In this episode of the Manlihood ManCast, Josh Hatcher shares some quotes from Theodore Roosevelt, perhaps the manliest U.S. President of all time. https://youtu.be/_frwOyRgBkM “A man’s usefulness depends upon his living up to his ideals insofar as he can.” “All daring and courage, all iron endurance of misfortune-make for a finer, nobler type of manhood.” “Only those are fit to live who do not fear to die and none are fit to die who have shrunk from the joy of life and the duty of life.” “A soft, easy life is not worth living, if it impairs the fibre of brain and heart and muscle. We must dare to be great; and we must realize that greatness is the fruit of toil and sacrifice and high courage… For us is the life of action, of strenuous performance of duty; let us live in the harness, striving mightily; let us rather run the risk of wearing out than rusting out.” ---------- Get REIGNITE: A MAN’S FIELD GUIDE TO TAKING BACK HIS LIFE http://www.manlihood.com/reignite/ Join the ManCave Today: http://facebook.com/groups/manlihoodmancave ---------------- Do you have a question you'd like to have answered on The Manlihood ManCast? Nobility is a choice Josh Hatcher from Manlihood.com talks about Nobility on today’s episode of the Manlihood ManCast. https://youtu.be/oEwQQfO3-6g Nobility used to refer to an upper class - often blood related to royalty, or wealthy landowners. Often, their nobility was in rank and class, and not in virtue. Today, nobility refers to character more than rank or status. You can be Jack W. Dirt from the East Side of the Wankbottom Trailerpark in Fartblossom Kansas - but if you’ve got good character, you’re a noble. It’s a choice you make. Folks with good character are known for it. In this installment of a five part series titled “Things Men Don’t Want to Talk About” for the Manlihood ManCast, Josh Hatcher of Manlihood.com talks about the past. https://youtu.be/puEqBC-nepE This can be related to last week’s episode about sexual abuse - or even about other kinds of abuse - but it’s not just that. All of us have a past. Our own mistakes, our own flaws, or hard things we’ve had to endure. It’s hard for us to look back there. Men are fixers. We want to focus on what we can change. It doesn’t help to look at things we can’t change. I know that if I look at my own past, I’ve got a lot of mistakes that I’ve made that I regret. A lot of people I’ve hurt, stupid things I’ve said or did… Sometimes, when I try to fall asleep at night, all of those things come back to haunt me. I have an auditory memory. So I can replay conversations I had in my head from ten years ago. And I hear all the stupid things I said, and I feel like a jerk. No. I don’t want to talk about the past. I don’t want to talk about what I did - or what others did. I can’t change it. I can’t fix it. I want to focus on today. I want to focus on the future. I can change those. I can influence those. I can fix those. We can’t change the past - but if we just refuse to talk about it - we’re going to make the same mistakes. Our failures, and our wounds from the past have a great sway on the decisions we make. Like a weight on a chain behind us. We take it with us - all the while trying to pretend it didn’t happen. You’ve got to deal with your past. You’ve got to make amends, be honest, get to the root of why we think and react the way we do if we intend to make a better future for ourselves. ----------- Get REIGNITE: A MAN’S FIELD GUIDE TO TAKING BACK HIS LIFE http://www.manlihood.com/reignite/ Join the ManCave Today: http://facebook.com/groups/manlihoodmancave ---------------- Do you have a question you'd like to have answered on The Manlihood ManCast? In this installment of a five part series titled “Things Men Don’t Want to Talk About” for the Manlihood ManCast, Josh Hatcher of Manlihood.com talks about Domestic Violence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ON2lfVMnIP8 There are two kinds of domestic violence I’d like to address. Neither of them get talked about much. Men abusing women and/or children. This is unacceptable. If you’re caught in a cycle of this, you need to get help. Not talking about it is making you a monster. Because that’s who abuses women and children - monsters. You’re not a man, you’re a beast, or a little boy with beer muscles. Get help. Men abused by women. There’s got to be a tremendous amount of shame involved with this. Despite the fact that our culture has completely upended gender roles, there’s still a prevailing mindset, that a man is strong and that he is stronger than she is. We also teach boys that it’s always wrong to hit a woman. So a man is actually trained to be susceptible to abuse because he’s trained not to fight back. If you’re being abused, get out. Get safe. Don’t be a victim. You don’t HAVE to talk about it with anybody you don’t want to talk about it with. But you do have to talk to someone to make sure it stops happening. There is a lot of reason to believe that the number is higher. Men who have experienced sexual abuse in their past are very likely to experience these issues: Symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder and depression. Alcoholism and drug