Random leap year episode. So this episode is about a leap year, black history month is going to be all year every day. I got random takeaways about facts regarding African-American consumer buying habits that in my opinion is we look at employment outlook and trying to recruit and retain the retention and employment sector. We need to follow some of the same practice not all just saying. Then we talk about how I want fathers to tell us how we can prepare the future workforce of the construction. These disadvantaged people your daughters, your mix grandkids how do we give them all equal playing field. People keep saying that the playing is the same is not the same. We experience a different world and then closing after I give you a couple more takeaways. I am going to talk about my life as bottle Mike yeah that's my hustle life. So I say that to say that I have Wrestled with all types so my journey is a unique one and stick along for the ride because this is our last practice episode. So thank you for sticking with us our first month. Which was all about getting the shakes out this podcast game is new to me so we're trying it no I was going to work on having more structure and work on getting more guest we already have lined up but we had a practice life see where we need to step back fix and every episode to me is going to be a learning process so I'm not aiming for perfection but my therapist said I got a problem the episode that I don't try to hard as I want are the ones that I like the mouse so we're going to stop being so critical and just let it go. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/shegetitdone/message
