7/21/26 - Mark Levin DESTROYS the Communist Lie About 'The Working People'

Mark Levin Podcast

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 22, 2026 107:40

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, communism is all about working people -- killing them, enslaving them, and brutalizing them. It's amazing how the Communists talk up "the working people." For communists, working people exist to serve the state and its centralized masterminds rather than as sovereign individuals. Only in free societies, especially America, are working people the heart and soul of society—the backbone of freedom. Communism is the most defective ideology ever imposed because it requires no knowledge or experience—only an iron fist and a destructive ideology that ignores human nature for an undefined “general good.” Meanwhile, Daniel Ortega, obviously a Communist, has announced no more elections in Nicaragua. If the Marxists-Islamists and, yes, the Democrat Party get their way, election results will be nothing but a foregone conclusion in their favor, a Potemkin exercise in phony democracy, as they destroy the electoral processes established in our Constitution and further alter our immigration and census systems, as well as usurp electoral procedures in the states. Also, this on-again, off-again conflict with Iran won't lead to victory. Success requires fully embracing available tools: first, arming, training, and supporting the Iranian people with air cover, satellite monitoring, and a determined CIA leadership; second, ignoring pressure from Arab countries while fully utilizing Israel's powerful air force, Mossad intelligence, and IDF.Later, the Democrats' new Senate candidate in Maine to replace Graham Platner Troy Jackson has his own issues yet faces little accountability. Separately, Michigan socialist Abdul El-Sayed is set for a campaign fundraiser co-hosted by Kelly Newman, who in 2024 honored her grandfather's military service for the Nazis. Finally, the media constantly demands evidence of non-citizens voting and claims none exists, yet Gov Mikie Sherrill announced thousands of non-citizens were found on the state's voting rolls due to a software glitch in the motor vehicle system. This exposes the larger issue that federal law requires states to purge voter rolls periodically, but blue states like New Jersey and California refuse, leaving dead people, movers, and illegal aliens on the rolls. Democrats and the media still insist elections are the cleanest in history while opposing voter ID and lying about existing requirements—proving they enable fraud rather than clean the system. 7/20/26 - Mark Levin: Democrats Created This Monster With Their Rhetoric

Mark Levin Podcast

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 21, 2026 111:47

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the Iranian regime's ballistic missiles have caused more American casualties -this regime must be destroyed with no further timeouts, negotiations, or delays, as it's their nature is to string out conflicts while rebuilding just enough capacity to outlast the Trump administration and complicate matters through the midterms via Democratic impeachment threats. The Army identified two soldiers killed in from Iran's attack at Mufuak Salti Air Base in Jordan—1st Lt. Tyler James Freean, and Private Isabella Gonzalez. President Trump has directed that Iran will pay many times over for every American killed. Also, an armed lunatic set off an incendiary device in an apparent anti-ICE attack outside a federal building housing FBI and ICE offices in NYC. Violence against ICE is up 1,300%. This is what happens when Democrats repeatedly demonizing ICE as Nazis who “disappear” people, along with similar rhetoric against Trump, Republicans, Netanyahu, and Israel.   Later, the Tate brothers, once celebrated and applauded by figures in the Woke Reich like Tucker Carlson, and Steve Bannon, are now detained on a UK provisional arrest warrant seeking extradition for dozens of rapes, human trafficking, and related charges. These are scumbags running a slave sex operation and are not conservatives or people to promote or defend. These thugs and their enablers should be rejected - MAGA supporters want nothing to do with them. Afterward, the ICC is a complete political setup job that the United States and Israel do not recognize. No, Zohran Mamdani cannot arrest Benjamin Netanyahu while he's at the UN in NYC – it's a crime to attempt to arrest an elected head of state. Mamdani is hypocritically targeting only Netanyahu while giving a pass to mass-murdering dictators and leaders from Arab, Muslim, and other regimes. Finally, the growing cabal of Marxist Islamists, who want to destroy America, will swallow the Democrat leadership. They continue to claim they are for the “working people.” Marxist polices enslave the working people. The mass grave in in communist China, the Soviet Union, and North Korea were all filled with hardworking people who rejected those systems. Learn more about your ad choices. Somehow, Trump 1.0 Returned... The Ever-Shifting Midterm Winds (with Michael Cohen)

