Esme Gullick is a sports educator, leader, and coach, specialising in Emotional Inteligence (EI) development in sports coaches. A nationally ranked swimmer at NCAA she is no stranger to high performance. As part of her MSc she created a Guidebook to EI development in sports coaches.
