I had the privilege of interviewing a friend and old co-worker, Tammy Howard! In this episode, we talk about quick decisions, transitions, overcoming sudden situations, shadow work, and inner child work. We also touched on aging with grace from the inside out. Tammy gives a few tips on how to physically age with grace, and mentally/emotionally as well. Self-care is more than skincare and sunscreen. It goes deeper into healing the old part of ourselves. This episode was so fun, and gaining wisdom from Tammy never fails to leave me amazed! If this episode resonated or you enjoyed it, feel free to give a review or rating.