Politics Politics Politics

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 21, 2026 77:56

To date, Trump 2.0 has been defined by everybody appearing to be on the same page and by a sense that the administration kept moving its priorities forward. You might not have liked what those priorities were, but the priorities did get done. The one big beautiful bill was described as an administration's worth of priorities getting done too soon, and it seems like that might have been prophetic. Trump 1.0 returns when internal fights spill into public view, aides leak against one another, major spectacles vanish with nothing much changing, and the president treats factional drama as fuel rather than a problem to solve.Go back to the beginning of 2025, when Trump 2.0 very much was aligned. The coalition was locked in. The administration had momentum. USAID dismantled in a split second. The one big beautiful bill pushed over the finish line in record time. Again, the point isn't that these were good things that happened. It's that they kept happening. But no momentum is made to last forever. Maybe the coalition was always doomed to splinter. The cracks began to show as people were fired, as Kristi Noem and Pam Bondi went down for various different ICE shootings and Epstein, accelerating distrust and leaving Dan Bongino back on the radio airwaves. Either way, the drama that Trump 2.0 kept outside the tent has now fully moved back within it.How do we know? Because they're telling us.Politics Politics Politics is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.Take the address that happened last Thursday night. We knew officials were fighting over how much information the president should share when he was speaking to America. Acting DNI Bill Pulte pushed for a more aggressive version, but senior White House aides intervened. Separate reports said the speech might have claimed that Georgia's two Democratic senators were elected illegitimately because they both came in during the 2020 runoff. The final address didn't go that far, meaning somebody pulled something back — or at least that's what the reports would lead us to believe, which means somebody inside the administration is telling a reporter. The 24-minute speech eventually focused more on election interference and intelligence findings as a way to get to the idea that the Save America Act should be passed. But even that's telling, because the speech was quickly swallowed by the news cycle. That's another hallmark of Trump 1.0: a lot of sound and fury signifying nothing, or at least nothing that's remembered more than 48 hours later. The biggest Trump 1.0 tell is Iran. From the very beginning, the administration has said the Iran strategy has two hands. Marco Rubio and Pete Hegseth are the closed fist, the violence that will come down on the regime, while J.D. Vance, Jared Kushner, and Steve Witkoff are the open hand of diplomacy. If you want to make a deal on our terms, we're always welcome. In the meantime, we'll punch you in the face. Trump has actively encouraged a rivalry between Vance and Rubio, asking people all the time who they think should be the next president. And now the proxies of both men are in out-and-out war online.Alex Bruesewitz is on the J.D. Vance side, making it a priority to talk about how much foreign influence, including Israel, is affecting the discourse. Meanwhile, Israel hawks, including Mark Levin and Ben Shapiro, are attacking Vance, saying he's surrendering to Qatar and he's mostly a socialist. The damage is falling most heavily on Vance because he's become the face of diplomacy. If the memorandum of understanding had worked, he would've gotten the credit. Since there's now a lot of violence happening in that region again, he gets the blame. Instead of all of this being part of one big rolling ball that is the Trump administration, we now have winners and losers, which means people inside that sphere are playing the game. Very Trump 1.0.The reason this happens in both instances is, well, Big Chungus. Trump 2.0's advantage was that the drama stayed outside the tent and the team inside was united. Now we're getting a clearer view of exactly what the war behind closed doors looks like, and in my opinion, it goes hand in hand with priorities not being enacted. You hear a lot about the Save America Act, but it's stalled and doesn't have the votes to become law. Iran is different because the consequences are immediate. Trump has to show that either pressure or diplomacy can produce a successful end state. If neither path works, he'll have made a very big bet without a clear conclusion, and he'll have to define a win for himself even if it's not very clear to the American people. We might already be in the lame-duck phase for Donald Trump, which may make all of these problems worse.Chapters00:00:00 - Intro00:03:44 - Trump 1.000:11:36 - Darlene Graham00:16:05 - Reconciliation, Again, Again00:19:38 - Andy Burnham00:25:03 - Interview with Michael Cohen01:13:55 - Wrap-up This is a public episode. This week on the Mark Levin Show, Senator Lindsey Graham, a loyal friend and loyal ally to democratic and peace-loving countries around the world, has passed away. He was a friend to Israel, Ukraine, Taiwan, and others. He was a counterbalance to naive Woke Reich isolationists who talk about American sovereignty but don't realize you have to fight for it. Graham had a lot in common in national security matters with Ronald Reagan. Not even a nation as powerful as the United States can go it alone, and Graham understood we have alliances for a reason. The left and Woke Reich isolationists wasted no time attacking him, but he was popular in South Carolina and all over the world. He and his sound advice will be truly missed. Then, the infiltration of America by Islamists and jihadis is really in full force, and no one seems to be doing anything about it. Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed's father-in-law, Jukaku Tayeb, is a top donor to his super PAC and a longtime leader on ISNA's founding committee and CAIR Michigan president—both groups are co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation terror-financing trial that funneled millions to Hamas, tied to the Muslim Brotherhood mothership responsible for groups like Al Qaeda, ISIS, and Hamas, and funded by Qatar and Turkey. Why do Democrats tolerate these ties? Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) seeks to eliminate the U.S. Senate and Electoral College to advance their agenda, though both require constitutional amendments. These institutions exist to protect smaller, less-populated states, ensuring they have a meaningful say in government so they would join the Union during independence. Similarly, the Electoral College ensures smaller states influence presidential elections, countering domination by a handful of large, populous Democrat metropolitan states and cities. Removing these safeguards would enable mob rule, open borders, non-citizen influence, and a centralized Marxist government. Later, the 2028 Republican presidential primary must be competitive and vibrant, with no coronations. The Republican Party needs to be rooted in the principles of Jefferson, Washington, Madison, Reagan, Buckley, Goldwater, and Milton Friedman's free markets—not Democrat-lite nationalism or populism that dismisses history—and we should demand articulate candidates who boldly contrast conservative beliefs with the left. No, we don't want a bold government, which is what the socialists and Marxists desire. We want an effective limited government confined to its constitutional powers, a bold private sector, and individual sovereignty. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, should our Constitution be gutted? DSA's Gustavo Gordillo says yes. He says the Senate is undemocratic and should be reformed or eliminated. The problem? Small states have an equal say in the Senate. The genius of the Founding Fathers was that in at least one house of a bicameral Congress, small states wouldn't be swallowed up by large states. Gustavo wants to replace this genius system with a European-style socialist parliament. He also wants to put the working class over billionaires. Isn't it funny you never hear Socialists like Gustavo talk about liberty? Marxist "working class versus billionaire class" rhetoric promotes group-based oppression narratives over freedom, individual rights, and the Declaration of Independence. These people seek to destroy the country, its way of life, political and governing systems, founding principles, and economic system—the greatest on Earth—built through countless legal, military, and political battles. Due to generosity and stupidity, including open borders and ceding colleges and universities to enemy-promoted teachings, an enemy within now acts through culture and has largely conquered the Democrat Party piece by piece. Those who love the country and want to preserve its lifestyle for children and grandchildren must wake up, listen, and pass the message on, because if more of them vote, they win. Later, China has constructed a full-scale, three-dimensional replica of a US Navy Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer in the Taklamakan Desert as a weapons testing facility to target real warships. They're not fooling around, this is serious. Afterward, it's problematic that the media dismissed President Trump's election security speech and his findings on Communist China's interference in the 2020 election. There are foreign and domestic forces seeking to destroy America, including a weak ruling class, rogue judges, and too many university faculty who indoctrinate students against America's core principles. Finally, Rep Jim Jordan calls in and explains that Special Counsel Jack Smith misled Congress by testifying that his team did not obtain the contents of communications between Trump administration officials and members of Congress. Evidence shows the National Archives, under the Biden administration, turned over unfiltered text message contents to Smith's team raising separation of powers and Speech or Debate Clause violations. Jordan also addresses the President's speech highlighting Communist China's election interference, confirming his staff is investigating documents on the matter. Learn more about your ad choices. 7/16/26 - Mark Levin EXPOSES Why the GOP Must Reject 'Democrat-Lite' Candidates in 2028

