Shelly and Ross talk with Col. John Fenzel (Ret.) about pandemic scenario planning, why we were not prepared, and what we can do now. America is about to "reopen." But where's the playbook? Some say we haven't been here before... but we have. Col. Fenzel worked in the White House (during previous administrations) on strategic forecasting and scenario planning that is eerily prescient. So why does all of this seem so new?
