This brings detectives to a more disturbing conclusion. The woman's cousin was seeing a man with an extremely troubled past. When we find out just how troubled, it's no surprise that he could do something like this, but who was helping him definitely is!! Joe Highsmith went from barely making the cut to his first PGA Tour win with an exemplary weekend at the Cognizant Classic to kick of the the "Florida Swing" at PGA National.
