The Battle of the Little Bighorn is one of the most famous and most misunderstood events in American history. On June 25, 1876, Lieutenant Colonel George Armstrong Custer and roughly 210 men of his immediate command were wiped out along a ridge in southeastern Montana by a massive village of Lakota, Northern Cheyenne, and Arapaho fighting under Sitting Bull and Crazy Horse. But how did Custer really die? Did he go down fighting, was he killed trying to reach the river, or did he take his own life to avoid capture? And did the warriors who killed him even know who he was? Also discussed is the entire chain of events that led to Custer's Last Stand, from the Lakota claim to the sacred Black Hills and the broken Fort Laramie treaties, through Sand Creek, Red Cloud's War, and the Black Hills gold rush, to the three-column campaign of 1876. 00:00:00 Introduction 00:00:39 The Lakota and the Black Hills 00:03:51 Sand Creek and Red Cloud's War 00:06:25 The Black Hills Gold Rush 00:09:56 The 1876 Campaign Begins 00:22:34 The Battle Begins: Reno's Charge 00:28:30 Custer's Last Stand 00:36:25 How Did Custer Really Die? JD Vance just shut down the media narrative about President Trump's Iran MOU — and explained why this is nothing like Obama's JCPOA. In a powerful White House briefing, Vice President JD Vance pushed back hard on claims that President Trump's Iran peace framework gives Iran everything up front. Vance made the key distinction clear: Iran does not get rewarded for words, signatures, or empty promises. They only receive benefits if they actually perform under the deal. That is the major difference Vance emphasized between Trump's negotiated MOU and the Obama-era JCPOA: verification, enforcement, conduct, and real-world action.Vance also responded to a reporter who said Pope Leo was rooting for President Trump's Iran peace deal. His answer? “Praise Jesus!” Vance said the Pope was fundamentally accurate and that a successful peace deal would be good for the world — but only if Iran honors its commitments. In this video, Professor Nez breaks down Vance's strongest moments from the White House briefing, the media narrative he destroyed, the difference between Trump's performance-based approach and Obama's Iran deal, and why the phrase “we trust action” may define this entire foreign policy debate. Was JD Vance right? Is Trump's Iran MOU fundamentally different from the JCPOA? And is the media intentionally ignoring the verification-first structure of the deal?Drop your thoughts in the comments.

President Trump Makes an Announcement on Beautiful, Clean Coal. President Trump just sounded the alarm from the Oval Office over what he says are serious election problems in California.Trump says he is “closely watching” the vote counting, claiming the numbers in key California races are suddenly shifting in ways he finds suspicious. He pointed directly to mail-in ballots, delayed counting, and the long timeline California officials say may be needed before final results are known. In Trump's words, the numbers are looking “strange,” and he says he does not want cheating in American elections.California's vote-counting process is once again under national scrutiny, with Trump blasting the idea that it could take seven or eight days to determine winners in major races. Supporters say this is exactly why election integrity must be front and center. Critics argue California's slow process is tied to mail-ballot verification and state counting rules. So what is really happening in California? Why are votes still being counted? Why are the numbers shifting? And is Trump right to be watching this so closely? In this episode, Professor Nez breaks down Trump's explosive Oval Office comments, the California mail-in ballot controversy, the races under scrutiny, and why this could become one of the biggest election integrity fights in the country. For free and unbiased Medicare help, dial (656) 218-0931 to speak with my trusted partner, Chapter, or go to https://askchapter.org/nez▶Sign up to our Free Newsletter, so you never miss out: https://bio.site/professornez▶ ORIGINAL MADE IN U.S.A 250TH AMERICA DESIGNS: https://professornez.myspreadshop.com/
"Why did the Founding Fathers accept slavery in the new country? Basic politics, or something more?" --Ken► SCRIPT CORRECTION/FEEDBACK: Also, regarding Thomas Jefferson fathering children with Sally Hemming, some here are giving me pushback on that, claiming it's not settled. There's still a bit of dissension on that, so yes, I should've added a "likely" qualifier. There's a decent amount of evidence, between DNA showing "a" Jefferson was the dad of one. Combined with other facts, that was enough for the Thomas Jefferson Foundation — which operates Monticello — to declare it a "settled historical matter". Still, the minority dissent raises enough questions that a "likely fathered" would have been the best way for me to say it.► Script and sourcing notes: https://shorturl.at/cifBWFOLLOW KEN:

We explore the power of structured environments over parent-led training, how external rewards bridge to internal motivation, and why finding the right entry point matters more than finding the perfect program.
Did the NYPD prove that Brushy Bill Roberts was Billy the Kid using forensic technology? Short answer: no. Not the NYPD, not the FBI, not the CIA, and not Interpol. No official agency has ever conducted a forensic photo comparison or any kind of investigation into whether Brushy Bill Roberts was Billy the Kid. So where does the claim come from? Most of the time, it traces back to the documentary "Billy the Kid: The Silver City Photo," produced by Dan Edwards, and featuring an NYPD detective named Michael Furia. That's what we'll be discussing today, taking a look at what Detective Furia actually did, what he did not do, and why a confident opinion about an old photograph is not the same thing as a forensic identification. Along the way, we get into why facial recognition software doesn't work on 19th-century tintypes, what the NYPD's own policy says about photo matches (spoiler: a match is only an investigative lead), and how a tool like Civil War Photo Sleuth really operates. We also identify one of the six photographs for who it actually is, a Rough Rider named William Dibrell Wood, a real and well-documented man who was most definitely NOT Brushy Bill Roberts. Los Angeles just sent a political message that nobody in California's establishment can ignore. Karen Bass may have advanced to the November runoff, but Spencer Pratt's stunning primary performance has completely changed the conversation around the LA mayor's race. With early results showing Bass leading, Pratt running strong in second, and Nithya Raman trailing behind, this race has become a referendum on crime, homelessness, fires, leadership, public trust, and whether voters in deep-blue California are finally ready for something different. At his election night watch party, Spencer Pratt took direct aim at Mayor Bass and made it clear he wants more debates on NBC and Fox. After a campaign built on frustration with the status quo, viral messaging, and a promise to fix Los Angeles, Pratt has now proven that his movement is not a joke, not a stunt, and not going away.In this video, Professor Nez breaks down the latest Los Angeles mayoral primary results, why Pratt's rise matters, what Karen Bass should be worried about, and why this could be one of the most important political signals coming out of California in 2026.For free and unbiased Medicare help, dial (656) 218-0931 to speak with my trusted partner, Chapter, or go to https://askchapter.org/nez▶Sign up to our Free Newsletter, so you never miss out: https://bio.site/professornez▶ ORIGINAL MADE IN U.S.A 250TH AMERICA DESIGNS: https://professornez.myspreadshop.com/

