On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, it's nice to see the fight in Congress over spending, but they are fighting over discretionary spending which is a small percentage of the budget. Continuing resolutions are important, but in the big scheme, they are nothing. The majority of the budget goes to entitlements. Nobody wants to touch Medicare, Medicaid, or Social Security, yet they are going bankrupt. They are not serious about the debt if they won't even talk about reforming Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. Unless there's systemic change there won't be real change. Also, The Liberty Amendments provides eleven clear amendments to restore “constitutional republicanism” and preserve “the civil society from the growing authoritarianism of a federal Leviathan.” These amendments all deserve serious consideration by the policymakers. Later, Democrats want you to believe Biden's foreign policy was great. They funded Iran while they were choking off Israel. They essentially told Ukraine that they couldn't win but not letting them go on offense. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
In 2013, Mark Levin called for an Article V Convention and a series of "Liberty Amendments." This is great and it became popular. Of course, just a few years before this, he spent a lot of time bad mouthing, name calling, and railing against the very same thing. Mark Levin has always been bad at history. https://mcclanahanacademy.com https://patreon.com/thebrionmcclanahanshow https://brionmcclanahan.com/support http://learntruehistory.com --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/brion-mcclanahan/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/brion-mcclanahan/support

In this 2014 speech before hundreds of state legislators, Mark Levin makes the passionate case for calling an Article V Convention of States to stop a runaway federal government. Levin is the author of seven #1 bestsellers, including 2013's The Liberty Amendments, which helped kickstart the Convention of States movement. He worked in the Reagan administration and hosts the Mark Levin Radio Show as well as Life, Liberty & Levin on Fox News.

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the media continues to cause more and more damage with their lies. This program has always insisted on adherence to the Constitution. All violence should be condemned, all efforts to block the free exercise of speech, not even the first amendment, but simply speech overall should be condemned. The 2020 election had serious constitutional issues, and it's legitimate and necessary to raise those issues, and our elected officials in government need to correct it and follow the Constitution. Then, as outlined in "The Liberty Amendments”, the Convention of States movement is a civil and Constitutional way to bring about change in our government. Mitch McConnell always gets good press in The Washington Post because he plays ball with the Democrats; he supported Gerald Ford instead of Ronald Reagan, he went to war with the Tea Party, and now he's supporting Nancy Pelosi's impeachment effort. Later, Pollster to President Trump, John McLaughlin joins the show to discuss new polling that shows that 70% of those surveyed believe technology companies have too much power and need to be regulated. McLaughlin says that the President has been steadily gaining support despite the smears by Washington politicians and the media. Afterward, Secretary Mike Pompeo has indicated that Iran is on the move funding operations to secretly ramp up their nuclear program and fund proxy antagonists. One of the lead brokers of the controversial Obama-era Iran deal is now being floated for CIA Director. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the response from Republicans should be - of course, the President will accept the peaceful transition of power, which the Democrats refused to do in 2016. But first, we have to make sure there is a transition of power given the institutionalized corruption and vote fixing that is going on in battleground states. Democrats are the ones who are changing election laws in these battleground states. Democrats are telling Joe Biden not to concede on election night if he is losing. Democrats are practicing for scenarios that they will trigger should they lose the election, they have no intention of accepting a Trump victory. Later, Democrats are preparing a bill to limit Supreme Court justice terms to 18 years. This is similar to what Mark proposed in the Liberty Amendments. The constitution will have to be amended to do this, this cannot be done by statute. Then, Sen Lindsey Graham calls in to talk about his Senate race in South Carolina and his thoughts on Trump’s Supreme Court nominee. Finally, Bill O’Reilly joins the show to discuss his new book, Killing Crazy Horse: The Merciless Indian Wars in America and what to look for at the Presidential debates next week. The reaction of the people in response to the tyranny is about to launch America's second civil war. I don't mean a political civil war, but a real one where Americans will be fighting and killing each other. In the 44th episode of Life In General we discuss the recent Michigan gubernatorial primary that happened this past week, and what might happen come this November. We also discuss the 2013 book by Mark Levin called The Liberty Amendments that seems to be the basis for a push by the GOP for a constitutional convention, and a rewriting of the U.S. Constitution. Music provided by DJ F.A.M.E. and bensound.com.
The Liberty Amendments: Restoring the American Republic is a book by the American talk radio host and lawyer Mark Levin, published in 2013.[1] In it, Levin lays out and makes a case for eleven Constitutional amendments which he believes would restore the Constitution’s chief components: federalism, republicanism, and limited government Mark Reed Levin is an American lawyer, author, and radio personality. He is the host of syndicated radio show The Mark Levin Show, as well as Life, Liberty & Levin on Fox News. Levin worked in the administration of President Ronald Reagan and was a chief of staff for Attorney General Edwin Meese. He is chairman of the Landmark Legal Foundation, has authored seven books, and contributes commentary to various media outlets such as National Review Online. On September 1, 2015, Levin became Editor-in-Chief of Conservative Review. He has been described as "conservative", "right-wing" and "pro-Trump". Levin is known for criticizing Democrats and encouraging primary challenges to a number of incumbent congressional Republicans. He endorsed Ted Cruz in the 2016 Republican presidential primary but reluctantly endorsed Donald Trump after Trump won the Republican nomination for the presidency despite continual harsh criticism of him Buy: The Liberty Amendments: Restoring the American Republic https://goo.gl/FA76n3 Public Access America PublicAccessPod Productions Podcast Link Podible: https://play.podible.co/series/54364 Castbox_Fm; https://castbox.fm/channel/Public-Access-America-id336731?country=us Stitcher: http://goo.gl/XpKHWB iTunes: https://goo.gl/soc7KG GooglePlay: https://goo.gl/gPEDbf

