What makes you a leader? (Hint... it's not your title.) This episode we'll talk through why makes someone a leader, and how to you can show your leadership even when your title doesn't reflect it. What's the difference between a "leader" and a "manager?"We talk everything from forming relationships based on trust, transparency, and authenticity, to allowing others the space to fail forward. We also ask the hard questions: What is your motivation? If it's just for the title... it's probably not a good start.Resources from this episode:What is the DISC?