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the 2028 Republican presidential primary must be competitive and vibrant, with no coronations. Also, Sen John Fetterman expressed his long-term concern as a Democrat that his party might back away and turn its back on Israel, declaring that if it ever officially becomes the anti-Israel party, he would leave because it represents moral clarity for him. Young Democrats in Pennsylvania largely do not like Fetterman, though blue-collar Democrats—including cops, firefighters, and miners—do support him in a state with the highest percentage of union households in the country. Fetterman sounds more conservative on Israel than some of the Woke Reich neo-fascists. Later, President Trump is set to reveal in his presidential address bombshell evidence that China interfered in the 2020 election to help Joe Biden win, including hacking into state voter registration databases and stealing information on tens of thousands of voters to manufacture mail-in ballots, based on declassified FBI, CIA, and ODNI documents. The speech will also highlight over 100,000 non-citizens, including illegal immigrants, on voter rolls nationwide. Democrat states refuse to clean their voter rolls of dead people, duplicates, and unvetted individuals in violation of federal law because they want to enable corruption and fraud. Afterward, the left and the media carry water for or enemies like Communist China by hindering U.S. progress in this critical AI race. AI development is essential for surpassing human knowledge generation in military, medical, and other fields, and halting it would let China and Russia dominate; data centers must be prioritized nationally and supported by innovations like miniature nuclear plants, despite leftist opposition akin to past fearmongering against fracking. Finally, there is no evidence of an Israeli influence campaign. The Israeli Foreign Ministry pushed back against a defamatory Time magazine article, clarifying that all activities are transparent, lawful under U.S. law, and involve no interference in U.S. policy; they lawfully contracted a digital agency to combat hatred against Jews and strengthen the U.S.-Israel alliance. Why do Democrats tolerate these ties? Later, Jack Smith is a loathsome rogue prosecutor who abused his office by covertly reading text messages from 44 lawmakers and Trump administration officials between October 2020 and December 2021. This contradicted Smith's sworn congressional testimony in December denying he accessed such message contents. Republican Senators need to pursue criminal charges and a DOJ Public Integrity investigation with evidence of the false testimony. Also, consumer prices fell sharply in June, with the CPI dropping 0.4% from May—the largest decline since 2020—thanks to relief at the gas pump and broad disinflation, far exceeding economists' forecast. This strong report is attributed to Trump administration fiscal policy rather than the Fed. While media coverage is muted despite the economy's top voter priority, costs are steady or declining nationally, though high prices persist in Democrat-led blue states due to their high taxes and policies. Afterward, Lindsey Graham was a remarkable statesman, principled leader, and humanitarian who stood out among senators for his character, humor, and unwavering defense of U.S. allies and oppressed peoples. Graham was no warmonger. He supported Israel, Ukraine, Taiwan, and the Persian people against tyrants and aggressors. He will be deeply missed. Learn more about your ad choices. Marxists/Islamists like Hasan Piker and Woke Reich isolationists wasted no time attacking him, but he was popular in South Carolina and all over the world. He and his sound advice will be truly missed. Also, compare Graham's friendship with Israel to Rep Ro Khanna, who took it upon himself to visit Judea/Samaria, incorrectly called the "West Bank." Khanna didn't bother telling the IDF or police, but he did go with Palestinian activists and NY Times reporters with cameras for good measure. Khanna claims he was "kidnapped" by Israeli "settlers" -- another wrong term, how can you settle on your own indigenous land? -- detained by police and mistreated by the IDF. Video shows Khanna is a liar. Why did he do all this? One, to build support for himself among Jew-hating left wingers and also to defeat Benjamin Netanyahu in Israeli elections. Israel needs friends like Lindsey Graham. Then, we can criticize a document without criticizing the President, who is doing a wonderful job. Trump said he only agreed to the MOU as a "test." The MOU never made sense because this regime was never going to live up to it. Why go through all this for a test? As much as we want to believe a deal can be negotiated, you can't negotiate with a seventh-century ideology. If we don't take this regime out now, our children and grandchildren will still be dealing with them. Also, former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been arrested reportedly over ties to Mossad. According to reports, Mossad wanted him to possibly lead a new Iranian regime. Another report says Israel has signed an agreement with the son of the Shah of Iran, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, recognizing him as leader of a new Iranian government. It's clear that Israel isn't waiting around to see if any MOU will take effect. Then, there are a lot of mosques in this country that preach anti-American hate, and many of them are celebrating Lindsey Graham's death. But these mosques have a lot of sympathy. A new survey shows almost half of American Muslims - 44% - support Hamas. Only 26% of American Muslims have a favorable view of Israel. Support for Israel is even dropping among younger Republicans. Is Israel losing the PR war among Americans? Finally, Abdul El-Sayed is the left-wing Marxist/Islamist running for the Senate from Michigan. He pushes Medicare for all from cradle to grave, yet his psychiatrist wife doesn't accept Medicare...or any other insurance. Her patients have to pay her out of their own pocket. Furthermore, while El-Sayed hasn't released his tax returns, we find out he and the wife are wealthier than when he first ran for statewide office, and he owns two rental properties worth almost a million dollars. This week on the Mark Levin Show, look at Zohran Mamdani, who has contributed nothing substantial to America. Mamdani's anti-American speech was a string of Marxist propaganda slogans about trillionaires amid hunger, monopolies and oligarchs, wealth created by laborers' hard hands yet held by special interests' soft hands, and supremacy for a select few instead of equality. People don't care about the identities or backgrounds of those who produce goods and services, they only want quality and value. Capitalism is the least racist, oligarchical, and discriminatory system. Later, there's no reason to sell 100 F-35's to Turkey. Erdogan is a national-socialist Islamist, a brutal dictator, key backer of the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas, and a completely unreliable member of NATO. He threatened to destroy Israel the other day, and the administration not only said nothing but went ahead with the F-35 and jet engine sales and will lift all sanctions against Turkey, and we are doing so while lavishly praising Erdogan. This is troubling and it will have to be dealt with by future American administrations for decades to come. It was absolutely unnecessary. Meanwhile, we praise Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Turkey while criticizing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and pushing him to make all kinds of concessions to Hamas and Hezbollah. Also, the Democrat Party and its Senate leadership endorsed, and backed Graham Platner despite multiple red flags, including allegations of physically abusing a woman, a Nazi concentration camp guard tattoo he claimed ignorance of, offensive Reddit posts, and mockery of wounded military veterans. None of these crossed a line for them. But Sen Bernie Sanders and a line of Democrats have finally urged him to exit the race, after he was accused of rape – but he hasn't left the race yet. Also, the Iranian regime sank three crude oil tankers and fired ballistic missiles at U.S. bases. In response, President Trump ordered powerful strikes on Iran and vowing to hit back every time Iran strikes. We saw this coming. The MOU didn't last because the regime can't be trusted. We never should have put conditions on our military - they should have been allowed from the start to go in and take this regime out. Now we need to keep up military and economic pressure until this regime caves. Furthermore, the Democrat Party has developed a significant Israel and Jewish problem in roughly three years. It has rebranded itself as the champion of civil rights and liberties, though it actually promotes Marxist and socialist economic agendas—such as healthcare, schooling, and housing for all—framed as civil rights. Democrats now frequently run on anti-AIPAC, anti-Israel, anti-Jewish, and anti-Semitic platforms, with many being Islamists or Marxists, and little pushback from party leadership. Rahm Emanuel, a failed Chicago mayor who wants to run for President, subtly condemns Israel to court the radicals while claiming broader American support. But it's unlikely his Presidential aspirations will succeed because he's Jewish in a party with a Jewish problem. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

