We talk the uprising of nations across the west. Canada sets in for the long haul. With 10 million in the bank for only fuel, how long do they plan to stay in place until their demands are met? Also, Australia sets off headed for Canberra, with the same demands. And, what is happening in Germany that is relatively unknown to anyone? Is there an uprising of epic proportion that is almost 2,000 times the size of Canada everyday? If so, does this explain why the government wants to censor the internet? We ask the questions.

Senior members of the Privy Council Office in Ottawa were frightened during the United We Roll protests of February 2019. They feared they could be attacked and ordered unprecedented security measures. So why are they so worried? Are they paranoid? Or do they know something we do not know? Is the corruption and racketeering inside the Government of Canada so bad they fear they could be attacked if the word leaks out. Sixteen-year-old Swedish student Greta Thunberg has joined Climate Justice Edmonton in a march to a rally at the Alberta legislature.  But at the same time as that rally began, a group of oil-and-gas supporters and a pro-pipeline truck convoy from Red Deer are expected to arrive at the legislature for a counter-rally. United We Roll, which held a pro-pipeline convoy to Parliament Hill in February — says its members are frustrated with celebrities visiting the province and telling Albertans how to run their business. The convoy started at Gorts Truck Wash in Red Deer at 7 a.m. before making its way up the QEII. Blackjacks Games Room in Nisku was also scheduled to serve as a staging area for the convoy before it traveled to the Alberta legislature in time for the noon climate rally.

The Toronto Star response article to this is what is actually dangerous. It simply lumps anyone who is discontent as extremists and then dismisses them. Why does Canada seem to get the definition of such basic things backwards compared to most other places? Take for example the word scandal. Perhaps it is the definers of such terminology that cause such confusion. Heaven forbid the "esteemed" corporate media would be playing a role in such misinformation. Why oh why would the gatekeepers of information play such tricks? It's called narrative control and clickbait monetization. After maximum free exposure and fanfare from said corporate media, the advertised as behemoth United We Roll convoy came and went. From the definition of a safe space rally in Moosomin, SK fully stocked with an old-stock choir, the current elite of the regressive political class did their best to create the definitive Us vs Them scenario to support the diesel brigade on their quest to Ottawa. Reports of 400 big rigs descending on the Capitol Region turned out to be 10% of that. Once there the circus commenced complete with neo-nazis, xenophobes and Conservative politicians calling for the forceful elimination of Them. This is the true dread happening, but not according to corporate information purveyors. An undeniable fact is the influence of corporations on all governments of any stripe. It's how business is done. Yes, missteps get made and heads roll. But not much changes. Hypocrisy and revenue opportunity create their own circuses. Those who once called Jody Wilson-Raybould a liar now call for her sainthood. Nothing short of resignation of the Government will do. How convenient. But remember this is a circus. Truth is an inconvenience not to be waited for. There is advantage to be manufactured. Mr. Neil has had a rather quick immersion into the cdnpoli milieu by his own description. He joins The View Up Here to speak on the naivete of Canadians in general and the ruthlessness of those who capitalize from it, be they politicians or pundits. Join us for Dread and Circuses.

Western Canadians, many of them upset with Justin Trudeau, his carbon tax and inaction on pipelines, took to the highway over the last week. The United We Roll convoy did just that, they rolled from Red Deer Alberta to Ottawa, where they stayed for a couple of days. But the movement did come with a bit of a muddled message. We look at what the convoy had hoped to accomplish, how they’re dealing with fringe elements, and what happens now that the trucks have started rolling home. The United We Roll Convoy for Canada has made its way to Ottawa, which has mainstream media smear-merchants working over time to discredit the convoy and the pro-pipeline message they brought along for the long ride. Without speaking to any of them, a Maclean’s editor called the convoy “white nationalists.” The CBC said this in a Tweet: “a convoy of angry Albertans and other westerners rolls into Ottawa today for a mass protest against federal energy and environmental policies that has also become a magnet for extremist, anti-immigrant elements” With one tweet, CBC managed to make the case for their own defunding while simultaneously proving how elitist they are about the concerns of everyday Albertans. CBC can't possibly know what people on the convoy are thinking because they haven't been on the convoy, except for a few hundred kilometres. Everything the CBC writes about the mindset of those on the convoy is speculation, laden with anti-blue collar bias, and peppered with a desire to protect Trudeau at all costs. Only one reporter has been with these folks the entire time, from morning prayers to late night hotel dinners, and that was our Rebel reporter, Keean Bexte. Keean Bexte joins me tonight to bring us the real news from the United We Roll Convoy for Canada, and to bring us the other side of the story that you won’t see anywhere else in the mainstream media. The Roy Green Show Podcast - Yesterday Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe, New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs and CPC leader Andrew Scheer participated at a pipeline capacity increase rally at Moosomin, Saskatchewan. The point was to draw attention to the controversial Bill C-69 which will create major changes to review of proposed energy projects. Meanwhile, the Saskatchewan court challenge of the Trudeau government's imposition of a carbon tax on the province is currently underway. And Premier Blaine Higgs insists the Energy East pipeline construction issue must be revisited as his province experiences daily the importation of hundreds of thousands of barrels of foreign oil for New Brunswick refineries like the Irving refinery in Saint John. Premiers Scott Moe and Blaine Higgs join Roy to start the podcast, and discuss these issues. What does happen when an MP refuses an offer or refuses to buckle under pressure from the party leader and party whip who demand that MP end a personal practice? The story of former Liberal MP Michelle Simson answers that question. She was posting all of her MP expenses online, and she was sanctioned by party leadership for refusing to end this practice. Michelle joins fellow former Liberal MP Dan McTeague, to discuss the current state of the Liberal party and how she was handled. We touch base again with the organizers of the 80+ strong United We Roll truck convoy which left Red Deer, Alberta earlier in the week and now is in Ontario. The convoy is making its way to Ottawa for a protest rally on Tuesday, to alert the federal government to the economic plight of many thousands who work in the Western Canadian energy sector and to challenge Bills C-69 and C-48. And if a parliamentary ethics commissioner finds wrongdoing what is the actual penalty? Parliamentary ethics commissioner Mario Dion has announced an investigation into whether Justin Trudeau/the PMO pressured former Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould to persuade federal prosecutors to not go forward with a criminal trial of SNC-Lavalin. Former Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Brian Peckford writes on his blog: "As usual we go through the motions, trying to maintain that such 'motions' constitute real accountability. The falsity of it all is breathtaking." - Guests: Scott Moe. Premier of Saskatchewan Blaine Higgs. An online poll published by Macleans shows 73% of Canadians say Jody Wilson-Raybould has the most credibility, and 27% say Justin Trudeau does. And how are Trudeau's changing claims and his treatment of Jody Wilson-Raybould being received by the indigenous community?
