The All Blacks are back on TV3 – if you're willing to wait. The July tests against France, Italy, and Ireland will be shown delayed on both the linear TV3 and on-demand Three Now. It's the first major play since Sky bought the channel last year, and is aimed at converting casual viewers into paying subscribers. Sky TV's Head of Sport Content Gary Burchett told Heather du Plessis-Allan that sports rights aren't cheap, and the production itself can be “eye-wateringly” expensive. So, he says, they put value on their customers because their money is what allows them to actually acquire the rights and put on world-class rugby. In this episode of In The LOOP, Jordan Jo sits down with one of the most respected voices in Western sports media—Kadee Coffman—for a conversation about persistence, opportunity, and building a career in the rodeo industry. Raised on a fifth-generation cow-calf operation in Clovis, California, Kadee grew up surrounded by horses and Western heritage. Her journey began in rodeo queen pageantry, earning titles like Miss California Rodeo Salinas and Miss Rodeo California. When her goal of becoming Miss Rodeo America didn't unfold the way she expected, it pushed her to rethink her path—leading her to pursue broadcast journalism and eventually a career in Western sports media. What followed was a career built on what Kadee calls being “pleasantly persistent.” From landing her first opportunities with Superior Livestock Auction to stepping onto some of the biggest stages in rodeo broadcasting, she shares the lessons she learned along the way and the mentors—like Pam Minnick—who helped shape her approach to storytelling. Kadee also reflects on memorable moments covering the National Finals Rodeo, the fast pace of live television, and the responsibility of telling the athletes' stories in the moments that matter most. Beyond the camera, Kadee has also built an impressive career in business development in the construction industry while balancing life as a wife and mother—proving that passion, preparation, and persistence can open doors in more than one arena. This episode is full of insight, humor, and real-life lessons—including a memorable ranch story about a miniature donkey named Fiesta.

In a high-energy Thursday morning appearance on Sid Rosenberg's show, WFAN icon Joe Beningo joins from New Jersey to discuss the latest in New York sports. He opens with light-hearted jabs about his recent media feud with Mayor Zohran Mamdani before diving into the good news: warmer weather ahead to end a brutal winter. Beningo expresses strong support for President Trump's actions on Iran, citing decades of unaddressed attacks on Americans, while acknowledging some Republican criticism. Turning to sports, he mourns the recent passing of coaching legend Lou Holtz (who coached the disastrous 1976 Jets season), reminisces about college basketball's glory days before NIL and one-and-dones "ruined" it, and debates the Knicks' status as a solid but not elite Eastern Conference team (predicting 50+ wins, a first-round playoff victory, but no championship). He rips the officiating in their recent loss to OKC but urges fans to relax—the regular season is just seeding. On the Jets, Beningo shows cautious optimism in new GM moves (like franchising Breece Hall) but low confidence in head coach Aaron Glenn, suggesting a stopgap QB this year and a real franchise prospect in the stacked 2027 draft class. For the Mets, he laments losing Pete Alonso and Edwin Diaz, questions the bullpen (especially Devin Williams), but sees contender potential with improved starting pitching and hitters like Juan Soto and Bo Bichette—if they don't make the playoffs, manager Carlos Mendoza and GM David Stearns could be out. He gives the Yankees a strong nod for their rotation (led by a healthy Gerrit Cole) and playoff lock, though the loaded AL East and Dodgers' dominance temper World Series hopes. Beningo closes by predicting a potential lengthy MLB lockout over salary cap issues, urging fans to enjoy 2026 while it lasts. Full of signature passion, honesty ("let's be honest"), and New York grit, it's classic Joe Beningo. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Dave officially announces his retirement from hockey, a sport that has defined much of his life since childhood. The conversation travels from the early days of dreams being cut short by an eye injury at 18, to a resilient pivot into sports broadcasting and coaching. Dave shares humorous and heartfelt stories from his time in Mexico, including a ill-fated attempt to bring hockey to the Yucatan Peninsula. The duo reflects on the inevitable "acceptance phase" of life, the transition from being the star of the show to sitting in the backseat for their children, and the shift from high-stakes gambling to the simple joys of a family mental health day. The show opens with quick podcast awards chatter and immediate football reactions before diving into the biggest NFL storylines — including Green Bay's stunning late collapse, Chicago's rally, Buffalo's tense win and looming Broncos matchup, and New England's gritty road victory. Missed PATs, a single timeout, clutch throws, and momentum-swinging fumbles all take center stage, along with game-by-game picks and bets, highlighted by a bold JSN two-TD wager and a Broncos moneyline play. The conversation shifts to college football and hoops, unpacking the controversial 12-team playoff result that sets Indiana vs. Miami for the title, plus early March Madness themes — Duke's slow starts, Kansas' handling of its star amid minute limits and NIL pressure, and bubble teams worth watching. NBA headlines follow, including Trae Young's move to Washington, debates over Oklahoma City's place in the West, load management concerns, and how streaming fragmentation and new broadcast features are changing the fan experience. When the team moved to Nashville as the Tennessee Titans, Bishop and his accompanying defense took the team to new heights, becoming the pinnacle of NFL defenses. The eighth-round pick earned four Pro Bowls in his nine years with the Titans; helping the team win their first AFC Championship Game and advance to the Super Bowl. In addition, Bishop earned Pro-Bowl starts in 1995, 1996, 1997, and 2000 and a three-time All-Pro selection in 1995, 1996, and 2000. Bishop is still widely recognized as the NFL's premier hitting safety during his tenure with the Oilers/Tennessee Titans. Therefore, Bishop's NFL career will be remembered as one of perseverance and a work ethic that was admired not only by his team, but by his opponents. After retiring from his playing career, Bishop went straight into sportscasting.  He has a successful career starting at NewsChannel5, NFL Network and Titans Radio, and now on Nashville's “104.5 the Zone” where he can be heard as part of their Wake Up Zone Morning Show. Bishop is married to wife Cella of 20 years. In addition, they have one son, Chayce. Make sure you follow Blaine on Instagram at @blainebishop23.