In this episode, Mark Levin engages in a thought-provoking discussion with Yael Eckstein, the esteemed leader of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. As America celebrates the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, this episode delves into the profound historical ties that bind America and Israel. From the early days of the Pilgrims, who sought religious freedom, to the founding fathers who were deeply influenced by Jewish teachings, the episode highlights how Judeo-Christian values have shaped the very foundation of America. Yael points out that many of the Founding Fathers, including John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, were inspired by the Hebrew Bible, emphasizing the significant role that Jewish culture played in America's independence movement. The conversation also touches upon the current state of affairs, where demonstrations against both America and Israel are becoming increasingly common. Yael shares her experiences witnessing these protests firsthand, noting how the values that unite both nations are often under attack. Despite this, she emphasizes the resilience of the Israeli people and the strength of their bond with America. Moreover, the episode addresses the importance of education and historical literacy in understanding the relationship between these two nations. Yael argues that many young people today lack knowledge about the history of Israel and its connection to America, which is crucial for fostering a deeper appreciation of their shared values. The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ) is a non-profit organization that aims to promote understanding and cooperation between Christians and Jews, and to support Israel and the Jewish people. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the Iranian regime sank three crude oil tankers and fired ballistic missiles at U.S. bases. In response, President Trump ordered powerful strikes on Iran and vowing to hit back every time Iran strikes. We saw this coming. The MOU didn't last because the regime can't be trusted. They've been violating deals for 47 years. It's a terrorist regime that slaughters tens of thousands at a time, and at will. Its ideology compels the elimination of all others on the planet. We never should have put conditions on our military - they should have been allowed from the start to go in and take this regime out. Now we need to keep up military and economic pressure until this regime is finished off. Thankfully, hundreds of billions of dollars was not transferred to it. Later, Rahm Emanuel is pandering to the Jew-hating elements of the Democrat base by trashing Israel, Netanyahu, and Jews, while claiming it's a plan for Israel's regeneration. He spoke in Tel Aviv and accused the Israeli government of complicity in West Bank horrors and proposed a 23-state solution. Also, think Islamist imams calling for the destruction of the U.S. and Israel are halfway around the world? Wrong! Later, Mark Levin spoke at Christians United for Israel in Washington and stressed the unbreakable unity between Christians and Jews as weekend people against enemies who seek to kill them all, with no distinctions made. We will not any high-office candidate who fails to denounce the Woke Reich. We will lead a mass movement to push back against opposing politicians. Learn more about your ad choices. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Rediscovering Americanism explains that the Declaration of Independence is the essence of Americanism. What would the Founding Fathers think of today's America? Do Americans truly appreciate liberty, civil society, republicanism, and prosperity or fear their loss? Look at Zohran Mamdani, who has contributed nothing substantial to America. Mandani's anti-American speech was a string of Marxist propaganda slogans about trillionaires amid hunger, monopolies and oligarchs, wealth created by laborers' hard hands yet held by special interests' soft hands, and supremacy for a select few instead of equality.  People don't care about the identities or backgrounds of those who produce goods and services, they only want quality and value. Capitalism is the least racist, oligarchical, and discriminatory system. Also, we will politically fight the Marxists, Islamists, and the Woke Reich neo-fascists. We need to push the strength of constitutional conservatives and fire up the base to reclaim the country now. Later, another woman has come forward with allegations against Graham Platner, this time accusing him of sexual assault. Platner denies the allegations, saying they're politically motivated, yet the woman says she held off coming forward because she agrees with him politically. Will Democrats like Bernie Sanders and Ro Khanna continue to support Platner? Just like the silence when women are assaulted by illegal aliens then let go in sanctuary cities, apparently sexual assault by a socialist is not of interest to the Democratic Party. Yet these same Dems were outraged over the Kavanaugh allegations. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

