In the premiere episode of Season 5, I talked about 3 things that I’ve been learning and that I plan on putting into practice in 2021. They are: Push past your fear and do things anyway. Create boundaries within yourself. If you give yourself more, you can give others more. Be extremely intentional with everything you do. Intentionality improves fruition. This week, I charge you to set an intentional schedule and stick to it. When extra tasks come up that you feel compelled to do- say no to yourself and stick to your schedule (if it’s an important task, write it down and plan to do it next week). Push past fear and do the things you want to do anyway. Affirmation of the week: I am in control of what I do, think, and say.
