Later, Marxist-Islamist Zohran Mamdani is pro-terrorism - from his associations with Imam Siraj Wahaj, his support for Hamas, his calls to globalize the Intifada, and his ties to the Qatar royal family. If people in NYC vote for Mamdani, they are voting for somebody who embraces terrorists, terrorist organizations, and hence, by implication, terrorism. Mamdani is no moderate, he's a grave threat to the people in New York City. Phase II of the Gaza peace plan is the most challenging due to Hamas, which refuses to disarm or leave Gaza, abuses Palestinians, murders IDF soldiers, and repeatedly violates the ceasefire. Despite warnings from President Trump of potential obliteration, Hamas persists. Qatar's emir, a major Hamas funder and host to its leaders, accuses Israel of genocide and ceasefire breaches while calling for a Palestinian state. Turkey's Erdogan similarly harbors Hamas leaders, threatens Israel, and takes provocative actions. The ceasefire must be enforced urgently to stop ongoing murders and torture, and support should be given to Trump if he orders military action against Hamas. Mass legal and illegal immigration without assimilation causes profound cultural and societal changes, leading to a dark period in Western societies where Marxist-Islamist ideology smothers Enlightenment values. You can see this in NYC where foreign-born voters overwhelmingly support socialist-Islamist immigrant candidate Zohran Mamdani in the mayoral race against Andrew Cuomo and Curtis Sliwa. The Democrat Party relies on Marxist-socialist beliefs for power, abandoning the American founding, Declaration, Constitution, separation of powers, and genuine elections, instead favoring unelected judges, bureaucracy, and massive government spending to control the people. This week on the Mark Levin Show, President Trump has made clear several times while he was in the Middle East that he believes his order bombing the Iranian nuclear sites was pivotal in bringing about his peace deal, including the backing of Arab/Muslim countries and the release of the 20 hostages. We shouldn't forget the names of those in our country who unleashed a relentless, vicious, and deceitful campaign against the bombing of those Iranian nuclear sites and those of us who strongly encouraged and supported it. They also trashed Trump before he acted, claiming it would divide MAGA, lead to WWIII and the death of thousands of American troops and perhaps nuclear war with China and Russia, and that Netanyahu and the Jews were trying to drag our country into a war. These liars will be remembered forever as the buffoons that they are. Later, no, PM Benjamin Netanyahu didn't prolong the Gaza war for personal political gain, these claims overlook the strategic benefits of his persistence. Netanyahu has accepted a Trump-brokered deal on his stated terms: full hostage release, dismantling of Hamas's military and governance, and Israeli troops remaining to enforce it, with U.S. backing if needed. All antisemitic, racist, and bigoted messaging and other forms of communication should be aggressively condemned. Who cares if it's Young Republicans or Young Democrats, members of Congress, media that platforms and promotes such poison, organizations that invite bigots as speakers and debaters, podcasters, comedians, and on and on. It's disgusting that some of those condemning the Young Republicans in the Politico piece, who most certainly should be condemned and removed, are as guilty as they are with their headlines, storylines, and promotion of a long list of bigots. It's sinister. The likes of Tucker Carlson, Candice Owens, Steve Bannon, and their ilk, as well as their apologists are being mainstreamed do have an impact on the minds of too many young people. Where are the top Republicans denouncing them? John Bolton has been indicted on 18 counts by a federal grand jury in Maryland for mishandling classified information, including 8 counts of transmission and 10 counts of retention of national defense information. This week on the Mark Levin Show, what's taking place in these blue cities and states, like Los Angeles, Portland, Chicago, is nothing short of breakaway government that defy federal immigration laws and the Constitution. Mayors and governors, such as California's Newsom and Illinois' Pritzker, instruct local police to stand down, allowing riots by illegal aliens, their supporters, Antifa, and other groups to physically attack federal agents like ICE and obstruct deportations of criminals. The Insurrection Act has been used multiple times in our history, since 1808, by Democrat and Republican presidents in cases like this. Not only must law and order be restored, but so, too, must our constitutional system against these new Democrat Confederates. Later, the West is committing suicide through weakness, appeasement, and open borders, allowing a fusion of Marxists and Islamists to exploit democratic systems via immigration. It is very important that we get the hostages