This week on the Mark Levin Show, this American Marxism movement is a threat and it traces back to self-identified progressives from Woodrow Wilson onward who rejected the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. They imposed redistribution of wealth, oppressor-oppressed frameworks, and related policies through the Democrat Party, which has never fully accepted Americanism or constitutionalism—evident in the rise of Democratic socialists, Marxists, and radical Hamas/Hezbollah/Iran-supporting Islamists within it. Another converging threat is the Woke Reich neo-fascists - authoritarians in Republican and other circles who attack Christianity, Judaism, Israel, and Christian Zionists while holding pro-Putin and pro-Sharia positions. Later, what made the Declaration of Independence remarkable was that it was unprecedented in human history. The Declaration serves as the foundational basis for the nation and its Constitution, celebrating America's purpose. Critics like Presidents Obama and Woodrow Wilson have rejected or downplayed its first part on the Creator and principles, focusing instead on the list of grievances against the king to advance new ideologies; however, President Coolidge defended these enduring, universal ideas from Aristotle and Locke as perpetual, not to be dismissed. The Declaration's concise statement of American identity is incompatible with Marxism, Islamism, and fascism. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Mark Levin Podcast

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, we bring you the best of Mark Levin on Independence Day weekend. Chief Justice Roberts improperly relied on English common law as a basis for birthright citizenship, despite the framers using it only as a guide and rejecting elements that conflicted with the U.S. system. The 14th Amendment and the preceding Civil Rights Act of 1866 were narrowly intended to grant full citizenship rights to freed Black slaves and their children amid post-Civil War resistance—not to address immigration or confer citizenship on children of illegal aliens. The opinion wrongly equates "jurisdiction" with mere physical presence, leading to illogical results like automatic citizenship for babies of illegal immigrants (who retain foreign allegiance) while creating unaddressed exceptions for diplomats, revealing a result-oriented, activist approach that rewrites history. Roberts and his Majority twisted the history of the 14th amendment and just constitutionalized birthright citizenship, knowing full well that our nation, like Europe, is facing a grave threat from within as a result, in part, of the intentional refusal of our government, when the Democrats are in power, to enforce immigration laws and, oppositely, facilitating the importation of aliens from all over the world without proper vetting.   Also, the constitutional amendment process is rarely used. It requires two-thirds approval in both houses of Congress to propose language, followed by ratification by three-fourths (38) of the states—neither of which is feasible for issues like changing birthright citizenship. The Supreme Court has constitutionalized elements not originally in the Constitution, making reversal through amendments impractical. Instead, the effective path is filling Court vacancies with constitutionalists, as achieved in overturning Roe, without resorting to court packing. Afterward, the growing fusion of Marxism and Islamism is a societal cancer, which has been discussed before in American Marxism. The Marxist counterrevolution devours American society, culture, politics, schools, media, and entertainment. The oppressor-oppressed framework fuels the leftist tactics, corporate capitulation and the Marxist-anarchist ideology of Antifa and BLM. Islamists and Marxists have united and they have the same objective: power.  On Power discusses power as a fundamental force shaping human existence, determining social arrangements, quality of life, personal and national fates, and the balance between liberty and tyranny. It is ubiquitous, consequential, and context-dependent, manifesting in various forms like implied, granted, or necessary powers, and inextricably linked to liberty—where its misuse leads to anarchy or oppression. The current enemy within attacks the country through these dynamics. Later, the Persian and Jewish peoples share a historical bond rooted in the reign of Cyrus the Great, the Persian emperor from around 559 to 529 BC. Most notably, he freed the captive Jews exiled by Nebuchadnezzar, allowing them to return to Jerusalem and rebuild their Temple, earning praise in Jewish Scripture as a divinely empowered savior. This ancient connection endures, as Persians today, particularly those oppressed by the Iranian regime, refer to Netanyahu as "the Great Jew," reflecting mutual affinity. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, what made the Declaration of Independence remarkable was that it was unprecedented in human history. Also, President Reagan was a great admirer and friend of Milton Friedman. He often sought his input on economic policies. During Reagan's presidency, there was massive economic growth, and he won two historic landslide elections, popular vote and electoral college, like no Republican before or since. Alexander Hamilton would grow increasingly supportive of a powerful central government. He would argue with Thomas Jefferson and James Madison on their approaches to government during the Washington administration and beyond. Hamilton argued for implied powers under the Constitution, which infuriated Jefferson and Madison. Hamilton claimed the necessary and proper clause was essentially a ticket to significantly expanding federal action. Later, Americanism and capitalism are philosophies enabling individual decision-making under the Declaration and Constitution, whereas ideologies are fanatical beliefs imposed society-wide regardless of consequences. Communism is defective and anti-human, misreading human nature by suppressing free will, reason, debate, and academic freedom in favor of brainwashing, conformity, and central control, as seen in places like Cuba, Nicaragua, North Korea, and China, and similarly with Islamists. Nationalists, populists, and Marxists attack the American experiment, economic system, and culture through emotion, slogans of equality, and activist government, showing overlaps reminiscent of 1930s fascists and communists. The IAEA inspections dispute gets the full treatment: Ghost breaks down how Iran only denied inspecting its bombed facilities, not all facilities, and why the media is deliberately misrepresenting the gap. Pakistan PM Sharif and Iran's president both confirm ballistic missiles were never on the table, period. Ghost then turns to the Jerusalem News Syndicate summit, walking through Mark Levin's unhinged speech, Netanyahu's "kill them first" Talmud citation calling the diaspora to fight back, and Naftali Bennett's bombshell admission that he was smuggling tens of thousands of Starlink receivers into Iran to support a regime change operation. Israel's Diaspora Affairs Minister declares the new enemy axis is Turkey, Syria, and Qatar, which are precisely Trump's three closest Middle East allies. Keir Starmer's resignation gets Ghost's theory that European elites pushed him out for being too cooperative with Trump. The episode closes with Colombia's razor-thin election of Trump-endorsed "El Tigre," his background as Alex Saab's lawyer, and Gustavo Petro's accusation that Israel hacked Colombian election servers.

