On this episode of “Fearless,” Jason Whitlock discusses how Charlie Kirk's memorial service showcased the beauty of Christian nationalism. During the service, Charlie Kirk's widow, Erika, forgave Kirk's accused assassin, Tyler Robinson, in the ultimate act of Christian virtue. Whitlock reviews other highlights of the memorial, including Tucker Carlson calling for repentance and trolling Benjamin Netanyahu; Vice President JD Vance admitting he hadn't been comfortable talking about his faith but has talked about his beliefs more since Charlie Kirk's death; Marco Rubio's powerful words about Charlie Kirk and Jesus; and a TPUSA staff member remarking that Erika Kirk is an “absolute force” for TPUSA's future. “XSponse is a full ecosystem built on a network-based system using PoE and BLE technology,” says Blake Albertsen, VP of Sales at XSponse, in an interview with Doug Green, Publisher of Technology Reseller News, during ScanSource Partner First. Albertsen highlighted XSponse's integrated security and communications platform, which combines wearable technology, wall-mounted devices, and advanced detection capabilities. The ecosystem is designed for deployment in schools, hospitals, corrections, hospitality, and casinos, offering both large-scale and small-footprint solutions. One key feature is XSponse's wearable badge technology, which provides immediate safety alerts. With a triple-button press, the badge triggers LED and vibration feedback, sends alerts through the network, and can even dispatch 911 calls to on-site security officers. The devices also support full audio intercom functions and include built-in cameras with electromagnetic shutters for privacy. XSponse extends beyond personal safety with unique environmental monitoring capabilities, including a vape detector that integrates into HVAC systems to identify vaping and other anomalies such as methane, carbon monoxide, and various toxins. Albertsen emphasized that the system is designed to integrate directly into existing security infrastructures, giving organizations a robust, scalable platform to enhance safety, communication, and real-time incident response. Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holdings CEO Dr Seth Lederman joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share that the company presented four scientific posters at the PAINWEEK 2025 conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, showcasing robust data from two pivotal Phase 3 trials of Tonmya® for the treatment of fibromyalgia. The first study, RELIEF, was a 14-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, while the second, RESILIENT, served as a confirmatory efficacy and safety trial. Results across both studies demonstrated that Tonmya significantly reduced fibromyalgia-related pain while maintaining a favorable tolerability profile. Unlike conventional pain therapies, Tonmya is designed to pharmacologically target nonrestorative sleep by antagonizing receptors that regulate sleep architecture—addressing a central mechanism thought to perpetuate fibromyalgia symptoms. Dr. Lederman noted that beyond reducing pain, Tonmya's mechanism of action may help improve a wide spectrum of fibromyalgia symptoms, potentially supporting earlier diagnosis, timely intervention, and improved long-term outcomes. Importantly, the therapy represents a non-opioid treatment option at a time when safer alternatives are in high demand. With FDA approval secured, Tonix is now preparing to launch Tonmya commercially in the coming quarter, marking a transformative milestone for both the company and the fibromyalgia community. #proactiveinvestors #tonixpharmaceuticalsholdingcorp #nasdaq #tnxp #Biotech #TonixPharmaceuticals #Tonmya #Fibromyalgia #FDAApproval #NonOpioid #PainManagement #ChronicPain #NociplasticPain #Cyclobenzaprine #MoveFibroForward #Painweek2025
“To boldly go where no SIM has gone before.” That was the theme at the Advantix booth during ScanSource Partner First, where Ansley Hoke, Senior Vice President of ScanSource's Integrated Solutions Group (ISG), joined Doug Green, Publisher of Technology Reseller News, to discuss the company's expanding role in wireless connectivity. Hoke explained that Advantix, now part of ScanSource's ISG, is the multi-carrier wireless connectivity arm of the business, designed to help partners extend connectivity beyond the four walls with WAN-enabled devices. Through ScanSource's distribution facilities, partners can provision physical SIMs or eSIMs directly into devices, kit them, and ship them to end customers—streamlining deployment and reducing friction. The integration of Advantix into ISG reflects ScanSource's commitment to delivering recurring revenue services and enabling partners to compete more effectively in the growing mobility market. With Advantix's always-on, multi-carrier SmartSIM technology, end users are assured seamless connectivity regardless of carrier or coverage area. To simplify adoption, Advantix provides a full suite of enablement resources and training videos, alongside a revamped website to support partners with onboarding and activation. As Hoke emphasized, “It is really seamless on being able to onboard quickly and get the activations working out of the box.” For more information, visit scansource.com or explore resources directly at advantixsolutions.com.

When VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0 launched in June, it marked more than just another release. It was the clearest signal yet that Broadcom is betting big on the modern private cloud. In this episode of Tech Talks Daily, I sat down with Prashanth Shenoy, who leads marketing and learning for the VCF division at Broadcom, to discuss what the launch means for enterprises and how those themes are playing out live at VMware Explore in Las Vegas. Prashanth shares how VCF 9.0 was designed to help enterprises operate private clouds with the same simplicity and scale as public hyperscalers, while keeping sovereignty, security, and cost predictability front and center. He explains why this release is more than an infrastructure update. It's a shift toward a workload-agnostic, developer-centric platform where virtual machines, containers, and AI workloads can run side by side with a consistent operational experience. We also unpack Broadcom's headline announcements at the show. From making VCF an AI-native platform to embedding private AI services directly into the foundation, the message is clear: the AI pilots of the past are moving into production, and Broadcom wants VCF to be the default home for enterprise AI. Another major theme is cyber compliance at scale, with VCF now offering continuous enforcement, rapid ransomware recovery, and advanced security services that address today's board-level concerns. But perhaps the biggest takeaway is the momentum. Nine of the top ten Fortune companies are now running on VCF, more than 100 million cores have been licensed, and dozens of enterprises—from global giants to mid-sized insurers—are on stage at VMware Explore sharing their adoption stories. The so-called “cloud reset” that Prashanth has written about is not just theory. Companies are rethinking their cloud strategies, seeking cost transparency, avoiding waste, and building resilient, AI-ready private clouds. This conversation highlights how Broadcom is doubling down on VCF with a singular focus, a massive R&D commitment, and a clear vision of where private cloud is headed. If you want to understand why private AI, developer services, and cyber resilience are now central to enterprise strategy, this is a conversation worth hearing.

In this episode of Technology Reseller News, publisher Doug Green speaks with Ameet Dhillon from Phoenix Technologies, live from the VMware Explore show floor. Dhillon returns to discuss FirmGuard, Phoenix Technologies' cutting-edge remote BIOS management and security solution, now gaining momentum among MSPs and IT professionals. FirmGuard, developed by the BIOS pioneers at Phoenix Technologies (est. 1979), is the industry's only remote BIOS management platform, offering IT teams—whether internal or managed service providers—the ability to monitor, configure, and update BIOS across diverse hardware environments (including Dell, HP, and Lenovo) from a single interface. In the conversation, Dhillon breaks down how FirmGuard addresses real-world needs, including BIOS security monitoring, enabling TPM for Windows 11 migrations, and streamlining OEM BIOS updates—tasks that were traditionally manual, fragmented, and time-consuming. While Phoenix Technologies doesn't hold a direct partnership with VMware or Broadcom, their presence at the show highlights the tool's relevance to the broader IT ecosystem. As a proven solution with exclusive capabilities, FirmGuard is positioned as a must-have in any advanced security stack, especially for channel partners and MSPs looking to enhance endpoint security. Elevating Songwriters in Music City… In the heart of Music City, a groundbreaking network of nearly 400 songwriters, known as Livin' The Write Life, is redefining collaboration and success in the music industry. Founded by songwriter Michael "Cef" Cefaratti, this vibrant "tribe" is dedicated to empowering its members and disrupting the traditional music publishing model. A Network Built on Mutual Support and Strength in Numbers Livin' The Write Life operates on the core belief that "your net worth is your network." Songwriter Cody Kelley emphasizes this ethos, stating, "We show up for each other, to prove there's strength in numbers." This collaborative spirit is evident in their consistent support for each other's performances, from showcases and writer's nights to "in-the-rounds." The network leverages the diverse