This is not just another fitness podcast. This show will bring you anything and everything fitness while also diving deeper into the things that really matter, the life behind the scenes. While still discussing matters regarding fitness, my goal of this podcast is to get to know the people and businesses on a deeper level, and finding how their fitness journey has impacted them and their lives, I want to see how people have changed both physically and in other aspects of life because of this industry and how fitness has helped make them into who they are today. We will get to get first hand accounts into getting to know everyone's favorite bodybuilders, power lifters, supplement companies, and fitness influencers to hear and understand their views and outlooks on the industry today.

In today's episode, we jump back in with Anthony Spada, a fellow coach, the host of the Ace of Spada Podcast, and a good friend of mine. We do things a little different today where we take a step away from fitness and discuss mental health, how to use different ideologies and views to treat some of your worst times as grand turn arounds, and so much more. We use personal experience, wisdom, and knowledge to help bring many life lessons to the table as best that we can. We are both young, but age is simply just a number. You never know how much one person goes through until you hear their story. That was why Deeper than Dumbbells came to be what it is, to hear and share everyone's story. Today's episode was very constructive, where Anthony and I did not agree on everything, but we approached with open minds to be more understanding of different perspectives and views on various walks of life. We found that being able to keep an open mind and disagreeing on various things, we both grew and learned so much more. We hope you enjoyed this episode as much as we did making it!If you liked this episode make sure to like, subscribe, and leave us that five star rating and a review!