Kimberly Strassel's Wall Street Journal piece calling this the "die on this hill" presidency becomes a case study in how institutional media cannot see what is in plain sight. This week on the Mark Levin Show, we're still waiting for the Memorandum of Understanding with Iran to be released. Iran has a copy. So does Qatar, Pakistan and Turkey. But we don't. And neither does Israel. But even if the deal was made public, no deal will change the behavior of this enemy. The Iranian regime has never and will never change its ideology. To them, we are the enemy and we must be destroyed. Those who insist a deal can be made and that it is preferable, then they have to prove it. Later, motivated by hatred of Trump, billionaires, Israel, and Jeffrey Epstein-related conspiracies, plotted a multi-phase attack on the UFC Freedom 250 White House event using explosive drones on the South Lawn followed by sniper teams to massacre fleeing attendees. The FBI foiled the plot by infiltrating the chats after a suspect's mother alerted police over his firearm purchases and radicalization. These Woke Reich conspiracy promoters are fueling such violence, as the Woke Reich overlaps significantly with Marxist-Islamist left ideologies. When Mark Levin was working in the Reagan administration he argued strenuously against a deal with the congressional Democrats where the administration would agree to grant citizenship to 2.3 million illegal aliens in exchange for promised funds to better secure the border. President Reagan did as promised, but the Democrats reneged. Mark has his disagreements with the Iran MOU, and does not believe the Iranian regime will ever honor any agreement, but Mark adores President Trump, just like Reagan. If President Trump wants the MOU to become a final deal, it will proceed regardless of opposition. Later, there are ongoing Hezbollah attacks—firing missiles and drones daily into Israel under a supposed ceasefire, directed by Iran, forcing depopulation of northern Israel. Hezbollah, an Iranian proxy never truly part of Lebanon that has murdered hundreds of Americans, assassinated Lebanon's president, and weakened the country, remains its most powerful force. The proposed MOU demanding Israel cease military operations permanently, including in Lebanon, before a final agreement risk enabling continued Iranian aggression while setting Israel up for blame if it defends itself. The proposed MOU demanding Israel ceases military operations permanently, including in Lebanon, before a final agreement risk enabling continued Iranian aggression while setting Israel up for blame if it defends itself. Also, the $300 billion fund for Iran, which the U.S. would not fund but others would, was agreed upon after Iranian demands for reparations. Granting them access to this money will enable rearmament and reinforcement, as has occurred before. This Iranian regime cannot be bought off, given their belief that Allah wants non-compliers slaughtered. Iran already admits that they will help Hezbollah once they get the money. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, when Mark Levin was working in the Reagan administration he argued strenuously against a deal with the congressional Democrats where the administration would agree to grant citizenship to 2.3 million illegal aliens in exchange for promised funds to better secure the border. Some points about the deal: military operations cease, including in Lebanon, and end the naval blockade now. Why drop our leverage over this regime during the negotiation period? And why capitulate to Iran's demand to protect Hezbollah?  Also, the MOU provides for $300 billion for economic development. Who thinks Iran would use this money for anything other than their terror apparatus? Trump deserves credit for confronting Iran but many questions about holding Iran accountable remain.  What is not in this arrangement: not a word about ballistic missiles. Not a word about promoting and funding terrorism and terror groups. Not a word about the Iranian people. Not a word about the regime paying reparations to our country, Israel, or the Arab countries for the massive damage cause by their ballistic missiles and other missiles. Red-blooded Americans will be proven right about Iran's terrorist regime, the world's biggest funder of terrorism after Qatar for half a century, which pursues an Islamist revolution viewing its survival as a divine mandate to ultimately destroy its enemies. Unlike Western diplomatic precision, the regime focuses solely on enduring each hurdle until it can "take us out" in its endgame. Informed readers understand this clash of completely different worldviews and mindsets, where any deal, cash, or survival is seen as victory by the enemy, who embrace terrorism and martyrdom, unlike us. This week on the Mark Levin Show, despite recent close military cooperation with Israel, President Trump's want for an Iran deal has led to significant restrictions on Israel and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. These include limiting it to a defensive war against thousands of Hezbollah missiles and drones, barring action near Beirut, and pulling back Israeli forces after responses. Also, our military, on the orders of Trump, hammered Iranian positions in response to the Iranian regime shooting down one of our helicopters. How much more delay and attack we will tolerate from this enemy? This is exactly what Israel and Benjamin Netanyahu did the other night when the same enemy fired 11 ballistic missiles at its civilian populations. The U.S. and Israel should both decisively beat the hell out of Iran militarily to end ongoing delays and attacks by Iran or Hezbollah that disrupt deals. There are ongoing attacks on Iran in response to the downed U.S. helicopter and Iran's delay in a deal but why was their criticism for Israel's strikes on Iran 48 hours ago, in response to 11 ballistic missiles fired at its country. Both Israel and the U.S. have every right to respond to a regime that refuses to stop their attacks. There are no moderate factions in Iran—all are radicals who won't change after 47 years—and it's time to decisively finish them off, including by arming opposition elements, to secure midterm wins and sustain the economy. We have a Memorandum of Understanding with Iran requiring another 60 days of negotiations. The full details remain unreleased and unseen, which makes premature celebration impossible. If it is done and will be signed in 48-72 hours, let's see it. The core concern is long-term enforcement, given Iran's history as a terrorist regime that has never abided by any agreement, and exists to destroy the West and non-compliant Muslims through funding groups like Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis. The core concern is long-term enforcement, given Iran's history as a terrorist regime that has never abided by any agreement, and exists to destroy the West and non-compliant Muslims through funding groups like Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis. How effective will enforcement be post-Trump presidency, especially under Democrats. We have the enemy where we want it. We may never again. It was right to attack them, and in a few weeks' time they were on their back. We hit the brakes for 9 weeks. First the Israelis and then we went back to military action this week, and the regime was badly damaged beyond the original damage. Rather than destroy it, including arming the Iranian people, we have an MOU and future negotiations. Also, Roger Zakheim, Director of the Ronald Reagan Institute, calls in and details the lack of any trustworthy record from the Iranian regime, warning that the deal may not be worth the paper it's written on despite the U.S. having weakened Iran through Operation Epic Fury and economic blockade pressure. Any worthwhile agreement must reverse the JCPOA by demanding zero enrichment, ending the missile program, halting support for terrorist groups like Hezbollah, and ensuring open Straits. Later, Rep Jamie Raskin is already leading a plot to impeach the President if the Democrats take the House. Republicans should move to expel Jamie Raskin from the House.  If he can continue to abuse our constitutional system and undermine our electoral process (ironic, since he blames Trump and Republicans for doing so), having led every effort described above, then take the necessary steps to charge him under the expulsion clause. Finally, Rep Bryan Steil calls in to discuss his three-year investigation into potential fraud at ActBlue, particularly its weak fraud prevention standards that allow foreign funds into U.S. elections. Trump is talking about making the American public a "partner" in AI companies. Nate says that is not public ownership. That is government control. Today on Good Morning Liberty, Nate breaks down the latest Israel-Iran ceasefire confusion, Trump saying he "calls the shots," and why Israel's actions raise a hard question about client states, defense spending, and escalation. Then we get into the main issue: Trump praising parts of Bernie Sanders' economic thinking while floating a government stake in AI companies. Why would AI companies want this? Preferential treatment, regulatory protection, data centers, federal land, and insulation from competition. This week on the Mark Levin Show, on October 7, 2023, Palestinian terrorists from Gaza, backed by Qatar, Turkey, and Iran, attacked Israel, murdering 1,200 people through extreme brutality. If drug cartels had done the same on the Texas border the U.S. would not tolerate it or fight with the restraint Israel showed in Gaza, such as issuing warnings and leaflets. Israel, a small nation, has faced ongoing attacks from Hamas and Hezbollah yet is repeatedly told to back off just as it nears destroying these groups, allowing Hamas to rearm despite a supposed peace deal. The U.S. fought Iran alongside Israel, but now pressures Israel to stop while Hamas remains armed and Hezbollah continues threats. Why is Israel not permitted to fully defend itself? Bari Weiss is a genuine journalist who is challenging CBS's entrenched radical mindset by promoting more moderate, professional journalists, which has provoked attacks from figures like Scott Pelley. There are CBS personalities like Pelley who are whiny, narcissistic, privileged, entitled buffoons who are driving down ratings. Meanwhile, Hasan Piker and Cenk Uygur are complaining that they were banned from Britain over their views on Israel and terrorism, while affirming First Amendment free speech. They hate America, trash its Judeo-Christian and Enlightenment values, and support regimes like communist China, Cuba, Islamist Iran, and Turkey where free speech is suppressed—yet demand sympathy when facing restrictions themselves. There is a growing domestic Marxist-Islamist threat, funded by Qatar, China, and others, that is organizing, building enclaves, and infiltrating politics. In breaking news, there are reports of multiple explosions in Bahrain, hours after Iran claimed precise missile strikes on U.S. bases in Kuwait and the IRGC warned of further seismic responses to American actions. Iran appears emboldened rather than defeated by reading U.S. restraint as weakness. The IRGC needs to be pounded, and the Iranian people need to be armed. Later, the core defect of Marxism is its fundamental misstatement and misapplication of human nature. Rather than being an economic philosophy aimed at equality or fairness, it uses economics and redistribution as camouflage to advance totalitarianism, seeking to control individuals, thought processes, and ultimately create a society of compliant robots. This ideology, like Islam, employs appeal to compassion and justice as propaganda while intending the opposite. It cannot work because human nature, created by God, cannot be intentionally destroyed and rejiggered by man. The practical goal is demographic transformation to build dependent, like-minded societies that can be dominated, eventually extending this control nationally. The Democrat Party serves as the vessel for Islamists and Marxists to seize control of the U.S. government, as these groups avoid Republican primaries and instead target dark blue districts where primary wins guarantee victory. Low American voter turnout combined with ruthless Muslim bloc voting has enabled conquest. There are grave concerns over the ongoing war with the Islamist Nazi enemy regime in Iran, which is making increasing demands including billions in aid that should not be provided in any form, as it would only rebuild their terrorist apparatus rather than help the people. The prolonged ceasefire is a mistake after an initially successful campaign. We should have 2 weeks of massive strikes on IRGC targets and arm the Iranian people. Learn more about your ad choices. This week on the Mark Levin Show, the media is truly stupid in its reporting on the Israel-Hezbollah conflict, which portrayed PM Benjamin Netanyahu as the unprovoked aggressor hammering Lebanon with no context whatsoever. In reality, while Iran negotiates with the United States, its proxy Hezbollah has launched more missiles and drones at northern Israel than ever before, killing people, and forcing evacuations as part of a deliberate plan to drive Israelis out of the north and then the center, concentrating the population in a tiny area. The entire ruling class—including Democrats, some Republicans, and the media—is pathetically weak and stupid, while many podcasters gain attention simply by being as obnoxious, vile, and poisonous as possible. Also, congratulations to the terror lobby of Arabs and Islamists for successfully electing candidates to Congress exclusively within the Democrat Party, which is flooded with Marxists and Islamists. One such candidate is Adam Hamawy who traveled with the Blind Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman as translator and witness on his behalf, plus his work in Bosnia with an Al Qaeda front group. Despite these ties, Hamawy has endorsements from Bernie Sanders, Ro Khanna, Ilhan Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Rashida Tlaib. The Democrat Party supports Nazis, Marxists, and Islamists for office. The Iran deal reportedly offers immediate release of billions in frozen funds, discussions on sanctions relief, and humanitarian aid in exchange for Iran reopening the Strait of Hormuz and forswearing nuclear weapons development for 60 days. This agreement provides a massive financial infusion to the regime—funding the IRGC and police state—without addressing ballistic missiles or the regime's brutality against its people. Why is economic and military pressure being lifted before securing firm concessions Enforcement will be impossible given the regime's terrorist history, especially after the Trump presidency. Also, Mayor Zohran Mamdani's housing plan is a Marxist scheme to steal private property. Platner, who's a self-described Communist, trashes American troops and police and he must be stopped from reaching the Senate. Then there's a woman running in the Democrat primary for Texas's 35th congressional district who advocated placing Zionists in concentration camps and worse. Jewish elected Democrats need to leave this party, which is now the party of Islamists, Marxists, and neo-Nazis. Also, WABC's John Catsimatidis calls in to discuss the difficulties of running supermarkets in NYC and the proposal by Mayor Mamdani for city government-run grocery stores. He argued that government stores giving away these products would take sales from private businesses, harming the workers who labor 70-80 hours a week and ultimately burdening taxpayers when the city absorbs the losses, while politicians face no consequences. Later, a history lesson on the electoral college. Afterward, callers weigh in on and express their desire for the Iranian regime to be defeated!  Finally, Gad Saad calls in to discuss his new book - Suicidal Empathy: Dying to Be Kind. This book is not an attack on empathy itself—an evolutionarily relevant virtue rooted in theory of mind or cognitive empathy that enables good human interactions—but rather a warning against its hyper-firing in the wrong situations toward the wrong targets. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, President Trump has canceled plans to attend his son Donald Trump Jr's wedding and instead remains at the White House, which might be a signal that the clock is ticking and decisive action against Iran may be imminent. It looks like the Iranian regime is digging in its heels and the President has had enough. It is critical that this ends the right way by defeating the enemy. If there was a deal, does anyone seriously believe the Iranian Nazi terror regime will adhere to it over time? And if you do, based on what? They exist to conquer, devour, and destroy. And believe this is commanded by Allah. By any means. Also, the Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization with members operating openly in the US and Europe seeking to conquer and destroy Western societies rather than assimilate, having already taken control of many cities in Britain, France, and the rest of Europe. The Democrat Party is becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the Muslim Brotherhood by nominating, electing, and collaborating with these figures without denunciation. The Woke Reich serves this agenda from within while the MAGA movement remains unified in strong support of the president. Later, Rep Hakeem Jeffries has a brother, Hassan Kwame Jeffries, who's an extremist. He invoked abolitionist John Brown's philosophy of violence, quoting Brown's statement that the crimes of the land would never be purged without blood and declaring that White supremacists must be eliminated “by any means necessary.” This is a larger pattern in which university employees normalize political violence. Afterward, Welles Crowther, the "man in the red bandana," saved more than 18 lives on 9/11 and today Trump posthumously awarded him the Presidential medal of freedom. Almost 25 years after 9/11, when the city suffered such hell at the hands of Islamists, they elected Zohran Mamdani as Mayor. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

