If you listen to this, you’re amazing, a legend and probably my family. Thank You All!
I had the pleasure of getting my friend Robert Syslo Jr. on my podcast this week and loved hearing his entire journey. We met at the 10X GrowthCon and even though we've been friends for a couple years I had no idea all of the struggles and set backs he had to go through in order to propel him to where he's at today. He's always had a passion for using his camera to create exceptional visual content and is currently running his own media agency, Syslo Ventures, out of Miami. This episode was truly inspiring for myself as to what can be done with some perseverance, some good people in your life and a dogged determination to never give up. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and I think you will be too. You can find Robert on IG @robertsyslojr and visit his website at www.sysloventures.comIf you enjoyed this episode please give it a rating, subscribe and share with a friend or two.Thank You for Listening!
Doing this podcast a little differently today. Last week I did a Q&A on my Instagram stories and got some amazing questions from everyone who follows me on there. I put together a list of the best questions and gave some insightful and hopefully helpful answers. Thanks again for listening! Don't forget to subscribe, share this podcast with your friends and message me any questions you have.

Mady is not only an championship athlete and a future olympian, but she's also extremely intelligent and passionate about bringing awareness to the topic of sexual assault. We talk about her journey as an athlete; from playing soccer to track to finally focusing solely on the high jump event. We talk about how she prepares for competition, recovery from training and injuries, diet and how she stays in peak form. She also outlines how she humorously believes the only way she can win a championship is after something bad happens to her (last segment). Lastly we touch on where her future is with the sport and how she plans to impact youth and athletes around the country when she's done competing. She's very inspiring and I hope you enjoy listening. You can follow Mady Jumps on Instagram: @madyjumpsDoctor Sterling: IG: @doctorsterling

Last week I decided that we needed to sell some better protein bars at our office. Little did I know, the unhealthy ingredients that we won’t sell to our patients disqualifies most of the bars out there. As a vegan, it helps tremendously when you can get some protein from a quick bar and go on with your day. I still haven’t found the perfect bar, but I go through what I’ve discovered so far. I discuss why so many popular protein bar brands aren’t really that healthy for you and what you need to look out for when buying bars, or just food in general. Enjoy! Stay Healthy! Well, the Super Bowl wasn’t so super and the best part of it all turned out to be the gluten free snacks, desserts and cheese-less gluten free Dominoes pizza. Avalon roasts Adam Levine for not being cool and overall not being impressed with anything on Super Bowl Sunday. She finally does get excited when we talk about her Fantasy Bachelor League team, her strategy and how she plans to win it all this year. Lastly, we go way too deep in talking about our perfect Super Bowl party snack spread and what we would NEED to have for our party. We mention quite a few delicious and healthy versions of snacks on this episode so here’s the list so you can go buy them for yourself: Beyond Meat (Italian Sausage)Mykonos Vegan CheeseSimple Mills CrackersODD Bagels (Delicious, but maybe not a Super Bowl snack?)Zevia SodasKing Arthur Vanilla Cake MixFollow me:Instagram: @doctorsterlingyoutube: Doctor Sterlingfacebook: Dr. Sterling Petersen

This past weekend I went to a chiropractic adjusting technique bootcamp hosted by my friend and ex-classmate Dr. Brett Jones. One of the most unique and educational weekends I’ve had that really helped me get better at my craft of adjusting. This podcast was on the go as I recorded throughout the weekend with what I learned, how I was feeling throughout and how the whole experience concluded. Enjoy and keep honing your craft, whatever that is.Instagram:@doctorsterlingYoutube: Doctor Sterling
My very good friend Keyona is on the podcast today. We talk about how her life changed when she had her first child at 19. How she gained 50lbs while pregnant and what she did to lose the weight and stay looking fit and healthy. She talks about her health journey - from going to eating whatever she wanted to now being gluten-free, dairy-free and feeling the best she’s ever felt. We also go over that pesky back pain I helped her get rid of that she’s had since she was 7. Give it a listen! Enjoy!
My tallest guest ever and probably my tallest friend, Mr. Foamer Simpson, Joins me for this episode. I was traveling out in Florida and fortunately we were able to link up and record this. We get into multiple topics including his professional basketball career, his blossoming street wear brand, and how he and his brother are able to kill it on YouTube and Instagram. Oh, and it turned out Mr. Foamer is gluten free like me, which didn't even know. Goes to show you he's a smart man though :) Enjoy!Guest: Mr. Foamer Simpson - Instagram: @mrfoamersimpsonDoctor Sterling - IG - @doctorsterling | YouTube - Doctor Sterling | Facebook - @doctorsterlingpRoot Cause Medical Clinic - www.rootcausemedicalclinic.com | IG - @RootCauseMedical | Facebook - @RootCauseMedicalClinic

My sister, Avalon, is on again as my guest and this time she goes into detail about her personal fitness journey over the past year. She talks about what really drove her to make the commitment to getting healthier and strong. How she had tingling into her arms and hands and had trouble even writing with a pen. We both remember how she went from her pants barely fitting in January to needing to get them tailored in September because they were too big. She shares her tips ranging from drinking water, counting calories, staying consistent and everything she's learned herself that's allowed her to maintain the physique and fitness levels she wants. Whether you're someone who works out daily, someone who just looks at the gym from the parking lot, or somewhere in between you'll get something out of this episode.
