On the 78th episode of “Great Dane Nation,” Morten is joined by Cincinnati Bengals legend Ickey Woods to talk about his dance, his foundation, today's Bengals, and much more (13:56 – 51:02). But first, he checks in with TommyFreezePops (Tom Carroll) for this week's edition of the “Opening Kick” (00:57 – 13:04). In honor of the iconic “Ickey Shuffle,” Morten talks about his dancing career – yes, you read that correctly. Plus, the guys talk about the Mardi Gras celebrations happening right now in New Orleans, LA.We then move to our interview with Ickey Woods, where he discusses a wide range of topics: how the Bengals of today still pay tribute to Ickey Woods by breaking out the “Ickey Shuffle” (15:14); why he was surprised by the Bengals' run this season, and thoughts on the Bengals' loss to the Rams in the Super Bowl (16:47); how Joe Mixon is able to stand out in a league that is continuing to devalue running backs year-after-year (18:48); thoughts on Joe Burrow, and what the Bengals have to do to improve next season (19:55); why the AFC is going to be a three-horse race for the next decade, and why the Bengals are capable of being the 1-seed in the AFC as soon as next season (22:07); why the 1988 Bengals were so special compared to the other Bengals' teams of that era (24:37); how Boomer Esiason was able to rise above a loaded quarterback field in 1988 to win NFL MVP (26:40); the origin of the “Ickey Shuffle,” and why it wasn't an overnight sensation (27:46); the difficulty of retiring at such a young age (29:15); his involvement with the Cincinnati Sizzle, and why he believes women's football could take off if the NFL gave it some real support and backing (30:13); the background and mission of his foundation, the “Jovante Woods Foundation,” and where people can go to support Ickey's mission of ending Asthma-educed deaths (32:29); why Ickey hated playing against Morten's Saints (36:22); why he believes it's partially the Bengals organization's fault that there is only one player from their team's history inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame (37:37); why he's happy Las Vegas finally got an NFL team, and the advice he'd give players who are embarking on a football career in Sin City (38:54); and this week's edition of “The Name Game,” featuring Randall Cunningham, Anthony Muñoz, Boomer Esiason, Paul Brown, Cris Collinsworth, Sam Wyche, Solomon Wilcots, James Brooks, Eddie Brown, Max Montoya, David Fulcher and Dick LeBeau (40:47).Finally, we close things out with “Morten's Game Winner” – a weekly monologue from The Great Dane on his biggest takeaway of the week. This week, Morten talks about Ickey Woods, and how his short NFL career has had a lasting impact both on and off the field (51:42).

What is different now, than before COVID? Well, the virus and the vaccine. But the noted increase is this year (the year of the vaccine), not last year (the year of the virus). One can infer from these data that the vaccine is causing the excess deaths. * “This is all happening because the covid “vaccines” are really depopulation bioweapons.” – “You are literally living through a global holocaust disguised as a vaccine campaign. The needle is the weapon delivery system, and the weapons are mRNA “payloads.”” * Why Natural Immunity is Superior to Vaccine-Induced Immunity – Dr. Joseph Mercola, TheEpochTimes.com * “The reason natural immunity is superior to vaccine-induced immunity is because viruses contain five different proteins. The COVID vaccine induces antibodies against just one of those proteins, the spike protein, and no T cell immunity. When you're infected with the whole virus, you develop antibodies against all parts of the virus, plus memory T cells.” – “This also means natural immunity offers better protection against variants, as it recognizes several parts of the virus. If there are significant alternations to the spike protein, as with the Delta variant, vaccine-induced immunity can be evaded. Not so with natural immunity, as the other proteins are still recognized and attacked.” Hour 2 * Guest: Dr. Scott Bradley – To Preserve The Nation – FreedomsRisingSun.com * Women now hiding jabs in case it effects fertility on dating sites! * Aaron Rodgers is ready to protest the NFL's COVID-19 policies. Welcome to Difficult Conversations with Dr. Anthony Orsini. Today, our guest host is Liz Poret-Christ, who is the Director of Programming at The Orsini Way. Liz has a very personal relationship with our special guest, Gunnar Esiason. Gunnar  is the son of Boomer Esiason, and known for his  life-long battle with cystic fibrosis. Boomer and Gunnar were featured on the cover of the October 1993 Sports Illustrated to raise awareness about cystic fibrosis, and he has spent his entire life in the public eye, first as a child of a famous athlete, and now as an advocate and resource for those living with CF. Gunnar is a rare disease patient advocate who is passionate about early- stage drug development, patient empowerment, and health policy. He has developed a patient engagement platform for a medical nutrition company, built a venture philanthropy practice at the Boomer Esiason Foundation, and was the head coach of his high school's alma mater's varsity hockey team. He has consulted on clinical trial development, a real-world evidence population health study, and a cystic fibrosis-specific mental health and wellness screening tool. Currently he hosts the podcast, The State of Health with Gunnar Esiason.  Gunnar has been a household name in Liz's family since her daughter was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis in 2003. Liz and her family have benefited  from the generosity of the Boomer Esiason Foundation, learning about treatments, the importance of athletics, and insights into the latest medical research.  We start by Gunnar telling us about his personal journey  and how cystic fibrosis has affected his family.  We find out the story behind why Gunnar changed his mind about going to Law School after getting out of college, and he goes in depth about  his own patient experience and why he's so excited about  patient advocacy.  We hear a story about a conversation Gunnar had with his doctor when he was very sick and only 22 years and what happened when he got a spot in the TRIKAFTA clinical trial program.  We end with Gunnar sharing a conversation he found to be  most difficult.  He tells us  about the amazing things he is doing with the Boomer Esiason Foundation and talks  about their program supporting athletes with cystic fibrosis.   Host:Liz Poret-ChristGuest:Gunnar EsiasonFor More Information:Difficult Conversations I Learned as an ICU Physician Podcast EpisodesThe Orsini WayThe Orsini Way-FacebookThe Orsini Way-LinkedinThe Orsini Way-InstagramThe Orsini Way-TwitterIt's All In The Delivery: Improving Healthcare Starting With A Single Conversation by Dr. Anthony OrsiniResources Mentioned:Gunnar Esiason WebsiteGunnar Esiason TwitterGunnar Esiason InstagramBoomer Esiason FoundationBoomer Esiason Foundation TwitterThe State of Health Podcast with Gunnar Esiason