abuse. Suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts. Problems in intimate relationships. Underachievement at school and at work. Bottom line is - Men don’t like to talk about it. But maybe we should. Things Men Don't Want to Talk About: Pornography and Masturbation In this installment of a five part series titled “Things Men Don’t Want to Talk About” for the Manlihood ManCast, Josh Hatcher of Manlihood.com talks about Pornography and Masturbation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2x1Ytt0qFQE Men don’t want to talk about what they do when no one is looking. For a few reasons. One reason, we don’t want anyone to tell us we shouldn’t do it…. Or… we don’t want anyone to know we do it. Masturbation takes away from our power. It may seem like a release, or like a biological way to “clear the pipes.” But it’s not that. It actually decreases desire, and can create a situation where you are training yourself to the fastest way possible to orgasm. This is the opposite of what you need in the bedroom with your spouse. Porn is harmful to men. It’s impact on the brain, impact on the emotions and addictive nature is never satisfied. Porn is harmful to women. It teaches men to devalue women, to degrade women. Porn is a nasty downward spiral of degradation toward women. That’s not was sex is meant to be. It’s also harmful because the industry is SATURATED with human trafficking, including underage girls. You may think you’re watching porn that is consensual, but when you hear the horror stories of how women have been enslaved and are doing it because they have no other choice… it will make you sick. Someone’s daughter was drugged up, tortured, threatened, and forced to make that porn. I was addicted to porn. It almost destroyed my marriage. It was not an easy fight. I would try to justify it or explain it away, but the truth is, I was neglecting my wife and pleasing myself. I was gratifying my own desires - and it lead me to a dark place. It would have gone darker if I had continued. If you want to look at facts, numbers, statistics, stories, of what porn is and what it does - check out FIGHTTHENEWDRUG.COM ----------- Get REIGNITE: A MAN’S FIELD GUIDE TO TAKING BACK HIS LIFE http://www.manlihood.com/reignite/ Join the ManCave Today: http://facebook.com/groups/manlihoodmancave ---------------- Do you have a question you'd like to have answered on The Manlihood ManCast? Talented musician Austin Stirling shares his life story with us and how sometimes the other side of tragedy can be a good thing. His music style is perhaps best described as Dark Folk that goes straight to your soul. We featured some of this music from the new album in the podcast. They are in order of appearance: "War Drums" "From The Dirt" "With The Wolves" Austin's music mixes up a serious mesh of influences from Blues, Country, the sweaty vibes of Rockabilly, and Saturday evening mischief before Sunday morning reflection. His music stretches through dozens of styles, but always comes out sounding like his own badass reflection. He holds tightly the reins of the music until it's time to break free like wild bulls, allowing his recordings the opportunity to discover the brilliant energy that is his live show. Episode 39: What BOYS Do - Part 3: Waste Time There’s a bible verse that says, “When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like achild. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. “ As we become men, we put away the things that boys do - one of those things is wasting time. When we are young – time seems to move slower. My friend Mike McAvoy says that life is like a roll of toilet paper – and it goes faster the closer you get to the end of the roll. Now – Mike is a preacher, not a physicist – but it seems to make sense enough to me. There is nothing wrong with boys who spend their vast amount of slow-moving time tossing baseballs around, or playing cops and robbers, or building with plastic blocks, or catching fish. But when a boy becomes a man – and his time starts to move faster – his time becomes currency. And a man uses his currency and his time wisely. Does that mean he abandons all leisure pursuits? Certainly not! It’s perfectly acceptable for a man to sit on a shore with a hook in the water, waiting for a fish. But what it does mean is that he is intentional with his time. Every minute spent is used for a greater purpose. Leisure is not about wasting time – but rather about recharging yourself spiritually, physically and mentally. We use our leisure as an investment in ourselves and in our families. If we make it a point to manage our time, we find ourselves less stressed, and more productive. Episode 38: What BOYS Do - Part 2: Fight Teddy Roosevelt said, “Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.” As we continue to look at the things that BOYS do - that should get put on the shelf when they become men - one of them is fighting. Certainly – there is a time and a place for that glorious moment that a bully or a tyrant receive a blow to the nose. I firmly believe that when people say, “Violence is never the answer” they forget that there are things worth fighting for – and there are people who need to be corrected with physical force. But