry influence within education may have shifted the balance of power away from clinicians. They also discuss the tension between commercial metrics and independent clinical judgment, including the potential professional risk to optometrists when business expectations begin influencing decisions about imaging, appointment length, billing or patient care. For optometrists in Canada and the United States, Australia provides both a warning and a lesson. The guests explain how changes that initially appeared small—or were promoted as improving access to care—gradually affected professional autonomy, employment security and the public perception of optometry. The conversation explores tele-optometry, workforce saturation, the role of professional associations and why individual clinicians may be unable to resist systemic pressure without collective organization. This episode is not simply a discussion about whether optometrists should unionize. It is a deeper examination of who controls the future of optometry: the clinicians responsible for patient care or the corporations, institutions and commercial interests shaping how that care is delivered. For every optometrist concerned about clinical independence, corporate optometry, professional advocacy, workforce planning or the long-term value of the profession, this is a conversation that cannot be ignored.Love the show? In this episode, I was lucky enough to interview Connor Snyder, CEO and co-founder of Storyy.Connor shares how growing up around entrepreneurs shaped his outlook on business and why learning marketing—not chasing entrepreneurship—ultimately led him to build a company focused on personal branding at scale. Connor walks through his journey from experimenting with Facebook ads in college to helping hundreds of mortgage professionals establish authority through authentic content, before transforming that manual process into Storyy, a platform that helps businesses and creators produce impactful video content more efficiently.Connor also dives into one of today's biggest marketing conversations: where AI belongs in the creative process. Rather than replacing people, Connor explains why human creativity, taste, and validation remain essential for producing content that actually captures attention. Connor discusses building businesses with an eventual exit in mind, staying curious about emerging technology and the power of authentic storytelling.Explore Connor Snyder's fresh perspective on personal branding, creative strategy, and building for the future in this episode of The First Customer!Guest Info:Storyyhttps://storyy.com/Connor Snyder's LinkedInhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/connorsnyder/Connect with Jay on LinkedInhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/jayaigner/The First Customer Youtube Channelhttps://www.youtube.com/@thefirstcustomerpodcastThe First Customer podcast websitehttps://www.firstcustomerpodcast.comFollow The First Customer on LinkedInhttp://www.linkedin.com/company/the-first-customer-podcast/
Most people think attention is something simple. Something automatic. Something that just happens wherever the mind happens to go. You open your eyes in the morning and attention turns on. You scroll through your phone and attention follows movement. You sit in a conversation and attention shifts between words, expressions, pauses. It feels almost passive, as if attention is just a spotlight that occasionally moves without much involvement from us.But if you look closer, attention is not passive at all. Attention is one of the most active forces in human experience. It is the mechanism through which reality becomes structured. Because out of the infinite amount of information available at any moment, attention selects. It narrows. It defines. It says, “this matters right now, and everything else is background.”

This episode touches on the theme of Strengthen Culture. In this episode, we dig into some buzzwords (that will make James mad), like Resenteeism, Revenge RTO, and Conscious Unbossing, all in an effort to let James rant about how lame they are. We also explore trends and terms that are starting to shine a spotlight on hidden issues impacting our workplaces, like:FOBO (Fear of Becoming Obsolete): A specific, sharp spike in workplace anxiety regarding AI capabilities.AI as First Mate: Organizations are relying more and more on generative AI tools and autonomous agentic AI as members of their team. The Manager Experience: Supporting middle managers is becoming a higher operational priority, as they bear the burden of translating strategy into daily hybrid and remote realities. Skills-Based Talent Pools: Companies are shifting toward skills-based architecture, allowing for better internal mobility and training rather than rigid, degree-focused job descriptions. Our prescription for this episode is to avoid renaming existing trends for clicks and likes. Also, to be realistic when