Many founders stay stuck in the space between yes and no, not because of timing, money, or strategy, but because of resistance disguised as logic. In this powerful solo episode, Jerome Myers speaks directly to high performers who feel called to their next chapter yet hesitate to move. He breaks down the most common objections founders use to delay meaningful growth and reveals the deeper fears beneath them—from the discomfort of pausing long enough to feel, to the fear of being truly seen without the armor of achievement. Jerome also opens up about his own experience with the Founder's Exit Paradox and the identity unraveling that happens once success goes quiet. This episode serves as a mirror, a challenge, and an invitation to stop circling the life you want and begin stepping into it with clarity, alignment, and courage. Something many people don't know about me is that I'm deeply spiritual. I believe in God, and I've spent most of my life quietly trying to understand how this whole “creating our life” thing really works. A few years ago, I came across a book that opened my eyes — The Power of Awareness by Neville Goddard. One line in that book completely stopped me in my tracks and opened my eyes to how much power we actually hold when we wake up to who we really are. In this episode, I'm sharing what that realization looked like for me — how awareness changes everything, why imagination isn't fantasy but faith in motion, and how science and spirituality are finally saying the same thing. If you've ever felt like there's more to life than what you can see, this conversation will help you experience that truth in a whole new way. If this conversation spoke to you — if you're ready to take these ideas and actually live them — I'd love to invite you to my Midlife Spark Session. It's a powerful hour where we explore what you've been assuming, what beliefs are shaping your current reality, and how to re-align your awareness with the life you truly want — the one that feels clear, alive, and deeply you. Because awareness is where transformation begins. And once you see it, you can't unsee it. You don't have to hustle harder or fix yourself. You just have to come back to you, to the awareness that you are already whole, already capable, already connected. That's the real power. Book your Spark Session here.

Travel is never just about the destination — it's about what the journey makes possible. In today's episode, we explore how learning to earn and use credit card points isn't just a smart financial decision. It's a pathway to freedom, abundance, and experiences that reflect the life you actually want to live. From upgraded flights to dream hotels, points can turn everyday expenses into extraordinary opportunities. No one embodies that transformation quite like Dielle Charon. A former social worker turned seven-figure business coach for women of color entrepreneurs, Dielle has used points not only to change the way she travels, but to expand what she believes she deserves. In this conversation, we explore Dielle's shift from a scarcity mindset around money and travel to one grounded in abundance. We talk about the emotional impact of flying business class for the first time, how points became a tool for self-care, celebration, and access, and why choosing ease and luxury can be deeply supportive — not frivolous. Whether you run a business or simply want to travel with more intention and possibility, this episode offers a powerful look at what becomes available when you allow points to elevate more than just your travel plans. This conversation is rich with honesty, strategy, and inspiration — and it's about so much more than travel. It's about possibility, mindset, and unapologetically claiming ease, luxury, and joy. Living with Intention: The Daily Habits That Build a Life You Love This week, Melissa continues the conversation from Episode 239 — The #1 Thing Standing Between You and the Life You Want — where she shared the importance of getting clear on what you want. Now, in Part Two, she goes deeper into what to do once you've found that clarity, and how to live with intention even in the middle of life's stress, chaos, and constant demands. Click here to listen to part one on Apple! Click here to listen and read on our website! In this episode, Melissa shares insights from a workshop she recently gave to women at her church about living intentionally and managing the mental load that comes with modern life. She explains what "intentional living" really means — making choices based on your values and goals instead of defaulting to busyness or comparison — and walks through a practical exercise you can do right now: asking yourself, What do I really want? She guides listeners through a journaling activity that reveals recurring themes, hidden desires, and areas where you might need more clarity. Then, she moves into the second half of the conversation — managing stress in real life. From a day spent painting with her kids that turned chaotic to simple strategies for lowering stress hormones like dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin, Melissa shows that living intentionally doesn't mean living perfectly — it means noticing what's working and making small, conscious adjustments. She also highlights one of the most underused yet powerful tools for reducing anxiety and increasing self-awareness: journaling. Melissa shares research showing its benefits and how writing down what's in your head — no matter how messy — can be both healing and clarifying. This episode is a gentle, encouraging reminder that you don't have to overhaul your life to live more intentionally. Sometimes it's as simple as pausing, reflecting, and asking: What's one thing I can do today to move closer to the life I truly want? “Forces beyond your control can take away everything you possess except one thing, your freedom to choose how you will respond to the situation.” This is the quote by Holocaust survivor Viktor E Frankl that headlines a new book titled, Dealing With Feeling: Use Your Emotions to Create the Life You Want. The book comes from my guest in this episode, Marc Brackett. Mark is the founding director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and a professor in the Child Study Center, Yale School of Medicine at Yale University. Marcs research for over 25 years has focused on the role of emotions and emotional intelligence in learning, decision making, creativity, relationships, health, and performance. The quote from Viktor Frankl that came from his time in a concentration camp, and that Marc has devoted his life to, is saying that no matter what happens to us, we get to choose how we respond. And my experience of humanity is that no matter what happens to them, even great traumas, tragedies, and victimizations, what harms them more than the incident or event is how they conceive of it and how they respond. My concern is that culturally we have come into a place where we don't believe this. We feel it is our right and it's just, to respond to pain, with pain. And to say otherwise is actually offensive. Looking at the mental health stats these days, I don't think this perspective is working. This is the conversation you're about to hear with Marc Brackett. Marc previously authored the bestselling book, Permission To Feel and most recently, along with Pinterest co-founder Ben Silbermann, Marc and his team co-created the Apple award-winning app, HowWeFeel, that was designed to teach emotion skills and enhance well-being. Get your ticket today! At 83 years old, Price Pritchett has spent six decades studying human psychology and has sold over 15 million books on breakthrough performance. In this conversation, he reveals why most people are leaving 60% of their potential untapped and shares the scientific framework behind quantum leaps - those massive jumps in achievement that skip rungs on the ladder of success. Price breaks down his research showing that luck accounts for 30-50% of career success, but here's the twist: luck isn't random when you know how to engineer it. You'll discover why small goals actually create small energy and small results, while big, scary goals become magnetic forces that attract resources, people, and opportunities. This isn't about positive thinking - it's about the proven psychology of breakthrough performance.Get Price's NEW You2 Accelerator ProgramBuy Price's books:The Quantum Leap StrategyYou2: A High Velocity Formula for Multiplying Your Personal Effectiveness in Quantum LeapsHard Optimism: Developing Deep Strengths for Managing Uncertainty, Opportunity, Adversity, and ChangeIn this episode you will:Discover the one trigger action you can take today that creates breakthrough momentum tomorrowLearn why failure isn't the opposite of success but actually the system itself - and how to use it as your competitive advantageMaster the 4-part quantum leap framework that turns impossible goals into inevitable outcomesUnderstand how to engineer luck in your life using specific psychological strategies that multiply opportunitiesTransform your relationship with risk-taking and discover why playing it safe is actually the most dangerous gameFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1821For more Greatness text PODCAST to +1 (614) 350-3960More SOG episodes we think you'll love:Dr. Joe Dispenza – greatness.lnk.to/1809SCGary Zukav – greatness.lnk.to/1773SCBilly Carson – greatness.lnk.to/1752SC Get more from Lewis!