This week on the Mark Levin Show, Rep, Thomas Massie must be defeated in Tuesday's election. Massie is backed by Nick Fuentes, Tucker Carlson Marjorie Taylor Greene, Rashida Tlaib, and the ACLU. Massie is a reliable Democrat vote and Trump needs Republicans who will help him get his major agenda/bills passed. Meanwhile, Zohran Mamdani keeps pushing his government-run grocery stores, but New Yorkers would starve without private grocers and would need to travel to other states for food. Then, when we suddenly hit the brakes and called off the planned military operation against the Iranian regime, it was clear that something was going on. We gave the regime 2-3 days to come to some arrangement that presumably includes no nukes. What does no nukes mean? The regime is a borderless religious extremist cult that has repeatedly cheated on agreements and seeks conquest, not coexistence. The core concern is the lack of credible nuclear enforcement because the regime will violate any deal and that future U.S. leaders may lack the political will to respond. Later, Democratic Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner is a profoundly disturbed individual whom Democrats refuse to disavow because they prioritize power above all else. Platner, who's a self-described Communist, trashes American troops and police and he must be stopped from reaching the Senate. The Iranian regime has no intention of honoring any deal. They view negotiations merely as opportunities to delay while pursuing their goal of conquering and converting others through violence, as they believe Allah commands. The regime exists not to govern but to expand its influence worldwide. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

