This week Buffy fights the true and greatest evils of Sunnydale against which no vampire or demon can stand - underage drinking and premarital sex. Also there are cavemen? The Buffy Boys are watching That Episode - it's S04E05 "Beer Bad". Key Buffy Bits from this episode include: Counter-feminist puritanical holdovers in the Buffy formula The rare beast - a failed Bechdel test Willow will not be seduced by any doe-eyed man, goddamnit "I'm pregnant by my step-brother who'd rather be with my best friend and who's left me with no place to live, no food, except for this bottle of Wild Turkey, which I drank all up." ABMP is finally back after a longer than anticipated hiatus. On this Episode, Sean and Erik are joined by George Kapaklis from Take 42 Productions and the Bigger On The Inside podcast to look over and discuss the program for the 2019 Melbourne International Film Festival, including the line-up of films, the venues, programming surprises, what we are all most excited to check out at the festival and so much more. Keep an Eye Out for the fourth instalment of Film Fiasco on Scooby-Doo (2002) with George Kapaklis joining us once again in this nostalgia-busting revisit of this bizarre live-action adaptation of the classic cartoon. We discovered Intermittent Fasting years ago and found this lifestyle change to be an absolute game changer. Now its our turn to share how IT works, the different forms and if it is right for you.IT has so many benefits and we wanted to share those with you. We always find the same several questions hoping up and wanted to share those below!FAQHow long can I do this? Intermittent Fasting is a lifestyle, not a diet. You can adapt this way of living and eating long term like I have if you wish! Can I have mints or chew sugar-free gum during my fasting window? No. But you way have black coffee, herbal or green tea, and naturally flavored sparkling water (if you must). How soon can I expect to see results? While each person is different - once you get into a set 16/8 lifestyle and are working out at the end of your fasts, you should see positive results within the first 7-10 days.I've always had breakfast right away in the morning, what if I feel like I'm starving?Start by following a crescendo method and pushing back your breakfast by just an hour, then two hours, then 3 hours etc... Drink some water and wait out the feeling. With dizziness I recommend making a bullet proof coffee and sipping on that until it's time to eat. If you're experiencing this often, you may be under eating during your feeding window! Be sure you're tracking your food!*We mentioned a previous episode to look into for more details. That Episode is Episode 11*Have a wonderful day and if you are in need of additional support or general questions, reach out to us socially on Facebook or Instagram! As mentioned in the podcast, take a look at the BCAA's and the Organifi products that we use on a daily basis. In 1985, Mamoru Oshii and Yoshitaka Amano, with the help of a seemingly infinite budget, made a haunting and singular video animation feature called ANGEL'S EGG, and this week I made former animephobe Molly Lambert (MTV News) watch it and talk about it with me. Good news: she's not scared of anime anymore! Bad news: We can't really tell you what happens in this film. But that's not really a bad thing — it may or may not be Oshii's meditation on losing the Christian faith, and as such is a bramble of amazing dreamlike imagery and nihilism. In the second half of the episode, Eric Thurm (Drunk T*D Talks) and I continue down the Madoka sinkhole, into That Episode and more. There was so much to discuss, from income inequality in Mitakihara City, how to make a cat cosplay as Kyubey, and crushing loneliness. In completely predictable news, Madoka Magica is proving to be too thematically dense for one podcast! I'll be releasing some bonus content from this week's discussion with Eric on the Patreon, so stay tuned for that. Also be sure to leave a review of the podcast on iTunes to enter to win a fancy-schmancy GHOST IN THE SHELL Blu-Ray ... details in the first 2 minutes of this episode. Spring is in the air, and you know what that means: it's time for the annual tradition where the Guys Outta Brooklyn dig into their vaults and pull out a six-pack of little-seen and forgotten films for their Obscure Movie Episode! 2010's batch includes the sequel to Black Belt Jones most people swear doesn't exit, the sequel many Rocky Horror Picture Show fans wish didn't exist, the only place where you can see the wife of John Denver being turned into a human hood ornament, and an absolutely insane blaxploitation comedy where a female motorcycle gang faces off against a Colonel Sanders look-alike plotting to take over Watts! Plus, Tom and Derrick pay tribute to Falco, and we address a letter about That Episode. Don't be a dead end, deadbeat, downbeat Mister, get to clicking!

Okay, so we have a video game review for you this Episode. Guess which system it is for! If you guess the Nintendo DS, you're right! (It's almost like that's the only one I have that gets Japanese games.) More than that, we review two more volumes of Samurai Champloo, one more of a certain series for boys, and read the fan mail. Nz17 wraps things up nicely with a special announcement about a future guest of ASO Radio. Ooh, listen to find out who! That Episode will be one to mark on your blog or calendar.