out of Gaza, but it's also important that Hamas is destroyed, because they will come back again. It is an ideology that doesn't die, and the West doesn't understand the ideology, or people in the West don't want to deal with it. Anti-Semitism is spreading in Western capitals, including New York. It's a gut cancer and President Trump is the only Western leader fighting it through actions on colleges, funding, and preventing U.S. decline like Britain and France. The insurrection act has been used at least 20 times starting in 1808. President Trump has to use it because we have Democrats who refuse to follow the law. Right now, we have a Democrat party usurping the Constitution. Governors and cities are not in charge of immigration. They don't have the power to prevent ICE from doing their job. The Trump peace plan for Gaza has two phases, which is genius. Phase one, to be implemented immediately through early next week, involves Israel ending its siege on Gaza and withdrawing to an intermediary line covering 52% of the territory, in exchange for the release of all 48 hostages (20 believed alive) and the freeing of nearly 2,000 terrorists and criminals from Israeli prisons, including 250 severe offenders and mass murderers. Phase two is the dirty work, it requires disarming, dispersing, and removing Hamas from Gaza, with governance and demilitarization details still being worked out; failure to execute it voids the agreement. Qatarlson believes that libeling a family member is fair game. Ask yourself, what causes someone like Qatarlson to become so thoroughly evil that they promote 9/11 conspiracies, host Holocaust deniers and Hitler promoters, lavish praise on Putin and other monsters, smear our country's history, military, and great leaders, spread vicious lies and hate about our allies like Israel, trash President Trump for successfully defending our nation against the Iranian terrorist regime and its nuclear program, and smear our country's history? Also, CNN and similar media are biased against Supreme Court conservatives like Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Alito, who are accused of being "out of control" while upholding the Constitution in rulings favoring the Trump administration on issues like immigration and spending and DEI. Afterward, On Power explains that negative power, particularly its soft form, exists in both open and closed societies and is increasingly prevalent in democracies like America. It emphasizes that a universal order—encompassing nature, morality, values, and beliefs—precedes, transcends, and outlasts all governments, which are temporary human constructs imposing limits on individuals. Humans are not inherently subjects of rulers or governments but are governed by an unamendable supreme law. Valid governments must align with this universal order, while soft negative power persists in civil society (via laws, customs, or social contracts like Locke's) to maintain order, prevent anarchy, and protect individual liberty—even in the best governments. People vote for tyranny then when it takes hold it's too late - that's what will happen if Zohran Mamdani becomes Mayor of NYC. Westman opened fire through the stained-glass windows during a celebratory mass, killing two children and injuring 17 others, including 14 kids. A manifesto reveals his psychotic obsession with mass shooters and includes anti-Semitic statements about "filthy Zionist Jews." It's sickening that people will inject their politics into this event. Evil and sick individuals will commit harmful acts regardless of circumstances. Former prosecutors and left-wing mayors blame society or weapons, but that blame leads nowhere. What's happening is the attack on faith. Faith is pushed out of the classroom and the public square. For a mayor to say don't talk about prayer, he's missing the point. Faith has turned a lot of people around; there can never be enough prayer. The United States is one of the most religious countries in the world. We have the freedom to practice any belief we would like, thanks to the Declaration of Independence. American society distinguishes between faith's role in personal life, community, and government, recognizing it as a moral and psychological foundation that influences behavior and promotes civility. The human rights organization said the trials of the nine Libyan men, a Libyan woman, and a Pakistani man were “marred by egregious violations of due process and international human rights standards.” Like Paul and Barnabas in Acts 15:26, these people “have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” According to Open Doors, Libya is the fourth worst country worldwide for the persecution of believers. Russia bombs U.S. factory in Ukraine -- one of war's largest attacks Russia struck an American electronics manufacturer in Ukraine with cruise missiles overnight in one of the largest aerial attacks of the war so far, reports The Telegraph. The Ukrainian air force said some 574 drones