As part of the older millennials, I can see the huge difference between my childhood and the childhood of today's kids. How I spent the whole summer outside with the other kids and we made up thousands of games together. The TV was our only screen and in reality there weren't that many animations on it, so it wasn't very interesting to us. We are now overflowing with screens and thousands of apps specifically designed to keep our eyes on the screen for as long as possible. You can find out how we fight this attention-hungry monster for our and our children' s attention in this podcast episode, in which I invited an expert on the matter - Alexandrina Georgieva ( IG : @offlinekids.bg ). An extremely useful conversation in which you will understand how and when to safely offer screens to the your little ones, how to stop the frequent use of screens and what is the path to fulfilling relationships with our children.Stay tuned for our episode with Alex, where we'll discuss teenagers and social media.
The safety of our children is our primary concern as adults, but since the advent of social media, the line between our private lives and the prying eyes of strangers has blurred. Not to mention that we already often choose the profession of influencers. This brings with it as many benefits as it does harm. Adults often lose track of where to draw the line and what to leave private. To facilitate those of you who want to learn from the negative experiences of already-suffering countries, in this episode of the KRASIVOMIE podcast we will introduce you to ways to reduce harm in future grown children. How we can protect children and what are the best next steps for us as a society will be answered in this episode. I hope you find it useful.Love---Nat

Well, Magdalena and I decided to unravel it through the prism of the experience and knowledge we have accumulated. These are two methods that can make your life easier. The methods are based on what I've learned from Teal Swan and they practically changed my life. I didn't plan this podcast episode to be that intense for me personally. I've recorded it first at my studio and decided to practice what I preach and do the methods with myself, while recording the episode. I didn't know I had such a suppressed part of me, I didn't have a clue about this inner conflict. Afterwards my life completely changed for the better. That's why I decided to make a video of the podcast and start a youtube channel, so that my massage can reach a greater audience. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask on my socials ( @krasivomie).Love you ALL so much!----------Nat

A journey I started nearly 20 years ago when I started climbing - the fist time I heard the word magnesium and used it. I had no idea for the benefits of this chemical element for my body, except for the drying of my palms before climb. Fourteen years climbing and I did't know. Now here in Bulgaria there are a lot of commercial for magnesium, so probably it's not the same, but back then no-one knew about it like that. Six years ago I started noticing the product magnesium oil and then I tried it my world shifted. You can hear the whole story in this episode and even deepen your knowledge by understanding what is lye and how powerful it is too.Wishing you peace and love,Nat
This episode takes place in a park in Sofia, Bulgaria. You can hear the birds singing, dogs barking and the spring doing it's magic. I wasn't sure that this kind of recording is going to work, but I actually like it a lot. That's why you can expect a whole series with me in the park, or in nature in general. This walks gave me life and I just wanted to take you with me and talk to you as friends do.This episodes' theme is intermittent fasting - what is it, why I do it, how it feels and why not to do it. And again as I say in the podcast a lot -“I'm not a doctor.” Please be very careful and don't try this method if you are a minor. Consult with your medical doctor, do the research, be smart. Have a lovely day, lunch to evening!Love you!
Our immune system is situated mainly in our cuts, so it's no wonder that almost every problem with our health is based on out gut health. Taking supplements is a good idea, but if you have a hormonal disbalance that won't work. You need to increase the intake of beans, because their soluble fibres are combining with the no longer needed hormones and take it out of our bodies. I've tried it and it works perfectly for me, so mu so that I dedicated this podcast episode to it. Hope you enjoy it. Have a beautiful day!Love,Nat
We live in world full of all kinds of people and now more that ever we communicate through the force of internet. That makes a lot of people feel like they are invincible, but it's not like that at all. Keeping friendships in time of crisis like today is a bit of a battle, but I think that in this exact time all fake behaviour is out of the game, because a lot of people are afraid. In such a rough year I found Tsvety (IG: @tsvetinthegarden ) and we are closer that anyone else now, because we are there for each other, although we've never seen each other in person. Our conversation took a lot to twists and turns, but I think it will be helpful for a lot of you. Have a lovely day!Love!-----Nat

My journey with healing from a lot of internal infections with an invention of my own.
This episode isn't my best work, but the information is pretty important, so I decided to post it as it is. My whole life changed when I tried for the first time cocoa beans, the Criollo ones. The energy and the concentration that I get from them is tremendous. This kind of cacao beans are sweet, not savoury and even a guy like my spouse, that loves only very sweet staff, loves them. They are nutritious and full of healthy ingredients. They are a true game-changer for people with heart diseases and Altshaimer's. And for people like me with ADHD.
It's not easy to admit that you have a problem and in Bulgaria it's even worse. Here most of the population just judge each other and never ever admits that they themselves have lots of problems. I am a child of the 80s and no-one even suspected anything like ADHD. I was just over dramatic for my parents and felt that I was just a dumb bunny (like officer Hops would say). Now I know better and want to help all of you to overcome your fears and admit your problems and difficulties. I am here for you and thank you from the bottom of my heart that you are here and you are listening.Love you...love yourself!
I simple story with a lot of turns on how I discovered borax and citric acid and started to use them in my day to day routine. The conspiracy around borax and what do I think about that. And of course a lot of love for you - my listeners. I love you, guys! You are the greatest!