it comes to the realities of AI and the vital role that managers play in our workplaces.Past Episode Referenced:S4 E10: What Trends Should I Pay Attention To In 2026?S4 E23: Why Don't Employees Go Above And Beyond Anymore? To talk more about manager training, reach out to us at info@roman3.ca or through our LinkedIn page at https://www.linkedin.com/company/roman3Don't forget to sign up for our New Quarterly Newsletter that launched in the fall of 2024!About Our Hosts!James is an experienced business coach with a specialization in HR management and talent attraction and retention. Listen along as we continue our journey through 2 Peter. Notes//Quotes: 2 Peter 1:16-21 I have seen the face of Jesus— Tell me not of aught beside; I have heard the voice of Jesus—All my soul is satisfied. In the radiance of the glory, First I saw His blessed face, And forever shall that glory Be my home, my dwelling-place. 2 Tim 3:16-17 The value of inspiration emerges, as twofold. It gives to the books written under its bearing a quality which is truly superhuman; a trustworthiness, an authority, a searchingness, a profundity, a profitableness which is altogether Divine. And it speaks this Divine word immediately to each reader's heart and conscience; so that he does not require to make his way to God, painfully, perhaps even uncertainly, through the words of His servants, the human instruments in writing the Scriptures, but can listen directly to the Divine voice itself speaking immediately in the Scriptural word to him. BB Warfield “We read scripture in order to be refreshed in our memory and understanding of the story within which we ourselves are actors, to be reminded where it has come from and where it is going to, and hence what our own part within it ought to be.” - NT Wright, Scripture and the Authority of God 1. Where in your life do you already know what needs to change, but continue to avoid the cost of changing it? 2. What has become so normal in your life that you no longer notice how much it is diminishing your vitality? 3. If someone looked only at the way you spend your time, energy, and attention, what would they assume matters most to you?
In this episode, I explore the hidden role of the pinky toe and why this often-ignored appendage plays a crucial part in how we receive load, sense the ground, and maintain lateral stability. I break down the anatomy and biomechanics of the outer foot, explaining how muscles like the abductor digiti minimi, flexor digiti minimi brevis, and the peroneals work together as a coordinated collective to widen the foot and create a micro-adjustable suspension system. I also connect the dots between the pinky toe, the plantar sling, and the entire kinetic chain—from the pelvis and ribcage down to the breath. Rather than viewing the foot as an isolated set of muscles, I invite you to see how restoring suppleness and responsiveness to the outer foot can transform full-body movement patterns, relieving tension from the lower back and SI joints all the way to the jaw.

Bishop Jim's insightful messages help others find THEIR METRON through M~otivation E~nlightenment T~ranscendence R~enewal O~utreach and N~etworking Learn more: www.bishinthenow.com Follow Jim Swilley on Youtube to see the videos live Sundays at 11:11 am – https://www.youtube.com/bishinthenow Technical Note Note: We experienced a brief technical issue at the beginning of this week’s livestream that affected the first few minutes of the broadcast. Thankfully, we were able to resolve it before Bishop Jim got into the heart of this week’s message, so you won’t miss any of the main teaching. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Summary In this week’s message, Bishop Jim Swilley continued his series on The Spirit of Spontaneity, exploring how spiritual maturity is often revealed through our ability to recognize and trust the “still small voice.” Rather than expecting God to communicate through dramatic signs and miracles, Jim challenged listeners to become quiet enough to hear the subtle nudges of intuition, wisdom, and inner knowing. Through personal stories, biblical examples, and practical insights, he illustrated that the deepest guidance often comes through spontaneous thoughts, gentle impressions, and moments we might otherwise dismiss. The invitation is to become present, attentive, flexible, and willing to move with the flow of Spirit rather than trying to force outcomes. Main Takeaways Listen for the Still Small Voice One of the central themes was that God’s guidance becomes quieter as we mature spiritually. Rather than loud warnings or dramatic interventions, Spirit often speaks through subtle impressions that require attentiveness. Scripture: 1 Kings 19:11-13 – Elijah hears God in the “still small voice.” Psalm 46:10 – “Be still, and know that I am God.” Spiritual Maturity Recognizes Subtlety Children often require loud correction, but mature believers learn to recognize gentle