What's up everybody! It's Thomas Bahamas and you are here for another episode of Solana Weekly. We've got a lot of excitement this week with the FOMC numbers coming out today and we are on the verge of a shift in monetary policy flipping from restrictive to cutting rates. Sol Price: 181.84, up two dollars from last week, but we spiked above 190 and the strength that it's showing versus the market cannot be ignored. SOLETH: .05486 - up a small amount from last week.SOLBTC: .00273 up a bit, and if you look at the yearly we are testing highs on this pair. Insane when you think about it with all the momentum behind Bitcoin.SOLD - 3.61 up from 3.5Overall, Solana is looking strong from all the metrics that track as far as price goes and we are at usage levels that are just about all time high as well. Feels like Solana Summer to me.Biggest price narratives:Overall in the market it's still ETF's, elections, fed cutting rates, Solana usage and memecoins. With that said, I actually still think that Solana benefits from an Eth breakout. Whether that's just more liquidity willing to go to risk assets, people watching the SolEth chart, or even the bet on Solana getting an ETF next.Drip Haus feedback:So much love, I would like to thank each an every one of you. will try to take things from first principles more often, thanks again Reeny.Biggest news: Binance lawsuit the sec no longer calls Solana and other tokens securities.Looks like the rates have been unchanged for the Month of July with September rate cuts being priced in at 90%.Protocol wise, it doesn't seem like there have been any major releases other than the ability to short memecoins being released on Solend and Marginfi. Our NFT's remain down, hold steady and harvest some tax losses if you can. I fight the urge to buy more quekz and a MadLad daily. This is a public episode. R&B singer & producer Reeny Smith joins the show to discuss her new Christmas EP "Where You At Santa"! Three years in the making and written at various times of year, Reeny Smith's “Where You At Santa?” was first inspired by Hallmark's annual “Christmas in July” movie series. The heartfelt, compelling, and at times satirical collection of Christmas classics and originals showcase the artists' profound talent, with the majority of the songs written, performed, and produced by Smith herself. With a modern take on some of her Christmas favourites and brand new songs that are sure to be contemporary classics, “Where You At Santa?” is a musical celebration of the holiday season and offers a delightful, modern, and memorable soundtrack for the upcoming holiday season and those beyond it. With her remarkable talents as a singer, songwriter, and producer, Reeny Smith has swiftly been making a name for herself as one of the top artists in the R&B/Soul genre in Canada today. Combining her roots as a choir singer in the Baptist church with her love of 90's R&B and Soul, Smith's powerful, rich vocals, musical craftsmanship, and captivating live performances have led her to become one of the most notable artists in her field. Reeny Smith - It was such an honour to have this conversation with Reeny. I’ve played music with Reeny for many years and she’s definitely one of the most musically gifted people I’ve ever worked with. She’s also super smart and has a deep knowledge of African Nova Scotian history. I learned so much in this conversation. This chat was first broadcast on YouTube Live as a Myles From Home special. Check out Reeny’s website at www.iamreeny.com

She shares the experience of her earlier years as a Single Mom on how she got started with a home-based catering business and then became a reseller for a butcher shop a few years ago. Today that side hustle has remained an essential part of her household even after she has remarried. The reseller network is now a big industry in Indonesia and with online platforms like Disko.Online has made Reeny's work as a reseller even easier. This episode is part of the Janda Becanda career edition for those looking for ways to start earning supplemental income for their families.
