I promise you there's a benefit. We can be so overwhelmed and completely down trodden by the harsh trials life throws at us. And I believe we've all experienced a life trial at least once. The key is in how to navigate yourself in such a situation. And that is to not wanna press fast forward button in that trial, which is of course easier said than done. But why not your probably thinking? Because there's value inside of that trial that will bring out an amazing transformation in you. Uncertainty definitely isn't something to ponder on, however, it's the topic of this week's show and one I hope you'll find soulful. Since my relocation journey began three years ago, I've encountered numerous 'unexpected moments', that have served as the source of my self reflections of late. I decided to share these reflections on how I've dealt with uncertainty as a way of encouraging and inspiring you if your currently experiencing uncertainty on your purpose journey. I hope this week's episode gives you at least one or two takeaways that will be of use

This week's power packed episode is all about the positive benefits of setting goals. It's not a new topic, I know, but the angle I take in this week's show is sharing how much having SMART goals have helped me to level up the results and achievements I'm enjoying in my life right now. Jack Canfield's Success Principles book was the genesis of me becoming more progressively goal oriented since reading his book for the first time back in 2016. Since then the journey has been trying if not down right hard at times, but, the results have been worth it, and guess what? I'm only just getting started lol!! The reason I like to share my journey is always to INSPIRE & ENCOURAGE YOU, my listeners and I hope I've done this for at least one listener ❤️ If this show has helped you in anyway I'd love to hear your story. I share the power of follow up's and check in's and also share my experience with checking in with a contact. I also give a challenge to you at the end of the show, so do tune in and check out this fab content for your listening pleasure. I talk this week about being in tune with the real you. So that you can take the right decisions necessary for your life. It's a topic that came from a place of realisation that I had not being honouring my true self lately. And it was time to do that starting with trusting myself. Getting to a place of trusting your own decisions starts with getting comfortable with your inner self. The real you, It's not complicated but it's vital in this day and age where we wear multiple masks and identities online and offline. We can be out of sync with what's really going on internally. And feel lost or anxious at times. I don't explore the topic fully yet this week, (that will be in part 2) but I start getting the ball rolling, join me as I delve in! This week I've seen a bumper crop of opportunities show up for me in a surprising way. So much so, that I felt moved to record a whole podcast episode on it. In this week's podcast I reflect on my journey so far to live a more purposeful life, and how I implemented some behaviours or habits back in 2020 that are paying dividends for me now. In a way its a kind of previous podcast summary as I go over some of my previous shows topics and how much it has impacted my progress to this point. Join me as I get to it and unpack this fascinating topic. Have you ever heard the saying things change with time before? Well, that's the basis of this week's show. I unpack a famous Andy Warhol quote that prompted me to record this show. My intention is to really stir you up especially if you've been sitting on the sidelines waiting for a better time to start. To change, to leave, to forgive or just to do anything. I share some tips on the process involved in making that change. Tell me your thoughts by emailing me yesyoucaneditor@gmail.com Twitter @yesyoucaneditor Instagram @yesyoucan_gram and Facebook: yesyoucanpage
On this week's show I talk about how to improve your stickability rating. What is stickability? It's your commitment, persistence and determination to finish something you have started. Part one was a blast so I decided to come back and record a part two, and in this week's episode I'm presenting a case for the benefits of having a vision versus not having one. I lay out six points in the first half and then go one to share why forgiving yourself is foundation of any move towards building a better future by crafting a personal vision. Part one was fire
Making progress in life and seeing results is no doubt the culmination of several key factors; grit, determination, focus and goals. But without vision your going to struggle. Trust me, I did. This week's episode is about making sure your facing in the right direction so as to enable you to be able to clearly see a wonderful vision for your life. Your vision is simply put; YOUR version of your future. But, unless you archive all that past baggage that still haunts you subconsciously, you'll never see that bright future right in front of you. So, how do we do that? Well that's what I discuss on this week's show. Join me as I unpack this exciting subject, with a part two on the way
This week's episode is very much like an informal chat show. I wanted to give my newer listeners the back story of why and how I started the YYC! platform. It's a little bit of fun with some cheeky five fun facts about me thrown in at the end just so you can get to know more about the person behind the voice of this show
I don't know who needs to hear this week's episode but I had a strong desire to speak this message for someone...before we get caught up in the end of year festivities that are about to kick off soon, I wanted to grab your attention and challenge you to focus on the time remaining before we say goodbye to this year for good. It's exactly 11 weeks before 2021 is a wrap, and for some of us we may be feeling a little anxious that certain goals or projects are nowhere near completed. For others we may feel we haven't done too badly so far, actually. Well, wherever you stand in the brownie points line up for achievement of goals I wanted to remind you that it's not always about the ticking off of goals that is important, but rather the journey along the way. AND how YOU, yes you, have grown and evolved along the way. I ask a few questions that are just to help you to reflect on your year, and I hope, if nothing else you feel encouraged on in your own journey to living on purpose. Hope you enjoy :) Connect with me on Facebook: @yesyoucanpage Twitter: @yesyoucaneditor Instagram: @yesyoucan_gram email - yesyoucaneditor@gmail.com

For this week's episode I bring to you a concept I've been exploring for a short while now. It's not a new idea per se, but I find it fascinating as it has an influence on the way you behave and think, and affects the quality of your life. Abundance is a concept that frees one from the restrictions of living an overly cautious lifestyle. Abundant people tend to be far more generous and a little bit more confident. And it originates from the way one thinks or views life. So in this first episode of this new series, I break down what an abundance mindset looks like and what a lack mindset entails.