and 40 missiles were fired overnight, primarily targeting western regions of the country – far from the battlefield's front line in the east and south of the country. Supreme Court empowers Trump to cut $783 million in DEI funding On Thursday, the U.S. Supreme Court gave President Donald Trump the green-light to axe DEI and gender ideology grants at the National Institutes of Health, reports NBC News. In a narrow 5-4 decision, the court ruled that President Trump can cut $783 million in federal funding for “diversity, equity, and inclusion,” as well gender ideology research. Florida news director Eric Daughtery tweeted, “Chief Justice JOHN ROBERTS joined the liberals and DEI Justice Ketanji [Brown] Jackson in trying [unsuccessfully] to block President Trump from ending woke grants at the NIH.” Miller: White Communist protestors don't speak for crime-targeted black DC residents On Wednesday, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller joined Vice President J.D. Vance and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth at Union Station in Washington, D.C.  Miller railed against what he called “stupid white hippies” who were protesting the federal crackdown on crime in the nation's capital, saying that they did not represent the crime-weary black DC residents, reports The Hill.com. MILLER: “There are residents who have lived in Washington, DC their entire lives. Their parents lived here, their grandparents lived here, and they have lived for generations in intolerable conditions of crime and decay. “I moved to the city 20 years ago. There are places where I've seen graffiti that has been untouched for two decades. There are homeless encampments that have made it impossible for families to use public parks and public recreation for as long as I've lived here. There are hundreds of residents of this city who are shot in street violence every single year, making it one of the most violent cities on planet Earth. And, for too long, 99% of this city has been terrorized by 1% of the city.” Miller took issue with the liberal protestors. MILLER: “The voices that you hear out there, those crazy communists, they have no roots. They have no connections to the city. They have no families they are raising the city. They have no one that they are sending to school in this city. They have no jobs in this city. They have no connections to this community at all. They're the ones who've been advocating for the 1% -- the criminals, the killers, the rapists, the drug dealers. “And I'm glad they're here today because me, [Defense Secretary] Pete [Hegseth] and the Vice President [J.D. Vance], are all going to leave here and, inspired by them, we're going to add thousands more resources to this city, to get the criminals and the gang members out of here. We are not going to let the communists destroy a great American city, let alone the nation's capital.” CNN conservative commentator Scott Jennings summarized the progress of Trump's federal intervention to lower crime in the District of Columbia. JENNINGS: “Our nation's capital, the District of Columbia is a federal zone. And I don't think it's theater. I think it's working. They've arrested hundreds of people. They've gotten a number of violent criminals off the street. Just last night, they arrested an illegal alien and a member of MS 13. “They've gotten a lot of illegal guns off the street. Half of all the non-immigration arrests have come in D C's two most violent wards. There was some concern that they wouldn't be looking into the places where the crime is. That's not true.” Dr. James Dobson, evangelical Christian leader, died at 89 And finally, Dr. James Dobson, the influential conservative Christian therapist, author, and radio personality who founded Focus on the Family, died yesterday at the age of 89 following a brief illness, announced The Dr. James Dobson Family Institute. He is survived by Shirley, his wife of 64 years, two children – Danae and Ryan, daughter-in-law Laura, and two grandchildren – Luci and Lincoln. Shirley shared her heart on the radio program “Family Talk.” SHIRLEY DOBSON: “This is Shirley Dobson. My precious husband, Jim, is now with Jesus. Even though I know he is rejoicing, my heart is aching. Jim will always be the love of my life. I want to thank you and millions around the world for opening your hearts to Jim. Over the decades, he worked hard to promote righteousness and help you build a strong family filled with love, commitment, and trust.” In a special memorial broadcast heard on 1,500 radio stations, Gary Bauer, senior vice president of Public Policy at the Dr. James Dobson Family Institute, vocalized what he believed has happened in Heaven. BAUER: “He has looked into the face of our Lord and Savior, and he has heard the words that every one of us want to hear, dearly. ‘Well done, good and faithful servant.'” Bauer shared how Dr. Dobson and he first met. BAUER: “I crossed paths with Dr. Dobson at an unlikely time. I was serving in