we’re not talking about fighting for a greater purpose. We’re talking about the schoolyard scrapping, and drunken brawls, and incessant need to win every argument – whether by force or sheer ego. Many times people fight for the sake of proving their strength. Real men do not need such victories to define their worth. If I’m minding my own business, and a man physically assaults me, I’m going to defend myself, and I’m going to do what it takes to win. But fighting and arguing and winning should never be what drives me, or motivates me. A man should be secure enough in his self and in his own strength that he doesn’t need to pick fights and push his way to the top. When I was a boy – I had to fight almost every day. I was bullied and pushed around. There were times when my fights were to protect myself, and times when my fights were to prove myself. I wish that I could have understood that I didn’t need to prove myself with my fists… or for that matter, with my arguments. The truth is – you can be right, and you can be better than everyone else in the room, without it mattering whether or not everyone knows it. Boys fight to prove their worth. Men know their worth, and only fight to protect and defend. Episode 37: What BOYS Do - Part 1: Whine Remember that 90’s RnB Group Boys II Men? Yeah. They were great. That has nothing to do with what we’re talking about though. What we’re talking about is common behaviors that should have died off when a boy became a man. The first one of those behaviors? Whining Obviously – men do this. It is a behavior that didn’t just “die” with the onset of manhood – but it should. I don’t think that identifying something that is wrong and needs to be repaired is the same thing as whining. It’s okay to identify a need, talk about solutions, and then implement solutions. Now that we’ve established that- let’s talk about whining. Boys who don’t get their way complain about it. Men learn to deal with it, and find solutions to problems. Life isn’t fair. It’s true, and you still have to deal with it. Whining about it rarely levels the playing field, but learning to rise above it is the ultimate reward. Harvey Mackay Firmness in enduring and exertion is a character I always wish to possess. I have always despised the whining yelp of complaint and cowardly resolve. Robert Burns The tendency to whining and complaining may be taken as the surest sign symptom of little souls and inferior intellects. Francis Jeffrey If you want to behave like a man – you won’t whine. Complaining changes nothing but other’s attitudes about you. Episode 36: Man Crush Monday - Before the Bullet Today’s ManCrushMonday is well known for meeting his untimely demise from a bullet. It’s a notorious death. We’ve all heard about it. In fact - the last few years leading up his death are the years we are all familiar with. Before that - he was raised as the grandchild of four irish immigrants - immigrants who seized the American dream, and their family did well for themselves. Well enough, anyway, that Jack grew up in boarding school, as his father spent long stretches of time away from the family on business. Young Jack blew up toilets with cherry bombs, and led a gang of trouble makers called “The Muckers” That troublemaking though was offset by health problems - one doctor thought it may have been leukemia - but another diagnosed him with collitis - a condition known to be very painful and debilitating for men. Those health problems, including a bad back, made it difficult for Jack to finish his education, and to join the Navy - his dad had to pull a few strings to get him there - and the young man went on to serve with distinction during WWII. Those distinctions made him an American hero - and he quickly grew in his influence. But who was this man, now regarded as a hero? Who was this man who shot for the moon, and did so much for his country? For his devotion to his country, persistence through pain - and for leaving a lasting legacy - we salute John Fitzgerald Kennedy - J.F.K. ___________ If you want to be a better man - check out our website - Manlihood.com - for blogs, videos, and more from our Manlihood Team. You’re going to leave your underwear on the floor again, or she’s going to spend money without checking with you first. She’s going to lose her cool and call you a name. You’re gonna stub your toe and swear in front of the kids. It’s going to happen. You will make mistakes. A good romance applies grace - it doesn’t ignore the mistakes - it chooses to forgive and work with them. Are there things that are irreconcilable? Sure. But if you want a romance to work - you have to choose to do everything in your power to reconcile as much as you possible can. ___________ If you want to be a better man - check out our website - Manlihood.com - for blogs, videos, and more from our Manlihood Team. How can we avoid the carnage of a bad romance? Sorry Lady Gaga, a bad romance is NOT a good thing… Don’t be selfish. Yes - you do have to take care of yourself. Yes - I know you have needs, too. But don’t let that be an excuse to neglect the person you are supposed to care about most. In every area of your relationship - approach it with the goal of