On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, there's skepticism of any deal with Iran that doesn't destroy their nuclear sites and centrifuges, as they'll still get nuclear weapons like North Korea did. Iran's weak economy and defenses make now the time to act, but a deal lifting sanctions will let them rebuild. Any agreement must be a treaty and go to Congress—it's a constitutional necessity.  If a deal is reached Iran will eventually announce they have a nuclear weapon, causing a Middle East proliferation crisis. Their ideology ignores mutually assured destruction, driven by a belief in the afterlife, and they'll never reveal all their nuclear assets to the world. Later, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, AOC, advocates for abolishing ICE in a campaign pitch. Democrats effectively did that under Biden. We can't afford another round of that. Also, On Power, set for release on July 29, is compact yet packed with unique, non-repetitive insights about society, culture, and identifying the enemy. It aims to provide a scholarly yet accessible perspective. On Power will read like a novel, covering historical and philosophical foundations of power, liberty, and ideologies like Marxism and Fascism.  Afterward, Hamas is deliberately preventing Gazans from receiving humanitarian aid. They are blocking aid distribution, stealing it, and reselling it at inflated prices, while warning Gazans not to accept food from Israeli aid mechanisms. Yet, major media outlets ignore these actions, falsely portraying Israel as the cause of Gaza's starvation. This selective silence reflects their deep-seated bias and a commitment to propaganda over truth. In addition, a federal trade court in New York has blocked President Donald Trump's attempt to impose sweeping tariffs on imports using emergency powers under the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), ruling that he exceeded his authority. As of tonight, the United States of America is no longer a Constitutional Republic. We now live under a judicial tyranny created by the Democratic Party. Since Trump's election, a group of rogue Democratic Party judges has seized all aspects of executive power. Finally, WABC's Sid Rosenberg calls in to express his concern over a troubling trend of Trump looking bad lately with Russia, Iran, and Israel. He questions why Iran, a nation he sees as a global terrorist threat behind events like October 7th, is being engaged in negotiations rather than facing stronger consequences. Pete Hegseth is a terrific Secretary of Defense; the attacks on him are designed to block President Trump's foreign policy. The isolationists are not supportive of Trump's pro-American foreign policy. They are Soros-Koch ideologues, and so are their podcast/influencer mouthpieces. These isolationists have come up with nothing new about foreign policy, recycling George McGovern's outdated views while acting as modern-day Tokyo Roses. Elon Musk, once aligned with the left, has become a patriot and hero. From the moment he purchased and exposed Twitter, he became a target of the media and the left. Musk's efforts to uncover hundreds of billions in government waste, fraud, and abuse, have cost him millions and hurt Tesla. Alongside President Trump, Musk risked everything for America. This moment right now is critical for slashing government spending, a unique opportunity driven by Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Specifically, a judge blocked Trump's requirement for proof of citizenship on voter registration forms. These judges are doing the dirty work for the Democrat Party. This judge is helping the Democrats by taking the fraud barriers out of Trump's order.  We cannot have a country where unelected judges undermine the nation. In the first 100 days of Trump's presidency, we are witnessing an aggressive, rogue judiciary. There may come a time when the only response is to refuse compliance with court orders, one courtroom after another.  Also, Harvard's President Alan Garber is pretending to combat antisemitism at Harvard, but the university does not take the issue seriously.  These colleges and universities need to be defunded. They have no inherent right to taxpayer money; it is a privilege. If they want public funds, they must conduct themselves honorably. Later, Russia is relentlessly attacking Ukraine, with Putin aiming to conquer it as a step toward Poland. Ukraine's biggest mistake was giving up its nuclear weapons, and the Biden administration's withholding of weapons to punish Russia was a significant error in the war. Meanwhile, Iran's former official, Mohammad-Javad Larijani, say they are reluctantly joining U.S. talks, criticizing American negotiators and Trump. Communist China is isolated. Most of the rest of the world seeks trade and tariff deals. The stock market shot back up. It's Incredible. Trump has implemented a sweeping tariff plan, hitting China with a 104% levy and additional tariffs, effectively isolating it from global trade. He has shifted the trade landscape in a week, prompting over 70 countries to seek U.S. trade deals. Also, Trump says that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. They need to make a deal or else. Does this make Trump a neo-con? Of course not. What really hurt America was the Biden regimen and how they help fund Iran nuclear program. Iran's latest move seems to be an interim nuclear deal—a familiar tactic to buy more time while engaging in strategic delay. The message should be clear: no nuclear weapons means no nuclear weapons. We can't have this constant blackmail. They have a budget bill to pass, and they need to get massive tax cuts in place. You can't believe the media. Additionally, ICE has deported over 100,000 illegal immigrants in the last 70 days under the Trump administration. While the illegal immigration crisis is improving, progress is hindered by the radical left as Judges continue to challenge Trump's efforts to remove illegal criminals. Radical district judges claim that illegal criminals have a right to due process, aiming to clog the court system. Trump is pursuing an unprecedented strategy in U.S. history by combining massive tax cuts, deregulation, reductions in government size and personnel, and tariffs, all with the goal of reindustrializing America. When Judges act like politicians they must be criticized. The official position of MAGA: Iran will not get nukes. The President, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, and National Security Advisor all said in the last 24-36 hours that by hook or by crook, Iran must not and will not get nuclear weapons. A remarkable chapter in space exploration closed