We're going to try this again after last week's hiccup. Tamara Colbert, the Convention of States Media Director, and my partner in liberty as the Texas Co-Director, will join us for a discussion on messaging. How do we best communicate this great solution provided by the Founders in the Constitution? From books, like "The Liberty Amendments" and "Broken But Unbowed", to simple rally/freeway overpass signs using four words or less, and all the mediums in between, how can we deliver a consistent, positive message of Liberty and Constitutional reformation? There are principles to apply no matter the medium, no matter the audience. But there's also significant differences in approach which do depend on the medium, and the audience. Tamara will share with us how to best hone our message to cut to the heart of the matter. "That Provident Article" is hosted by Convention of States Texas co-director Paul Hodson. #COSProject #ArticleV #TexasPlan #ConventionOfStates #IM4COS
This is an audience participation show - Our call in number is (914) 205-5632. And a promise to take callers today! We will plan an extended, edited clip from Mark Levin's July 10, 2013 episode, when he first announced his new book, "The Liberty Amendments", and when many of us heard, for the first time, of the state-initiated process the founders gave us in Article V of the U.S. Constitution. Plus, hear Michael Farris describe the perfect timing related to Mark's book and the Convention of States Project. And this morning we want to hear your story - give us a call after listening to Mark and Mike! "That Provident Article" is hosted by Convention of States Texas co-director Paul Hodson. #COSProject #ArticleV #TexasPlan #ConventionOfStates
On this MEGABLAST edition of TheBLAST Podcast, we dive in to the world of politics. Segment One In the first segment, we are reminded of the Christian heritage and foundation of our society and our government. Without the first Great Awakening, there would be no American Revolution. Christians need to once again be plugged in to the world of politics so that we can still be the salt and the light for our dying culture and way of life. During the first break we hear the classic Pillar song, Indivisible. Segment Two TheBLAST Podcast launches into uncharted territory by discussing the political parties, their platforms, their policies and even the presidential candidates still remaining in the race for the Whit House. DISCLAIMER: We are not speaking on behalf of any party except our own. The Potter's House Church does not endorse any candidate or party, nor do any of its affiliated leaders or pastors. Listen carefully to see why Dave and Pastor Dragoon have officially endorsed Senator Ted Cruz for President of the United States of America! During the second break we hear the great tune by Matthew West, Life Inside You. Segment Three We thank you all of you who have made it this far, giving us your precious time to hear us discuss the issues. In this last segment, the topic turns toward what little hope might be left for our democratic republic: The Convention of States. On this week's Sunday Morning Edition of The Conservative Watchtower I will be joined by Stay Mad Radio's David Graham. We will discuss the facts about an Article Five Convention of the states , and we will address many of the myths circulating about the process as well. It is time to to take a stand against the political ruling class, it is time to dispense with defeatism, this is not going to be an easy fight but it is a fight that must be fought. If you are ready to engage in the political fight for the soul of the nation then this is the show for you, if have already given up then please report to your bunker and await the end to come. I am living proof that there is a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning.
If you are not an entrenched leftist, then it has become obvious our nation is in deep trouble. The political ruling class is disconnected from the people they are supposed represent and it is all too evident that they are not going to change. Our government no longer enjoys the consent of the governed and it is our responsibility , or dare I say our sacred duty, to set this nation back on it's constitutional footing. There is a way forward, and that way is the Article Five convention! Our founders gave us this great gift, for the very times in which we are living. It will not be easy, but it can be done and tonight we will discuss the convention process, we will try and dispel some of the myths that have surfaced about the convention process. I invite you to join the discussion. Welcome to the revolution!!!!
