Novant Health Thanksgiving Parade will be held be held on a new time and day! Mark your calendars for November 24th stepping off at 6pm in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. You will be able to see Brooke Simpson a NC Native American performer who was a finalist on America's Got Talent. Brooke is full-blooded Native American and member of the Haliwa-Saponi Indian Tribe of North Carolina. Ahji will be there as well. She is a Charlotte North Carolina mom who wrote song about standing on her own two feet after leaving an abusive relationship and chasing her dreams. Also performing is Dexter Jordan, a talented hip hop artist with a background in gospel music. Another Charlotte hip-hop artist that will be performing is Yung Citizen, and don't forget about The Band McMillan. They're a group of siblings, singing country music.