with the safe return of 2 astronauts stranded for nine months—a feat made possible by Elon Musk and his SpaceX team. This historic achievement underscores what innovation and determination can accomplish, even as Musk faces unjust criticism and vandalism from the left targeting Tesla. While detractors attack, Musk succeeds where others couldn't, saving two astronauts in a mission prioritized by President Trump. Unelected federal district judges, particularly in Democrat-leaning areas, are overstepping their authority and undermining the separation of powers by issuing vague or overly broad orders that interfere with presidential duties, such as immigration enforcement and border security. This is judicial overreach, unchecked by the Supreme Court or Chief Justice John Roberts, and it threatens the constitutional framework, potentially leading to a judicial oligarchy or tyranny. Also, Sen Bernie Sanders is a Stalinist. To him, the Democratic Party isn't wrong—it's just not committed enough. Why is it acceptable for a man who shares the ideology of Castro and Mao to be treated like just another liberal? Bernie worships Marxism. Khalil leads Columbia United Apartheid Divest (CUAD), a radical group that backs terrorist organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah.  The House passed a continuing resolution that proposes slashing non-defense spending by $13 billion while aiming to avert a government shutdown. Representative Thomas Massie voted against it, he should recognize the importance of prudence in deciding when to vote "yes" or "no." The bill has advanced to the Senate, where Sen Lisa Murkowski will most likely oppose it, most likely due to her ties to the teachers' union.  Federal Democrat judges are out of control, and we are living under a judicial tyranny where they are creating their own power. Judge Beryl Howell blocked what was deemed an 'unlawful' President Trump order that targeted a law firm that had represented the Hillary Clinton campaign. The Judge does not actually possess the authority to make such a ruling.  Also, Israel is facing an attempted coup by its deep state with the former head of Shin Bet threatening to expose private information about Benjamin Netanyahu if he fires the current Shin Bet chief, Ronen Bar, over Bar's failure to prevent the October 7 Hamas attack. This misrepresentation, particularly regarding Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security, is intended to confuse and mislead the American public rather than provide factual information. The left employs these tactics to manipulate perception and advance its political agenda. Later, the Attorney for Mahmoud Khalil argues that his case is a free speech issue. This case has absolutely nothing to do with free speech, this is an immigration issue. Democrats are attempting to establish a non-existent legal standard for green card holders. What is driving the protests at Columbia University? The institution has a longstanding presence of Marxist-leaning faculty, fostering a blend of Islamist and Marxist ideologies. They don't want to cut anything - they want to add - more billions out the door to their radical left-wing groups. The Democrat Party represents Washington D.C. and the massive bureaucracy. Later, Federal Democrat judges are out of control, and we are living under a judicial tyranny where they are creating their own power. Judge Beryl Howell blocked what was deemed an 'unlawful' President Trump order that targeted a law firm that had represented the Hillary Clinton campaign. The Judge does not actually possess the authority to make such a ruling. Also, suppressing the free speech, academic freedom, mobility, and education of others (Jewish students) through threats, intimidation, violence, organized mobs, barriers, face-coverings, chants of annihilation, bullhorns, trespassing, graffiti on public buildings, etc. is not, and never has been a protected 1st amendment right. And if you've helped organize any part of this, you're obviously complicit. Mahmoud Khalil is a Hamas-supporting thug and should be deported. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the House passed a continuing resolution that proposes slashing non-defense spending by $13 billion while aiming to avert a government shutdown. Representative Thomas Massie voted against it, he should recognize the importance of prudence in deciding when to vote "yes" or "no." The bill has advanced to the Senate, where Sen Lisa Murkowski will most likely oppose it, most likely due to her ties to the teachers' union.  Also, this is a liberation day for education; the Department of Education announced a reduction in workforce by almost half following a closure notice. Ronald Reagan tried to slash the size of the Education Department, but Senate Republicans blocked him.  The Department is utterly unnecessary, was the brainchild of the teachers' unions and the Democrat Party, and has done nothing effective to improve education throughout our country.  Better to block grant funds to the states, run the Pell Grant program and other such statutorily based programs out of a much smaller entity, and promote school choice for America's parents and children.  Finally, the Democrat party, the Democrat activist judges, the Democrat media and the Hitler youth are coming to the defense of Mahmoud Khalil. His activist group, CUAD perceives itself as a “revolutionary force working toward the destruction of the United States and Israel.” It sounds exactly like Hamas' mission statement. Also, over the last seven or eight years, China has significantly muscled up and is now a serious force. Billions of dollars have been spent on everything except the U.S. military, but Trump will fix that. Later, it's fine to have people with strong opinions, but the hosts on The View are unhinged radicals. They constantly cross the line, with Sunny Hostin leading the pack as the worst offender. ABC News apparently has no issue with her calling for people to fight and die. Hostin needs to be fired for pushing violence like that. Finally, Kevin McCarthy calls in to explain that the Democrats are in chaos, fighting an internal civil war with no clear leader in the House, even after the election. In California, Gavin Newsom's presidential ambitions have him clashing with the party by opposing men in women's sports, fueling the divide. Despite repeated claims that bipartisan legislation was necessary to secure the border, Trump proved those assertions—made by Democrats—were false by addressing the issue single-handedly.  Democrats were so desperate to allow as many illegal immigrants as possible into the country to alter the electorate in their favor.
