Literally, she was answering business emails from a hospital bed when she realized boundaries were an issue. Ashely is now focused on creating healthy routines and boundaries and continuing to evolve as an entrepreneur. She learned that nothing we do is an emergency through life's ups and downs. Perspective on her role as someone who makes products and serves as a business consultant has helped. She realizes boundaries are good for business. Ashley can work more effectively and create space to work on herself. The ultimate realization was that she was her ultimate product. If she is not well, then the business is not well.
