I just turned 20, and I made a promise to myself. As I enter this new decade of my life, I am going to embrace my happiness. I soon found out that's a pretty big promise to make, and I had to change what happiness means to me. Through some mindfulness and reflection, I've learned that happiness is all about doing what you love and what brings you peace. It's not about always feeling happy, but being able to appreciate yourself and where you are in your journey.