President Trump's White House just launched a bold new immigration enforcement tracker with space-themed “Aliens.gov” branding — and the media meltdown is already beginning. The new White House page uses UFO-style language, including “They weren't little green men,” while pointing Americans to an interactive map showing illegal alien arrests, federal law enforcement encounters, arrest locations, reported charges, countries of origin, and suspected gang affiliations. According to reports, the site also includes a real-time counter showing more than 3 million migrant encounters and rolling updates on enforcement data.In this episode, Professor Nez breaks down why this new tracker is more than just a website. It is a messaging weapon. It turns immigration enforcement into a visual, searchable, public-facing map — and it forces the country to confront the scale of the border crisis in real time.Trump's team didn't just release data. They packaged it like a political grenade. For free and unbiased Medicare help, dial (656) 218-0931 to speak with my trusted partner, Chapter, or go to https://askchapter.org/nezAliens Website: https://www.whitehouse.gov/aliens/▶Sign up to our Free Newsletter, so you never miss out: https://bio.site/professornez▶ ORIGINAL MADE IN U.S.A 250TH AMERICA DESIGNS: https://professornez.myspreadshop.com/
Spencer Pratt may have just found the issue that changes the entire Los Angeles mayoral race. A March 2025 video reportedly shows workers connected to Homeless Health Care Los Angeles distributing harm-reduction supplies such as syringes and safer smoking kits — a practice defended by officials and advocates as a way to reduce overdoses, HIV, hepatitis C, and fentanyl deaths. But to many LA residents, the images raise a brutal question: why are taxpayers funding drug-use supplies while homelessness, addiction, open-air drug scenes, and street disorder continue to explode? In this video, Professor Nez breaks down Spencer Pratt's explosive argument against Karen Bass, Nithya Raman, and LA's homelessness nonprofit system. Are these programs saving lives — or are they helping preserve a broken system that keeps people addicted, homeless, and dependent while millions of public dollars keep flowing? This is bigger than one viral video. This is about accountability, taxpayer money, public safety, compassion, and whether Los Angeles voters are finally ready to reject the political class that keeps defending failure.

Spencer Pratt is making one of the most emotional arguments of his campaign: save the dogs of Los Angeles. In a powerful new message, Spencer is calling out what he says is the heartbreaking neglect of animals in LA — from Skid Row to the city shelters — and he is putting Karen Bass and Nithya Raman directly on defense. This is not just about politics. This is about man's best friend. It is about the animals that cannot speak for themselves. It is about the dogs sitting in overcrowded shelters, the pets abandoned in a decaying city, and the people who believe Los Angeles has lost its soul.Spencer's message is simple: SAVE LA. SAVE CALIFORNIA. SAVE THE DOGS.In this video, we break down Spencer Pratt's emotional campaign message, the crisis facing LA's animal shelters, the political failures behind it, and why this issue could hit voters in a completely different way than crime, homelessness, fires, or taxes.Because for millions of Americans, dogs are not just pets. They are family.Drop your thoughts in the comments: can Spencer Pratt turn this into one of the most powerful emotional issues in the LA mayor's race? For free and unbiased Medicare help, dial (656) 218-0931 to speak with my trusted partner, Chapter, or go to https://askchapter.org/nez▶Sign up to our Free Newsletter, so you never miss out: https://bio.site/professornez▶ ORIGINAL MADE IN U.S.A 250TH AMERICA DESIGNS: https://professornez.myspreadshop.com/
What if your triggers aren't random — they're a map back to yourself? In this close-out episode, Patrick reflects on the 21-day trigger challenge with two reframes that change everything: the tug of war between wants and reality, and the difference between surface triggers (your mental dojo) and the serious ones rooted in your own history.Learn why the fastest road to context-independent peace of mind runs through accepting reality — not fighting it — and why turning the spotlight on your triggers is the first step to responding instead of reacting.
How many people were legally hanged for stealing horses in the Old West? Dozens? Hundreds? Thousands? Join me today as we bust one of the most enduring myths of the American frontier. Despite what Hollywood and dime novels would have you believe, there was never a time in the Old West when stealing horses was legally punishable by death. Not in Texas, not in Arizona, not anywhere west of the Mississippi. We'll dig into the Espy File (the gold standard for documenting legal executions in American history), the brutal English Bloody Code inherited by American colonies, the concept of "pious perjury," and why Western juries, much like their English counterparts, flat out refused to convict when they felt the punishment didn't fit the crime. We'll also discuss why the famous Arizona law making train robbery a capital offense only resulted in a single execution, how the cattle barons of the Johnson County War weaponized lynch mobs against innocent homesteaders like Ella Watson, and why guys like Doc Middleton, arguably the most prolific horse thief of all time, walked away with only a few years behind bars.
