Jones and Keefe kicked off the show discussing the biggest takeaways from last night's Patriots preseason opening tie against the Colts at Gillette Stadium and the latest on the Christian Gonzalez negotiations. Before ranking ice cream flavors on a Top Five Friday, the guys talked about Payton Tolle's performance in the Red Sox win over the Blue Jays in Toronto.

Jones and Keefe were joined by WWE Superstar Carmelo Hayes to talk about getting into the wrestling business, life as a WWE Superstar, his expectations for this year's Patriots team, and to preview tonight's WWE SmackDown! show at the TD Garden. The guys revisited yesterday's Red Sox win and Caleb Durbin's continued offensive explosion. Jones and Keefe opened up a Four-Pack of questions and also discussed the Celtics' 2026-2027 schedule.

Jones and Keefe continued to discuss the Patriots' performance in last night's preseason opener against the Colts at Gillette Stadium and the latest on the negotiations with Christian Gonzalez. Finally, it's the Week in Review.

Jones and Keefe got back into the Red Sox, discussing last night's win in Toronto that snapped their losing streak and whether the team's offense is waking up.  The guys then picked through the Grab Bag.  To close out the show, Jones and Keefe remembered friend and colleague Jeremy Conley who passed away after a brief illness.

Jones and Meghan Ottolini opened up the show discussing the Red Sox and last night's loss to the Blue Jays in Toronto, which extended their losing streak to five games.  What are reasonable expectations for the Red Sox going forward?  Jones and MegO also talked about the future of interim manager Chad Tracy and previewed Payton Tolle's start in today's series finale.

Jones and MegO discussed the latest Patriots contract extension negotiations involving cornerback Christian Gonzalez and wide receiver Kayshon Boutte's future in New England.  WEEI Red Sox insider Rob Bradford joined the show to talk about the Sox performance during the current five-game losing streak, Willson Contreras's recent play, and Chad Tracy's future as Red Sox manager.  Finally, Jones and MegO previewed tonight's Patriots preseason opener against the Colts and Gillette Stadium's new turf.

The Red Sox have lost 5 straight games and the team is starting to spiral. Jones & Mego discuss if the Red Sox are trending in the wrong direction and if it means the team could continue to go downhill this regular season and if fans should start worrying about the baseball team.
