In Episode 10, Erin explains how a global pandemic has given people permission to be vulnerable and how vulnerability is paramount in nurturing cultures that can weather the storm and come out stronger. As we try to stay afloat and learn to navigate new waters, Erin teaches us: How embracing ourselves fully invites others to do the same The evolving definition of a strong leader What companies must do to thrive in an era of connection To learn more about conscious leadership and creating conscious cultures, connect with Erin on LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter. My awesome guest today, Erin Willett, is an alumnus and semi-finalist of both The Voice AND The Biggest Loser, making her one of the coolest and most courageous females around - with kickass vocals AND kickass boxing skills to boot. Despite losing 87 pounds in one of the weirdest environments (The Biggest Loser ranch) Erin has an incredibly grounded, inspiring approach to weight loss and overall health. It’s actually pretty amazing to hear how balanced she is with food and how she credits exercise as not her first or even her second major factor for her tremendous transformation! Get pumped to hear: The #1 factor Erin credits for her massive transformation. Her perspective on how words carry weight! And which words are yay and which are nay. The greatest thing she took back from The Biggest Loser ranch that changed everything for her. Her totally chill view on exercise today. A really yummy way to eat cauliflower! And much more Links related to this episode: The full show notes with all the deets from this episode! Where I’d much appreciate you leaving a review for the show!!