This week on the Mark Levin Show, Rep. Hakeem Jeffries is a radical leftist who seeks to destroy the country's legal, judicial, and electoral systems. He's demanding that the courts deliver whatever his party demands and, in doing so, he is also trying to intimidate the justices of the Supreme Court. He says, "everything is on the table," but the Constitution belongs to all of us and is not on the table. Later, the situation in New York City, where Jews, synagogues, and Jewish neighborhoods face violent attacks, hounding, and harassment, is a disaster and disgrace—but it is occurring across the entire country. The ruling class is to blame, particularly intensified under the Biden administration, with open borders, efforts to undermine ICE and border patrol, and the failure to remove threats. Urgent action is required: take every legal and law enforcement step to deport imams and phony scholars, shut down groups like CAIR, and defund and clean out colleges and universities. Also, people are fleeing blue states, which are depopulating, while red states are gaining population through domestic migration. In NYC, Mamdani is actively trying to force out the Jewish community, then the Christian community and capitalists, in order to transform the city into a Marxist Islamist one, regardless of resulting poverty or debt. Both Marxism and Islamism are incompatible with Americanism, rooted in Judeo-Christian and Enlightenment values of live-and-let-live, as they demand destruction or compliance. Mayor Mamdani has yet to come out with a forceful emotional condemnation of Islamo-Nazis brutalizing and harassing Jews in New York communities and synagogues. He is deliberately pushing Jews, businesses, and the middle class out of New York through high property taxes and a phony budget involving wealth redistribution - aiming to transform the city into an Islamist capital.