nudges. Jim suggested that when we continually ignore those subtle promptings, we often create unnecessary hardship for ourselves. Meditation Creates Space for Wisdom Rather than constantly speaking to God, Jim emphasized learning to become quiet enough to hear what has already been placed within us. Scripture: Philippians 4:6-7 Psalm 1:2 Joshua 1:8 Trust Your Spirit Before You Overthink Many of the stories Jim shared involved spontaneous thoughts or impressions that later proved significant—from simple desires like Raisinets to life-altering moments that likely prevented accidents. His point: Sometimes your first thought is your spirit speaking before your mind starts arguing. Detach from Outcomes Jim compared intention to giving someone flowers. Once you’ve offered them, you don’t continue squeezing or controlling them. He connected this principle to: James 1 The principle of releasing intentions without obsessing over outcomes. Pay Attention to Divine Synchronicities Whether it was finding unexpected Raisinets, visiting the roof of a historic building only days after mentioning it, or repeated encounters with a cardinal while renovating his parents’ home, Jim encouraged listeners to notice meaningful patterns rather than dismissing them as coincidence. Prayer Isn’t About Convincing God Jim challenged the idea that louder or longer prayers produce better results. Instead, mature prayer becomes agreement with what God has already established. Scriptures discussed: Luke 11 Luke 18 Philippians 4:6 Matthew 6 Keep Knocking…But Not Necessarily on the Same Door When Jesus taught persistence, Jim suggested the deeper principle isn’t endlessly pounding on one closed door. Instead: Keep seeking until you discover the door that actually opens. Relationships Teach Us How God Communicates Long-term relationships eventually develop communication that barely needs words. Jim suggested our relationship with God matures the same way. The Wind Cannot Be Controlled The Holy Spirit is dynamic—not formulaic. Scriptures: John 3:8 Acts 2:1-4 The Spirit moves where it wills, reminding us that God cannot be reduced to religious systems or predictable formulas. The Bible Points Beyond Itself Jim explored several biblical examples showing that Scripture itself often overturns assumptions made from earlier passages. Examples included: Ruth the Moabite (Ruth) Job from Uz (Job 1:1) The Ethiopian Eunuch (Acts 8) The Good Samaritan (Luke 10) Peter and Cornelius (Acts 10) His emphasis was that the Spirit consistently moves people toward greater inclusion, openness, and compassion. Quote of the Week “The still small voice is quiet… and it usually only speaks to you once.” — Bishop Jim Swilley Scriptures Referenced 1 Kings 19:11-13 Psalm 46:10 Psalm 1:2 Joshua 1:8 James 1 Philippians 4:6-7 Luke 11 Luke 18 John 3:8 Acts 2:1-4 Acts 8 Acts 10 Proverbs 25:11 Deuteronomy 23 Ruth Job 1:1 Luke 10 Matthew 6 Final Thought The Spirit of spontaneity isn’t about being impulsive—it’s about becoming so present that you recognize the quiet movements of God before your mind talks you out of them. As Bishop Jim reminded us, spiritual maturity isn’t measured by how loudly we pray, but by how deeply we listen. Often, the guidance we’ve been asking for has already been whispered—we simply need to become still enough to hear it.

A talk by Thanissaro Bhikkhu entitled "Pay Attention to Some Things"
“Send Coach John a message”Another legend comes to the front of the class to share some invaluable lessons about life. You know what?? These are simple lessons too, but I'm just talking about me here - they are not easy to keep remembering. I've always had trouble paying attention. It's one of many things that Jim Rohn helps me and all of us remember to work through. The clip comes from Jim Rohn Official (@OfficialJimRohn) - “Growth isn't always about grinding harder. Sometimes, it's just about watching more closely. Jim Rohn believed that success leaves clues, and the people who progress fastest are the ones learning from the wins of others. Look at what's working around you. Ask questions. Study outcomes. The better you observe, the more you learn what to repeat and what to release.” He's one that helps leave clues for all of us as we all navigate this journey of life. Thanks for listening. Bishop Jim's insightful messages help others find THEIR METRON through M~otivation E~nlightenment T~ranscendence R~enewal O~utreach and N~etworking Learn more: www.bishinthenow.com Follow Jim Swilley on Youtube to see the videos live Sundays at 11:11 am – https://www.youtube.com/bishinthenow In this message, Bishop Jim Swilley continues his series on The Spirit of Spontaneity, exploring what it means to live with openness, flexibility, and awareness of the ways Spirit communicates in everyday life. Moving beyond the idea of simply being spontaneous, he teaches that divine wisdom often comes through unexpected channels—nature, memories, relationships, synchronicities, and