pleasing and meeting the needs of your partner first. You may have to remind yourself, “It’s not about me. It’s not about me.” If you BOTH do this - you’ll find that your relationship is running on all cylinders. ___________ If you want to be a better man - check out our website - Manlihood.com - for blogs, videos, and more from our Manlihood Team. Real love takes hard work, and we’ve seen many times when the romance around us looks more like the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre than it does a Hallmark Movie. Don’t screw it up! There are so many pitfalls that can murder your love story. Let’s start with the biggest one. DON’T CHEAT. You would think that would be simple right? Then why do 22% of men, and 14 percent of women cheat on their significant other? Why do ⅓ of all marriages have an incident of infidelity? Cheating starts long before the act. They start in your mind, when you start to think of someone else, and when you start to justify infidelity. Want to prevent it? Start with correcting those errant thoughts when they pop in your head. Start by putting safeguards in place that prevent you from being in a position where anything COULD happen. ___________ If you want to be a better man - check out our website - Manlihood.com - for blogs, videos, and more from our Manlihood Team. Episode 31: ManCrush Monday - William Henry Harrison "Tippecanoe" It’s Monday! That means it’s time to highlight a hero that exemplifies manly virtues - it’s MAN CRUSH MONDAY. Today’s hero was homeschooled, until he dropped out of medical school and joined the army. Will’s connections got him a decent rank right off the bat, and he started commanding a unit of men that were defending an outpost against a hostile enemy. He was appointed as a chief negotiator with that enemy, and secured a treaty that ensured his country would maintain their land. The skilled warrior and diplomat met his match in Anna, and at age 22, they tied the knot. Her father asked, “How do you plan to support my daughter?” And the young Will answered, “By my sword and right arm!” That pledge proved to be true, as Will focused on diplomacy for several years, until a new enemy emerged. On the brink of the War of 1812, while his young nation was moving west, he fought off a surprise attack by the Shawnee, along the river that would give him his nickname, “Tippecanoe” Eventually, he’d be elected president, an honor that suited both his diplomatic skills, and his ferocity on the battlefield. Unfortunately, he died of pneumonia a month after taking office. For his commitment to provide for his family, to honor his country, and to master both the art of war, and the art of peace, we give William Henry “Tippecanoe” Harrison our nod as this week’s Man Crush Monday ___________ If you want to be a better man - check out our website - Manlihood.com - for blogs, videos, and more from our Manlihood Team. Episode 30: Work: The Forgotten Virtue - Make a Time to Rest Work is a virtue. And perhaps it’s one that has been forgotten. Certainly if we compare the attitudes of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers about work to the mindsets of our peers and our children, we’ll see a degradation of the values that once defined hard working men. Part of the reason that people hate their jobs and hate their work, and are not as productive as they should be – is that they don’t make good use of their time outside of work. You may have to hustle and work two jobs from time to time – you may have a job that requires more overtime than you can handle – but you have to make time to rest. You have to make time to breathe, stretch, connect with friends and family, recharge spiritually. If you don’t – then you’ll resent your job for keeping you from it. (Misplaced resentment, at that!) Get yourself in check, get a good night’s sleep, and spend a little time once a week with the people and the things you love. This post was originally published in March of 2015. Episode 29 -- Work: The Forgotten Virtue - Your Work Matters Work is a virtue. And perhaps it’s one that has been forgotten. Certainly if we compare the attitudes of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers about work to the mindsets of our peers and our children, we’ll see a degradation of the values that once defined hard working men. Men, your work matters. It matters what you do – and how hard you work. Even if you are working at a fast food drivethru – your work matters. We need to treat our jobs as though they matter! Why? People are depending on us to do our job. The toilet you scrub, the widgets you make, the burgers you make, the papers you write – they matter to someone. I know your boss might be a prick, and you might not feel valued. But you’ve got to make your own validation. Find your value, and the value in your work on your own – and recognize that someone is counting on your doing your job to the best of your ability. You are depending on your income! Your job is paying you, and it’s providing for your needs and the needs of your family. That matters. If you treat it like it doesn’t matter – you might lose it. Your income matters, and so by default, the way you earn that income matters. Men, even