This week we talk to the very talented Drew Pocza. We had the privilege of meeting Drew back in September 2018 at the Merch by Amazon Conference in Seattle. His journey on Merch is young, but his skills speak years of experience. Merch by Amazon is no longer what it used to be. It has evolved a lot since the platform was launched back in 2015. The advice I gave Drew was to keep at it. No matter how frustrating the platform, the best thing he can do is not to quit and keep uploading quality work. Check out his Instagram as he does amazing work. His Instagram is listed below. What do you guys think? What else should Drew be doing to up his POD game?   Pocza Websitehttps://pocza.com Pocza Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/dpocza/

With days away from the Merch by Amazon conference in Seattle, Glen and Yong talk about what to expect at this year's conference. The boys attended last year and they both agree that all the talks last year were great. This year they will be both presenting but they are more excited about the networking. They probably said this about a thousand times by now. Networking is important for all business models. Even if you can't attend the conference they encourage you to reach out to other members of the Merch community and network. If you are attending the conference make sure and say hello to the boys. They love meeting other members of the Merch community. And who knows, you can be working with them in the near future.   Sponsors Merch Informer https://merchinformer.com/223.html Merchinator https://merchinator.com/s/e66c4a55

It's never a dull moment when Anthony and Kevin from Jersey Merch talk to Glen and Yong. These four formed a unique friendship when they met at the Seattle Merch by Amazon Conference. They talk with each other so often Yong jokes, " I talk to you guys more than I talk to my family!" Anthony and Kevin have a unique approach to the Merch by Amazon business. Glen and Yong obviously approach their business from the design angle, but the Jersey guys approach it from the marketing angle. And they found great success with their process. Not only are they marketing geniuses but they practically outsource every aspect of the Merch by Amazon business. They also talk about their new web app called the Merchinator. It's a humanoid cyborg that helps people with no designs skills create a variation of the same design with multiple filters. Okay, it's not a humanoid cyborg, but it kicks ass just the same. You know longer have to go through a designer to add some of the basic effects such as the distressed effect.
