Technische Bearbeitung Jupp Stepprath, Realisation Uwe Kullnick
On this week's show, Yorkshire Post football writers Stuart Rayner and Leon Wobschall join host Mark Singleton to discuss the end of England's near-perfect World Cup qualifying campaign and who is likely to be on the plane sat behind head coach Thomas Tuchel when the squad heads to North America next summer. Despite the international break, several Yorkshire teams were still in action, with the panel discussing the latest outings for League One rivals Doncaster Rovers and Rotherham United, as well as Harrogate Town in League Two. Also, we look forward to this weekend's Steel City derby between Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday, plus Leon picks his Team of the Week, while Stuart selects the standout player.
Dave, Bottaro, and Darren got together to discuss the incredibly dull game against the Millers and to look back on Jack Wilshere's first month in charge at Luton.

We continue our wedding series with Star Trek: The Next Generation's "Haven" -- in which Deanna Troi's arranged marriage is interrupted by the arrival of an AIDS allegory. It's … rough. It's rough. Note: Liz says two completely inaccurate things with absolute confidence: first she claims that Wyatt is the only guest star with a costume change (false, that is Lwaxana) and then she claims that he's wearing grey in the holodeck scene (he is wearing burgundy). And unfortunately these were LOAD-BEARING INACCURACIES that couldn't easily be edited out. Never trust a podcaster. "I don't know who wrote this, but I cannot support them." We know early TNG loved a Special Boy, but why is Wyatt Miller the protagonist of this episode? Is Lwaxana Troi a reliable source of information on Betazoid culture and custom? "Genetic bonding" is a fancy word for "child betrothal" and also sounds kiiiiiiiinda sketchy? Were Ian Troi and the Millers attempting to pull some sort of eugenics shenanigans? (Streaming movie about Michelle Yeoh taking out Ian Troi, co-starring Jess Bush as young Lwaxana, when?) Liz is not a fan of Lwaxana and takes issue with the current "if you don't like Lwaxana Troi, you're a misogynist" discourse "I would like to have a dinner party with Lwaxana Troi and Cersei Lannister." Is Mon Mothma the anti-Lwaxana Troi? Either way, she's joining Lwaxana and Cersei for cocktails

In the premiere episode of Airway Exchange, the new series from AANA and Beyond the Mask, hosts Nickie Damico, Greg Collins, Erin Martin, and Louisa Martin introduce themselves and share the vision for the podcast: to empower educators, inspire students, and build community across the nurse anesthesia profession. Here's some of what you'll hear in this episode:
“Personnel is policy” is an old truism in the conservative movement. After President Donald Trump won the 2024 election, one of the big question marks as he headed into his second term was whether or not those tasked with setting up his administration had fully appreciated that time-tested wisdom. In his first term, Trump saw his agenda undermined by deep state and Republican Party apparatchiks alike. That problem most clearly manifested at the top of the administration, with figures such as former National Security Advisor John Bolton, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley playing outsized roles. But the American Right's personnel problem runs far deeper than the Cabinet. At every level, Trump was facing a shortage of staffers who believed in the president's vision and were willing to enact it. Nick Solheim co-founded American Moment with Saurabh Sharma and Jake Mercier in 2021 to solve this problem beyond just a second Trump term. Solheim, now the organization's CEO, joined “The Signal Sitdown” to take viewers inside the conservative movement's changing personnel pipeline. This week, investigative journalists — Mandy Matney and Liz Farrell — broke news that a second Jane Doe case had been filed against Myrtle Beach pastor John-Paul Miller, accusing him of sexually abusing a 14-year-old student at Cathedral Hall Academy (formerly known as Grand Strand Academy), a school owned JP's father Wayne Miller, who is named as a co-defendant in the case. In 1999, when JP Miller was 20 years old he allegedly molested the child after inviting her to play piano with him alone in the church sanctuary. The girl told a teacher about what JP allegedly did and instead of the school offering the child help, she was forced to write “I will not lie about JP Miller” 5,000 times. Mandy and Liz break down the latest allegations against the Millers and share text messages between JP, his ex-wife and Mica from 2022 or before that addresses the child sexual abuse allegations against JP. Also on the show, part one of the history of the Millers' alleged scheme to use their school as a staging ground for abuse. Plus an update on the Justice for Mica protesters and JP's frivolous lawsuits against them. Let's dive in...
Investigative journalists — Mandy Matney and Liz Farrell — broke major news this past Tuesday with the announcement that Myrtle Beach pastor JP Miller has been accused of raping a 15-year-old girl at his father's church, Cathedral Baptist Church (formerly All Nations Church), in 1998 and again sexually assaulting her in 2023. The lawsuit was filed by Jane Doe No. 1 against John-Paul Miller, Reginald Wayne Miller, and their churches, including Solid Rock Ministries. Mandy and Liz share details of the lawsuit while connecting the dots on what was happening in JP's life at the time. Plus, they sit for an interview with Rock Hill attorney Randy Hood of McGowan, Hood, Felder and Phillips law firm, who is representing Jane, to learn more about Jane's case and what the world of litigating institutional child sexual abuse looks like. Hood is no stranger to suing churches on behalf of sexual assault victims. He also represents clients in the case against Morningstar Fellowship Church in Fort Mill, South Carolina. On Tuesday, Mandy and Liz also broke the very important news that attorney Mark Tinsley from the Murdaugh Murders trial — aka Zero Dark Tinsley and Tiger Tinsley — is also representing Jane in her case against the Millers. Also on the show, JP Miller appeared in Magistrate Court on Wednesday for a hearing related to seven of his cases against protesters and … well, he did a terrible job, as expected… The premium extended episode includes a play-by-play featuring the most pertinent highlights. Special thanks to Ben from Artistic Eye Productions based in Summerville, SC for covering the Magistrate Court Proceedings Let's dive in...
