HAPPY HOLIDAYS!! In this short Christmas episode of Pirate Talk Radio, I take a look at the Sea of Thieves News with Drew Stevens and discuss my thoughts on the "fair game"  vs  "getting fixed" list.  

A flag has caused a rift in the Community Day celebrations. I look at what this drama is and break down why players should stop throwing hate on this and focus on real issues with the game. Safer Seas is HERE! My thoughts on what this means for the game and did Rare do the right thing breaking 5 years of Sea of Thieves with this addition.  

In this episode I look at Season 10s first month and the struggles it has had. Long time players who have dealt with Sea of Thieves poor quality patches for years are now starting to leave or consider leaving. What can Rare do to help?   The latest addition to Season 10, The Skull of Siren Song, has reached the waves and what a spectacular event it has been. I look at how it was designed, how it plays and what crazy fun things have happened because of it.

The XBOX showcase has happened and Rare showed up. During A Pirates Life Tall Tale 1 we got an Easter Egg in Guybrush Threepwood's ship from the Lucas Arts game "Monkey Island." From that moment on we knew that IP would be coming to Sea of Thieves and today we got the answer. This episode I discuss the first part of the mystery and my over all experience. Rare is setting an unfortunate president on how they handle their player base. Removing features due to only 1% of players interacting with them, but developing new features which only 1% or less of players interact with fully. Voyage of a Life time was a beautiful documentary which focused on Sea of Thieves core value: A sandbox game for the Community.
