I almost gave up doing podcasting once my headphones w/ my SD cards that contained all my podcast episodes, photography work, etc was stolen by someone very close to me as I was trying to helpout during the second quarter of 2023. Towards the end of the year my mentor told me stop making excuses and get back to it. Then my cousin was brutally beaten to death and I had to be strong for the family (her only daughter, grandchildren, mother, siblings and the rest of the family). Even though that pain lingers in a tragic situation, I somehow found the strength to get back in the studio and I will never stop until I can't talk no more! No Excuses, No Complaining!!

For the past couple of months I've been seeing all over social media and hearing people talk about protecting their energy. I've also seen people post saying they not giving out their energy for free. It's nothing wrong with protecting your energy, the real question is what are you giving your energy to? So, it dwelled on me like what if The Most High protected His energy from us? Would you still be alive? Let's talk about energy and how people throughout history gave their energy freely to help/oppress future generations?