moments that cannot be fully explained. Drawing from the story of Saul and the Witch of Endor (1 Samuel 28), Bishop challenges listeners to move beyond rigid religious frameworks and become attentive to the living voice of Spirit in the present moment. Personal stories about his parents, family history, and recent discoveries in his home become powerful illustrations of healing, reconciliation, and the ongoing connection between generations. Key Takeaways 1. Spirit Speaks Beyond Traditional Religious Boundaries Bishop emphasizes that God is not confined to a single book, denomination, or religious system. He points to creation itself as a source of revelation. Scriptures Referenced: Psalm 19:1 — “The heavens declare the glory of God.” Matthew 6:28-29 — Jesus’ teaching about learning from the lilies of the field. 2. Wisdom Requires Trust Using James 1, he teaches that once wisdom is sought and received, people must resist the temptation to overanalyze or talk themselves out of what they know internally. Scripture Referenced: James 1:5-8 — Ask for wisdom in faith without being double-minded. 3. The Present Moment Is Sacred The spontaneity Jesus taught was not recklessness but responsiveness. Bishop points to Jesus’ instruction that his followers trust the Spirit to give them words when needed. Scriptures Referenced: Luke 12:11-12 Matthew 10:19-20 4. Unfinished Relationships Can Be Healed A major theme of the message is that people are more than their earthly conflicts. Bishop suggests that healing and understanding continue beyond what we perceive as death and that many of our unresolved struggles are connected to memories rather than present realities. 5. Pay Attention to Synchronicities The discovery of old photographs, meaningful family artifacts, and unexpected connections becomes a practical lesson: Spirit often communicates through seemingly ordinary events that carry extraordinary meaning. 6. Listen for Confirmation Everywhere Whether through nature, conversations, memories, songs, or unexpected encounters, Bishop encourages listeners to cultivate awareness and recognize when life is speaking. Notable Quote “Nature is talking. Mother Nature is a prophetess. Get in the now. Listen. When people say things to you, a line in a song, something that’s confirmation—pay attention to that. God’s speaking.” — Bishop Jim Swilley Main Scriptures Discussed 1 Samuel 28 — Saul and the Witch of Endor James 1:5-8 — Asking for wisdom in faith Psalm 19:1 — The heavens declare God’s glory Matthew 6:28-29 — Consider the lilies Luke 12:11-12 — The Spirit will give you what to say Matthew 10:19-20 — Do not worry about your defense; the Spirit speaks through you 2 Corinthians 3:6 — “The letter kills, but the Spirit gives life” Final Thought The central message of this teaching is that spiritual growth requires more than knowledge—it requires awareness. Bishop encourages listeners to become sensitive to the movement of Spirit in the present moment, trusting that wisdom can arrive through unexpected people, memories, experiences, and even long-forgotten pieces of their own story. The invitation is to live with enough openness that when Spirit speaks, you recognize the voice and have the courage to follow it.

Europe is always angry, but the last two weeks particularly so. First it was Trump's tariffs, then it was Greenland, and now it's the NATO budget—that the U.S. is carrying by 50% mind you. What Europe should really be upset about is the socialist agenda ruining their country: DEI, redistribution, green energy, open borders, you know the rest. America had better learn from Europe quickly, or we'll be Europe 2.0 before long, argues Victor Davis Hanson on today's edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In a Few Words.” Mount Titano Media - FINDING OUR WORDS: Words That Made America is available now in paperback, hardcover, Kindle, Audible, and in Spanish translation on Amazon.com, and on https://www.MountTitanoMedia.com Learn more about your ad choices. Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs) are quickly becoming one of the biggest opportunities in employee benefits, and on this episode of The Broker Link, Mike Papuc sits down with John Ross Hopkin to discuss why brokers should be paying attention. The conversation explores how ICHRAs are transforming the way employers offer health benefits by providing an alternative to traditional group health insurance. With affordability continuing to challenge both businesses and employees, ICHRAs are giving employers greater flexibility while helping control healthcare costs. The episode emphasizes the importance of broker education, explaining how understanding ICHRAs can open new opportunities for business growth and client retention. They also break down the critical role third-party administrators (TPAs), such as Ameriflex and Predictable Benefits, play in helping employers successfully implement these plans.