if your job is just a stepping stone – even if it’s a J-O-B on your way to a career – even if you HATE it – it matters. So treat it like it matters! Remember – how it feels is not as important as what the truth is. So your feelings might tell you how much you hate your job. Counter those feelings with the truth – that your job matters. Episode 28 - Work: The Forgotten Virtue - Work Smarter Not Harder Work is a virtue. And perhaps it’s one that has been forgotten. Certainly if we compare the attitudes of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers about work to the mindsets of our peers and our children, we’ll see a degradation of the values that once defined hard working men. When I graduated, an older gentleman from my church hired me to work for his sawmill and stone quarry. He didn’t really need to work anymore, but working kept him entertained, and it gave him a chance to help me out, by giving me work to do. We made white pine shingles, and pulled out irregular flagstone out of a quarry on the hill. I’d also do whatever odd jobs he needed, including carpentry work on his house, and landscaping. One day, he noticed me shovelling a pile of dirt to the wrong spot –  he told me – “Never shovel the same pile of $%@! twice.” Which being translated, means- if you are going to move something, put it in the right place the first time – rather than needing to move it twice. That and the adage “Work Smarter, Not Harder” have stuck with me over the years. I realize that working hard is good – but it is important to stop and think about how the job can be simplified and done efficiently. Mostly, it means that if we take some time to make lists, draw diagrams, think through the process, we can save ourselves a ton of heavy lifting! Efficiency is a science – and I believe that the root of it is in the plan. Taking the time to think about the process, and plan out the moving parts saves a multitude of work. Certainly if we compare the attitudes of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers about work to the mindsets of our peers and our children, we’ll see a degradation of the values that once defined hard working men. There is an ancient principle that has been lost in time. “Whatever you sow, that you will also reap.” To translate – “You PICK what you PLANT.” This is true in every area of life – if you plant good seeds in your relationship with your wife, you’ll pick good fruit.  If you plant tomatoes, you’ll pick tomatoes! The same is true in your work. If you invest your energy and your time into your job, you’ll receive the reward of a paycheck. But beyond that – if you go over and above – you’ll get it back. It might seem hard to imagine if your boss is sucky. I tend to think that it works universally. If you go over and above and do the best job possible – it will in time pay off. Even if it’s not directly from your employer. If you plant seeds of griping, complaining, gossipping, and half-assing – what kind of fruit do you think you will pick? Chances are good that it might be unemployment! It’s a principle that will prove true across the board in your life. Keep in mind, that good seed takes time, and nurturing to grow! Episode 26 - Man Crush Monday - Whose Land is it? Woodrow loved his mother. What little boy didn’t? But things weren’t always rosy at home. During his youth, his sister was burned to death, after her clothes caught fire during a family argument. But his mother? He was just 14 when his mom was taken off to be institutionalized. Woodrow didn’t know that her dementia was caused by Hutingdon’s Disease, and that it would eventually cripple and kill her. Dad was off in Texas working to repay his debts, leaving Woodrow and his siblings to beg for food and work odd jobs just to get by. When he befriended a black shoe-shine boy with a harmonica, he realized that George could teach him a lesson or two about how to get by on the streets, and so he bought his own harmonica, and sang for his supper. His dad would have had an issue with his choice of friends, though, I’m sure. In fact, a year before young Woodrow was born, his father, a member of the KKK had been involved with the lynching of a black man. Woodrow dropped out of school, and opted for homeschool, spending his time busking for cash on the streets, and reading at the local library. But this was Oklahoma, and the Dust Bowl was looming. As Woodrow entered adulthood, his home was engulfed in drought and poverty, and he was swept up in the Oklahoma migration to California - Grapes of Wrath style. In the face of such poverty, it’s no wonder he was drawn to the ideas of communism. Which promises equality for all men, even if historically, it doesn’t always deliver. Eventually Woodrow’s musical skills would land him a job playing hillbilly music on the radio. But his communist sympathies would eventually get him fired. That didn’t stop him though, from loving America, even if his views were different than most. He travelled the country, playing folk songs, and eventually settled in with the artistic community in New York City. Where he penned a patriotic song that would echo for years to come - resonating with friends on both sides of the