the Reagan administration. So, I'm in Washington, DC, and, as everybody knows, this is a city filled with controversy. And I got into a couple of really big fights in Washington over things related to faith, family and freedom -- the things that define Jim's life. “It felt a little lonely at the time when I was going through that. And I got a phone call, and it was Dr. Dobson. He said, ‘I've been watching how you've been fighting back against these folks that want to rip faith out of our country and want to redefine the family and want to indoctrinate our children. I'd love to have you on the radio show.' I ended up going on the show, and that ended up being the first of literally hundreds of interviews.” Born in 1936 in Shreveport, Louisiana to a Nazarene evangelist and his wife, James Clayton Dobson Jr., an only child, earned a Ph.D. from the University of Southern California in 1967, specializing in child development, reports The Christian Post. According to his official biography, Dobson previously served as a pediatrics professor at the University of Southern California School of Medicine and a staff member at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles in the Division of Child Development and Medical Genetics. His first book, Dare To Discipline, which endorsed spanking, sold over three million copies. Other notable works, among his 70 books, included Hide or Seek, What Wives Wish Their Husbands Knew About Women, Love Must Be Tough, Parenting Isn't For Cowards, Children At Risk, When God Doesn't Make Sense, and Life On The Edge. In 1977, Dobson founded Focus on the Family with a weekly broadcast that eventually became a weekday broadcast heard on 7,000 stations worldwide. It was heard daily by more than 220 million people in 164 countries. Then, in 1978, he also recorded the seven-part Focus on the Family film series at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Remarkably, by the mid-1980s, 80 million Americans had seen the film series which was one-third of the U.S. population at the time. Dobson would lead Focus on the Family until 2010, when he launched the Dr. James Dobson Family Institute and continued to oversee a nationally syndicated radio program called “Family Talk.” Christian bestselling author and radio personality Eric Metaxas called Dobson “a hero.” Metaxas tweeted, “He was not afraid to bring his faith into the public sphere for God's purposes. He has finished the race — to God's glory!” In fact, Gary Bauer recalled Dr. Dobson's unwavering stand for the sanctity of life. BAUER: “I was with him many times at events when a complete stranger, a woman, would come up to him and say, ‘Dr. Dobson, because of you, my 9-year-old here, my 4-year-old, my 12-year-old would not be alive. I was on my way to an abortion clinic, and I was turning the radio dial looking for some music to get my mind off of it, and I heard your voice, and I stopped. I pulled off the road and went back home. And now, Mary, here, is alive.'” A frequent presence in Washington, D.C., Dr. Dobson played key roles in presidential commissions, with appointments by Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush. On a personal note, it was my great honor to work for Dr. Dobson for two and a half years during which time I wrote questions for him to ask several of his guests, including Mark Levin about his book American Marxism and Jonathan Cahn about his book The Return of the Gods. Plus, I summarized the broadcasts in five sentences for the 7 million Facebook followers and 1,300 radio announcers to encourage listeners to stay tuned. Gary Bauer explained that Dr. Dobson used the platform that the Lord had given him to take a stand for America's Judeo-Christian heritage. BAUER: “Dr. Dobson, basically, in his own way, started the pro-family movement. He made it a force in America. … He loved God, of course, first, and he loved his family, but he loved America. He was deeply concerned that if America was ripped out of the rich soil of Judeo-Christian civilization, that the country would be lost. It defined everything that he did. “Imagine what the country would be like if Dr. Dobson had not, during that 40 years, been speaking for what I still believe is the great majority of the country.” Dr. James Dobson himself reflected on his own legacy in the waning days of his life. DOBSON: “When I reach the end of my days, a moment or two from now, I must look backward on something more meaningful than the pursuit of houses and land and machines and stocks and bonds. Nor is fame of any lasting benefit. Today's episode of the Consumer Finance Monitor podcast is centered around a novel and thought-provoking article by David Horton, a professor of law at the University of California, Davis. The article, titled "Do Arbitrators Follow the Law? Evidence from Clause Construction," dives into the intriguing question of whether arbitrators render decisions that align with judicial rulings. Horton explores the longstanding debate on arbitration's adherence to legal standards, focusing on whether arbitrators have followed the Supreme Court's 2019 decision in Lamps Plus, Inc. v. Varela (2019) that class-wide arbitration is not permitted when an arbitration clause is silent or ambiguous on the matter.  