This week scheduling conflict got in the way again, but I recorded a little something about a several games I have been playing that won't make into the main show at some point. Enjoy! and we'll keep trying to schedule ourselves correctly to record a new show.
This week we needed to do another re-upload. Work schedules and tech issues prevented us from getting together with enough solid time to record an episode. We hope you enjoy this episode, chosen because May is Mental Health Awareness month, which is an update and re-upload of the gameclub episode covering A Normal Lost Phone, and Another Lost Phone.
This is a small snippet of franken episode from the last recording. We were unable to record this week due to a tornado tearing through Jared's location. He's fine, but the infrastructure was down for a few days of recovery. So we were unable to record or do a larger franken piece this week. We hope you enjoy none the less!

There once was a time when we questioned podcasts taking long hiatus periods or doing old re-releases on this show. How nieve we were! Life once again stands in the way. Rage's new job and work schedule combined with my own major career changes again makes it hard to record. We believe next week's schedule hold solid promise for recording, and we can finally get past Tex Murphy onto the next gameclub and some regular shenanigans. We love and appreciate you so much.
This week, Rage is busy with work, and Jared is busy at a marriage and family therapy conference getting to learn and talk all about sex! Due to those pesky adult scheduling conflicts, we were not able to get together again. A few weeks ago a re-release and old episode where the RSS feed from how we used to upload the show has broken. So we have another blast from the past. We have put together our gameclub list, and we will be updating you soon on what games we've put up so you can start playing as well if you'd like.
Greetings all! We have a short little franken episode this week, as continued work and personal issues prevented us from recording. We have talked shop and adjusted/updated the gameclub list and have made plans for late but truncated VGL awards to discuss some gameclub games. We hope you all are having a good week, and hope to be back soon.
This week, continued work tumolt for Rage ensured no recording was possible. So, we bring you a story about fixing houses, and some other stuff. We wish you all well this week, and hope to see you again very soon!

This week, Rage is busy with work, and Jared is busy repairing his roof after a massive storm blew part of it off. Looking at old Archives, there are a lot of old episodes that have never been viewed, as PodBean seems to have broken their RSS import Support. So an episode appears with no Audio. I've taken the time to find as many of these as I can, and will re-release them on weeks where we don't have Franken Content Prepared. So, enjoy a blast from the past of 2016.....or maybe 2017. Greetings friend. Jared had a fight with his two greatest Nemeses at the same time: His ISP and his dishwasher. Service outages and FTD errors prevented him from being able to record this week. So we've gone back into the archives, and pulled out another old Franken Episode. Hope you all have a lovely week!
On this episode of the VGL Podcast, we discuss why we've been gone so long, the state of the US in this moment, and some random video game things. There wasn't a format this time, but the goal as stated in the episode, is to do December/January Gameclub in our next recording, and the VGL Awards the one after that. We hope you enjoy!
Greetings friends! We needed to do so business to sort out the schedule for VGL Awards and making adjustments to the Gameclub Schedule. We hope you all have had a lovely day, and will be seeing you soon!
Good day to you my friends! Hopefully if you're in the path of this Winter Storm you've taken appropriate steps. Rage and I were unable to connect this week to record. I got back from Colorado too late Tuesday, and Rage has had his own work developments that meant he didn't have a night off. We hope to see you soon, and hope you enjoy this Episode from the Archive!
Happy New Year to our listeners this week! I went back into the archives to grab and older Franken Episode that I can't find a correlating file too on Podbean. Jared is in Colorado this week with his in-laws, so we didn't record anything. Next week should be a return to form, with either a normal episode or the Gameclub episode for December. After that the VGL Awards! We hope you all have a lovely day.
Merry Christmas everyone! We did not record this week due to the Holiday falling on a Wednesday and it making our other schedules really weird. We hope you had a lovely Christmas. Next week will be Franken Episode as well, as I (Jared) will be in Colorado Visiting my in laws the whole week.

Rage and Jared this week continue to be old men who are tired and broken. Next week, recording day is the US election, and we're going to stress way to much over what is going to happen. Perhaps we'll record it if there is a request. We hope you stay safe out there!
In this franken/non franken episode we talk about Rage's time at the Con, a single game I played, and explain why this one is weird. Next week is this months Gameclub Episode, so if you still want to participate, you've got time to play Fallout 76!
This week it was Jared's turn to mess things up. I forgot I had an event for my kid the day we decided we would record. So I had to go do that instead. Enjoy medical stories this week, and some more US politics stuff.
This week, Rage is on his yearly pilgrimage to his state's anime convention. We pull some franken content from a recent recording, where we get very political. Given the nature of the discussion, and the time of year it is in America, we absolutely understand if you wish to skip this one. We'll be back with anime con stories and video game BS soon!

Jared is losing it, two weeks in a row he's had an outage on the new planned recording night. Enjoy some more Franken Content. It seems we're likely to move the new permanent recording night to Thursday.
This week threw us so many curveballs. We knew we needed to get the Gameclub done, Rage's work schedules be damned! So we agreed on a different recording night to get this done. Then Spectrum has an all day outage in the entire county where I live. So, I dug around in the archives and found a franken episode that didn't have a correlating name so I think this one has sat buried and unlisted to for 2 whole years. Enjoy!
Greetings listeners! This week we have a slightly different than usual franken episode that I explain in an opening stinger. Beyond that, we hope you all have a lovely weekend, and hope to see you again next week!
This week Jared needed to handle some adulting that could only get taken care of on recording night. Damn you financial responsibility! This franken is part 1 of Jared's recent weekend adventure to a very rich family's wedding. Part 2 will show up on the next franken episode. Enjoy your week!
This week we finally get back to it. We spend a long time talking about Baldur's Gate 3, and "spolers" we love this game. We look forward to seeing how many times it shows up on the VGL Awards this year. For Show Date: 8/13/2024 July Gameclub: Baldur's Gate 3 Next Gameclub: Lollipop Chainsaw

Due to severe weather in Jared's area, we couldn't trust the internet or power to stay stable enough to record this week. The Baldur's Gate Gameclub is coming in our next episode, and we're very excited to spend 40 hours discussing the game. See you soon!
