Vol. 125: Find Balance - It's easy to quickly write someone new off after you've been wronged by someone else. Not everyone has the same heart as you do, nor do they NEED to understand yours. Decide what to take offense to, how judgments made about you make you feel. Not everyone's word is law.
Vol. 124: Motivation/Manipulation - Our lack of passion and boredom is getting in the way of our goals and we have a tendency to play compare and contrast with others lives. A power struggle to ensure you don't get wronged again is leaving you exhausted.
Vol. 123: Imbalance - We've been very quick to react and play woe is me lately. Why so serious? Why so negative? Why such a pain in the ass to everyone? Projection? Definitely maybe.
Vol. 122 - Wounds -Today our quadruple card combo speaks to bringing your demons to light. We've all heard about closing your wounds or you'll bleed on people that didn't cut you. Nothing rings truer this week.
Vol. 121 - Super Card Saturday! We're back!!! Today we're talking about humility and change and our incredible reluctance to just go with the flow. Take a giant step back and reassess, you can't win 'em all.
Vol. 120: Celebrating your uniqueness shouldn't come at a cost. Be sure to remind yourself of all the amazing things you've accomplished.
Vol 119: Metamorphosis - Breaking old habits that self harm and push others away is a toughy, considering it's always been your M.O.
Vol. 118: Super Card Saturday: You are a multi-faceted character, not only can you get in your own way, you also play judge, jury and executioner for most of your relationships. Couple that with being your own worst critic and you've created a hell of an atmosphere for not thinking you're worth it.
Vol. 117: Validation - If we're in a constant state of wanting to be liked or wanted, we're only living a half life. Right now the confidence you feel isn't coming from external validation, it's coming from inside. Recognize the difference.
Vol. 116: You've Got Time - Sometimes it's hard to admit to ourselves that we've been shitty people, to others and ourselves. But changing behavior is just the first step. How are you planning to make it stick?
Volume 115: Own Worst Critic - It's hard to believe that we'll make it through the storm when it seems never-ending. It's even harder when we feel we've got no one to trust. Remind yourself that other's opinions of you, real or imaginably fabricated, have no place in your thoughts if you're trying to move past the past.
Vol. 114: Selfish - Closing the door on others in their time of need, when they rode that emotional rollercoaster with you, is a bad look. Don't be a dick.
Vol. 113: Unburdened - We're finally getting there. To the promised land? Not quite, but at least to some semblance of security. There's still work to be done, like being honest with someone you care about and yourself as well learning to stand on your own without validation.
Vol. 112: Playing It Safe - Setting long term goals takes planning and patience, you've done neither. It's okay to let things that walked out your life go, you're not in charge of holding what left responsible, even though it feels good.
Vol. 111: Imbalance - A plan of action sucks if its all action and no plan. What are you working towards/for? Are you doing it because you feel you should be or because you really want?
Volume 110: Wounds - Trauma is cyclical. Once we think we've got it down, our method of handling is hit with another road block. And you know what? It's really comfy to stay there. There' s hope in hoping. Do the work.
Volume 109: Defending Beliefs - We tend to over-examine and over-dramatize the goals we have for ourselves and that scrutiny gets placed to others. Energy has to be balanced with realism. Go where you're celebrated, not just tolerated, no matter how long the relationship has lasted.
Oracle Combo: Wisdom - Self reliance and self preservation could go hand in hand. If you're constantly relying on other people's opinions on how you should shape your life, who's life are you really living anyway?