The podcast episode explores the ramifications of Horton's finding that in about 27% of the arbitrations studied, the arbitrators did not follow Lamps Plus.  Horton interprets that finding as suggesting that a significant minority of arbitrators may be motivated by financial considerations in allowing a class arbitration to proceed, notwithstanding Lamps Plus, because it is more lucrative for them than an individual arbitration.    Mark Levin, Senior Counsel at Ballard Spahr, also joins the program. Mark interprets Horton's findings differently, emphasizing that in his view Horton's data strongly supports the conclusion that arbitration is not lawless since an overwhelming majority of the arbitrators (73%) did follow Lamps Plus.  Mark also dismisses Horton's suggestion that some arbitrators' rulings may be swayed by financial considerations as pure speculation.  On the contrary, he observes, the fact that some arbitrators have not strictly followed Lamps Plus does not show they were not following the law since the issue of clause construction has a lengthy complex history and prominent courts such as the Second Circuit have themselves found reasons for distinguishing Lamps Plus.    Consumer Finance Monitor is hosted by Alan Kaplinsky, Senior Counsel at Ballard Spahr, and the founder and former chair of the firm's Consumer Financial Services Group. This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Justice Department is launching a federal grand jury investigation into former Obama administration officials accused of their role in 2016's Russia-gate. This legal move could lead to criminal charges against key Cabinet members from the Obama era, including James Clapper, John Brennan, and James Comey. President Barack Obama needs to be questioned for his role. Barack Obama is the central figure in uncovering the full scope of the Russia Collusion scandal and the attempt to undermine the Trump campaign and presidency. The Supreme Court does not grant him blanket immunity. It offers a presumption of immunity, which could be challenged based on what the investigation reveals. Regardless, there is no immunity from criminal investigation or from being compelled to testify under oath—period. Israel is being attacked and accused of a deep Zionistic rhetoric that Israel has special interests regarding the spread of Zionism. Isreal is defending itself and protecting the freedoms of Jews, Christians and non-radical Muslims who oppose the Radical-Islamic regimes. Sen Elizabeth Warren met with Zohran Mamdani to endorse his socialist and Marxist agenda. Warren asserts that affordability is the primary crisis facing our nation, but this is merely a facade to disguise their true intentions. She also claims that this aligns with the Democratic message and their core values. Fidel Castro spoke of free healthcare, free food, and housing, yet he stifled his people's progress, leading to the current disastrous state of Cuba. Trump leverages America's economic power to rebuild industries, repatriate businesses, access closed economies, and compete with Communist China, while applying it to foreign policy—mirroring Ronald Reagan's approach that led to the Soviet Union's collapse. Chicago's Mayor Brandon Johnson warns of a "point of no return" for city finances amid a $1.1 billion 2026 deficit, pushing for tax hikes like a millionaire tax, corporate head tax and wants progressive revenue options. In On Power, it explains that the progressive movement aims to fundamentally transform America and Western democracies by centralizing government power, diminishing individual freedoms, and reengineering society through soft negative power. Johnson's progressive tax hikes reflects a drive to expand centralized governmental authority, which will erode economic freedoms and individual autonomy in pursuit of societal reengineering. He portrays himself as the victim while yelling at Andrew Cuomo and Eric Adams. Don't believe a word Mamdani says, he would defund the police and disarm the citizen. The 2020 U.S. Census contained significant errors, overcounting populations in blue states, while undercounting in red states leading to misallocated congressional seats that favored Democrats and cost Republicans about five seats. This widened Trump's Electoral College victory margin and tightened House control more than warranted. In response, Texas Republicans are holding a special legislative session to redraw congressional districts, potentially gaining up to five more GOP seats in the 2026 midterms. The move echoes a 2003 gerrymander, with Democrats decrying it as hypocritical given their own history of similar tactics in blue states, but it's necessary since Democrats don't play fair.
