Maybe there are a few things worth judging idk, but for the most part I think that the act of judgement is a waste of time and energy. We often times get too caught up in short term thinking, judging every little thing that happens to us, labeling it all as either "good" or "bad". In reality, you don't know, and may not know whether a situation is actually good or bad for years to come. Sometimes the seemingly worst thing that happens to could turn out to be, or lead to, something amazing. In this episode I talk about ideas like this and use a few examples to better explain this concept.

Ever wanted your mind to just shut the f*ck up?? Well I'm not sure how to fully silence it, but I have a few strategies I use to at least help quiet it down a bit. A few of the things I discuss in this episode include: - By understanding that you aren't your mind/thoughts, you can at least take them a little less seriously all the time. - Meditation can help bring awareness to the fact that you don't think your thoughts. Thoughts just happen. - Imagine your voice is an annoying little child. Do you take annoying little children very seriously? - Thinking cannot happen in the present, so the more often you can remain present, the quieter your mind will become.
In this episode I discuss what procrastination is and why so many people struggle with it. I talk about motivation and why its such a misunderstood feeling. I then explain the things I do to feel motivated more often, and procrastinate less often. Hope you enjoy!
Even woken up and just felt shitty? Maybe you were a little hungover, you were nervous about something coming up, your mind was racing, or you just didn't feel great and weren't exactly sure why. Well, same. Happens to me all the time. In this episode I explain exactly what I do when I feel this way and why I do it. It helps me at least feel a little better, sometimes a lot better, so I hope it can help you feel better too!

Gratitude is simply the act of being thankful, the act of remembering all of the great things you already have in your life. I think it's an incredibly powerful practice that we don't do nearly enough, and will help you feel better about whatever you're going through. In today's world, everyone always wants more, but by focusing more of your attention on what you already have rather than what you don't can lead to significantly higher levels of happiness.
