Daniel is an immigrant entrepreneur from Budapest, Hungary that now owns 6 gyms, is an Amazon best-selling author, and a wealth of knowledge. In this episode we discuss how he built an 1100 sq ft facility into a seven figure gym, why and how to raise prices, and how to create multiple successful locations. I especially enjoyed how Daniel broke down the difference between delegating and leveraging, and he shared his favorite book on the subject, Lincoln on Leadership.