skills and backgrounds of its members to benefit everyone, whether it's bargaining for studio time or securing airplay. Addressing Industry Challenges and Fostering New Talent Cefaratti highlights a critical issue in today's music landscape: the domination of a few major publishing houses. "It's near impossible for an unsigned writer to get a listen – much less a cut, today," he explains, "meaning the industry, not the artist, decides what music you hear." Livin' The Write Life aims to counteract this by building a comprehensive in-house service complement for its members, including publishing, song pitching/placement, a record label, and career management for aspiring artists. The network is uniquely structured around the needs of working songwriters, many of whom balance regular jobs with their passion. This flexibility ensures that "everybody has a chance to be heard and to write with other songwriters in our tribe." They celebrate successes, offer support during challenges, and transform these experiences into relatable, authentic songs. Cultivating Tomorrow's Sound Livin' The Write Life is focused on shaping the future of music. Kelley points out that "the songs on the radio right now were written at least 2 years ago... That songwriting style may not be popular 2 years from now." The tribe encourages its writers to break free from formulas and rules, allowing songs to evolve naturally. This forward-thinking approach is leading to the creation of "genre-less" music that transcends traditional boundaries of country, pop, and rock, preparing for an anticipated shift in the industry. Adysen Malek, a new songwriter in Music City, quickly found her place within Livin' The Write Life. She credits the tribe with helping her improve her craft in a supportive, non-competitive environment, stating, "None of us improves or succeeds, we all benefit and celebrate." Connect with Livin' The Write Life To discover upcoming writer showcases and connect with this innovative network of songwriters, visit the Livin' The Write Life Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/livi... /> Artists and producers interested in collaborating can also schedule private listening appointments directly through their Instagram page. ABOUT LIVIN' THE WRITE LIFE: Nashville's New Model for Songwriting & Publishing Livin' The Write Life is emerging as a groundbreaking force in Nashville's music scene, redefining the landscape for independent songwriters and performers. This innovative network, founded by songwriter and entrepreneur Michael "Cef" Cefaratti, comprises nearly 400 affiliated individuals who collectively form a powerful "tribe." Empowering Independent Songwriters through Community and Opportunity At its core, Livin' The Write Life operates on an "everyone's welcome at the table" philosophy, providing crucial opportunities for aspiring songwriters. Through its limited Open Mic events, the organization offers a platform for new voices to be heard. The most promising talents are invited to join the exclusive "tribe," gaining access to high-profile exposure at renowned Writer's Nights and Showcases throughout Nashville. A Collective Approach to Success in Music City Livin' The Write Life is more than just a network; it's a supportive community where collaboration fuels collective success. By bringing together a large and diverse group of independent creatives, the organization aims to empower its members in an industry often dominated by major labels. This collective strength provides avenues for song pitching, publishing, and career development that might otherwise be out of reach for individual songwriters. Specifically, it indicated that the safety lock can be disabled through movement and friction, rendering it ineffective at preventing the striker from impacting a chambered round. The evaluation showed that with common movements representing those of a law enforcement officer, it is possible to disable the striker safety lock, which is supposed to be the last safety feature to prevent unintentional discharge. The report also noted issues such as wear on the sear, a ledge on the striker pin hook, and movement of the slide and components during testing, all of which could contribute to the risk of uncommanded firing. Overall, the findings suggest that the safety mechanism is unreliable and can be compromised, raising serious safety concerns about the firearm.
