I've got an unpopular opinion on Proverbs 31... And that opinion is that I think Proverbs 31 is an awesome description of a strong woman and not about being a doormat for others. Yes, all Christ followers are to serve Jesus, but, this passage proves that the Lord does not see women as doormats. He sees us as strong & capable beings. We'll also dig deep on what I did to improve my diastasis recti over the course of a 135 day 'experiment' I did on myself. Experiment sounds scary, but it's really not.