aisle. “This Land is Your Land. This Land is My Land” is still sung these days, and it’s both a sentimental picture of America’s beauty, and a stinging statement about poverty. For telling stories, writing songs, and surviving in the face of some of our nation’s hardest times - today’s Man Crush Monday is Woodrow - Woody Guthrie. ___________ If you want to be a better man - check out our website - Manlihood.com - for blogs, videos, and more from our Manlihood Team. Episode 25: Watch your mouth! Men, The words you speak have power – and they affect what happens in your life! Passive people don’t bother controlling their mouths. They let their mouths control THEM. These are the kinds of words that come out of the mouth of passive men. 1. Gossip- Talking about someone else’s business – whether it is true or not is gossip. Bottom line is – if it’s not your business – then you should not be talking about it! 2. Anger- There is a time and a place for anger. It’s a valid emotion, and there are proper ways to express it. But more often than not - we should just shut up, rather than snap at people we love. 3. Criticism- We hate it when people tell us how to do our job – but we’re often full of criticism toward others. We ride our kids about their grades, their appearance, their chores. We gripe about our wives, we complain about our jobs and or bosses, and our employees. Their work and effort is never enough. When you die – your family will remember the words you have spoken. Do you want them to remember all the times you told them how to stack the plates? Or do you want them to remember how good you made them feel when they did something right? The truth is we need to replace these words with the kind of words that make a positive difference! Let’s offer words that resolve conflicts, that encourage people, and build them up. Make it a point to think before you speak! This post was originally published in February of 2015. Episode 22: Take Responsibility There was a phrase that I heard a boy constantly. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! Probably because I was always making excuses and passing the buck. I have to admit – I never really understood it for a long time. Someone told me once, “If you want to get out of the mess you are in – you need to embrace the fact that you are in the position you are in because of the choices you have made.” I’ll be honest. This pissed me off. I was an idiot – and I blamed my financial situation on the company that laid me off – on the system, which seemed designed to keep me down – on the economy – on student loan companies for tricking me into signing them – etc. etc. Now, I hear the echoes of those words in my ears, and I realize that I really am where I am because of the choices I have made. Some of those choices were good choices – but even good choices have tough consequences! No one is holding you down. No one is keeping you back. Stop blaming racism, politics, bullies, your crappy parents, your ex-wife, your lack of friends or anything else for your problems. Sometimes, I think our “problems” are really just opportunities to test our metal. We look at them as holes that we fall into, when really, they are the CHANCE to prove to ourselves and those around us just what kind of men we are! But it won’t happen if we make excuses. It won’t happen if we blame others (even if they are to blame!) This post was originally published in February of 2015. today we’re doing go take a look at our Man Crush Monday - where we honor men who have exemplified character, courage, and honor. Today, we’re going to look at a very memorable American who fled to another country, and fought for their independence. These days, tensions in Washington DC are often hot. Accusations against politicians happen every day. But on this occasion, William Stanbery was dragged out into the street and beaten with a Hickory Cane. His attacker came to DC to stick up for the rights of indigenous peoples, and expose the government frauds who were mistreating them. But Washington politics weren’t ready for accountability - so the attacker was brought to trial and fined $500 - in those days - a small fortune. He fled the country - and went to a newly formed Republic, where he was commissioned as a Major General in the Army. He fought hard, and climbed the ranks to Commander in Chief, when he signed that country’s Declaration of Independence on his 43rd Birthday. It was under his watch that a 13 Day enemy siege at a small church was lost to the enemy. So he mustered the ragtag troops -a very small force compared to the massive and well trained army. It took him a little over a month to whip those boys into shape - but they went up against the full force of the Mexican military - and won in 18 minutes, because this little army new to strike when the Mexican army would be taking their afternoon Siesta. And our hero led the Army of the Republic of Texas to victory - with the rallying cry to “Remember the Alamo!” Grit, Courage, Justice, Perseverance - that’s Why Sam Houston is today’s Man Crush Monday ___________ If you want to be a better man - check out our website - Manlihood.com - for blogs, videos, and more from our Manlihood Team.
