The FDA recently approved a new drug to treat postpartum depression. This drug promises to treat PPD in one swoop ---seems promising, but not the full answer in my opinion, at least not yet. The premise of flexible dieting or IIFYM (if it fits your macros) is that you eat the right number of calories for you and in the right proportion of macronutrients. Anxiety, negative self-talk, destructive behavior and breaking bad patterns.
