Have you ever thought that losing weight can be peaceful and even fun! Life Coach Valerie L. Conley is here to share with us a new strategy in weight loss and it doesn't start with food choices. It starts in the mind. According to Valerie, there are two main elements to losing weight and keeping it off. First, all emotions are created in our minds, self created from a thought. When we change our thoughts we have the power to change our emotions. Second, everything we do is because of the way we believe we will feel once we achieve our desired goal. How many of us on a weight loss journey have thought, “If I am skinny my life would be perfect and I could finally be happy!” The truth is the feeling that you believe you will have once you arrive at your goal is obtainable right now. You can be happy right now! That's where the coaching comes in. Valerie has a coaching approach that helps you feel confident and peaceful NOW, while working towards your weight loss goal.
